First
time
experience
was
completely
bad.
Bad
customer
service.
My
shopping
at
Jumia
was
always
on
direct
delivery
to
avoid
long
stories.
However,
my
last
order
was
delivered
to
me
on
6th
December
2021
by
Mr.
Anthony
only
to
discover
the
product
was
fake.
I
initiated
a
return
online
and
personally
returned
it
to
your
Ezilo
office
on
7th
Dec.
as
was
directed.
However
none
of
your
agent/staff
or
team
logged
it
in.
I
still
went
back
to
the
office
3
consecutive
times
to
follow
up
when
I
kept
getting
emails
from
Jumia
that
I
haven't
returned
the
product
when
I
had
done
that
already.
I
made
calls
to
your
Lagos
office
severally
with
robotic
customer
agents
telling
me
it
would
be
sorted
out,
yet
nothing
was
done
till
I
received
the
last
email
informing
me
the
return
request
is
cancelled
and
can't
initiate
another
return
online.
Right
now
I'm
stuck
with
a
fake
product,
completely
mad
at
Jumia
and
its
service
process
for
not
keeping
to
their
words.
I
have
nothing
good
to
say
about
you
guys
in
anyway.
I
followed
your
instructions
on
returns
dully,
wasted
energy,
time
and
resources,
yet
you
guys
couldn't
uphold
your
end
of
a
simple
agreement.
Your
service
and
service
process
is
a
complete
hogwash!
And
I've
got
proofs
of
what
I
experienced
this
last
time.
