    Every single time when I order from this restaurant (Epsom) the food is not prepared with even minimum care about it. When I pay for something I expect that to be in decent quality. Coke tastes like water! Burgers… looks like someone was throwing ingredients to the box from few meters distance. Not even once my order was fully accurate with what I have ordered. Missed products, different products etc.

    Always left feeling robbed after ordering from this store, I used Uber eats to get my order delivered and 95% of the time it comes stone cold after taking an hour for the delivery driver to even get the food from the store, no care is given to the drivers and their orders, always left on the back burner, I’ve been in the store in the morning and there will be countless breakfast orders sitting around waiting to be collected by drivers but they are not allowed to go and find their order to collect, so they are left to wait for someone to finally walk round and start giving bags to the drivers, there’s aren’t many drivers so the orders completely overwhelm them due to the fact of inconsistent flow, it’s a big loop, some orders make it out the door but then 3-4 more will stack up in its place before another macdonalds worker decides to go do their job, not only that but if my order manages to even leave the store before it’s cancelled due to the store changing into lunch orders but it comes with missing items or extra items I never ordered, do not recommend ordering from here, had so many of my orders come messed up or outright stone cold (not the fault of the drivers). Don’t get me wrong rarely some come just fine, however I’m going to be never ordering from this store again, clearly the store is is a poor working machine that needs some actual structure and management.

    Always packed with delivery drivers, yet if you order delivery your food will most likely arrive stone cold, lukewarm at best. Bags of food waiting for delivery sits on a metal rack with nothing keeping them warm, and the store starts cooking it as soon as you place an order, not when the delivery driver has arrived. On numerous occasion I have seen this rack piled up with bags and bags uncollected for over 20 minutes, cold before it's even handed over.

    Rightly located & always busy store. Self order kiosks available. Might be long queues at times. Another one available at walkable distance in Bentalls Centre in that case. Washrooms available. Wifi provided. 1st floor extra seating available.

    Very disappointed in the food here, paid £8 for a double cheese burger with bacon meal to take away, where to begin... The chips were stone cold, the burger (no bun) may as well have been a single cheese as they put the cheese on the box (see photo) and the sofa was flat. It took me less then 5 mins to go from restraunt to station where I opened it. 1/10. Staff were good however

    Placed an order at 6pm on Uber Eats and it showed delivery within 30 minutes. An hour later and 3 drivers failed the pickup. The fourth driver said its because the food is not ready. I tried to call the restaurant to find out but they didn't answer.. tried 3 times but no luck. Its now 7.30pm and I'm cancelling my order. So annoying.

    Last time I tried!! to eat here the ordering screen wasn’t working and nobody took orders over the till. I thought I give them another chance today… two cheeseburgers 12 minutes! I mean from a fast food!!! chain…. Well the ‘please collect’ sign showed my number after 7 minutes but still had to wait for another 5 minutes before I was actually able to collect my “massive” order… In my opinion McDonald’s Epsom is either understaffed or nobody gives a sh….

    If you want to wait 2 hours for the delivery of "fast food", have it turn up cold, half the food missing and melted milkshake, then this is the place for you! Customer service is awful, delivery drivers aren't (understandably) accountable, but the store itself couldn't care less. What kids don't like McDonald's, regardless mine don't want to order from here again. Absolutely shocking store management.

    Nice McDonald’s with lots of seating upstairs. Service is quite slow but maybe they were just short on staff. Use the app to order and you’ll collect reward points to redeem for more food. Nice decor with decals of street art on the walls.

    Usually this mcdonalds is very busy and so the wait time is especially long but this is a fastfood restaurant and so should be fast. Ì usually wait here for about 20 mins and still they can not even get my order right. When placing the order at the machines, the receipt printer is always unable to print my order number which then makes me have to check at the front desk to confirm my number. I would also prefer a receipt so I can apply for discounts etc.

    Came in to try the new Double Chocolate Pie. Added in some other snack items as well. If you ordered via the app, you can have the food delivered at your table. If you work for the NHS as well, you can also use a 20% discount coupon found in the app. There are plenty of seat spaces upstairs. I just wonder, because every time I seat upstairs there in the last 2 months or so, there are always very unruly teenage boys and most of the time, girls, running around and shouting. I mean, it is not an inconvenience for me, but I’m just stating what I notice when I’m there. Anyway, the double chocolate pie is good. I’ve always like the crunchiness of the pies. Just be mindful to avoid eating them when they are piping hot cause it might burn your tongue. The iced latte was more ice that drink but it’s ok because the temp is very warm this summer. The galaxy McFlurry and apple pie are their usual selves. Lol. Also, the servers here are nice. The guy who delivered my food was very courteous.

    School kids overrun when they are allowed to Some are so well behaved and are very polite to the staff also keep the table clean and tidy a real credit to thier upbringing. Others are just a bit off tilt Impolite messy and not really a credit to thier keepers I've avoided saying parents.. Staff here are a credit to the outlet..

    Awful awful awful place!! Will never come here again after the most recent visit. Not only do they charge 60p more for a happy meal than other neighbouring branches, they also have the cheek to charge 10p per sachet for ketchup!! Wouldn't mind if the service was decent, but its dire! Waited ages for our food, only to end up with stone cold food once it did arrive. Avoid at all costs, if I could give 0 stars I would have done.

    This place is a joke I ordered food online 1 of the products being a caramel ice cream, after eating our food my partner started his ice cream and with 3 spoons realised the ice cream had been made with banana which he is highly allergic too this is unacceptable its just lucky we had medication on hand ...... the worst part is I tried to call the epsom branch 7 times but no answer. Allergens are supposed to be a very high responsibility as it kills people and procedures are supposed to be kept due to this fact It is absolutely disgusting

    Absolute joke of a branch. Hardly ever allowed to be seated upstairs as it is shut. Downstairs has about 10 seats due to them having half the store for deliveroo!! Food is cold due to waiting so long. Gone are the days where they care about general public. Soul less and dated.

    All the sauces missing from delivery. No ice cream or milkshakes available and the burgers arrived with patties half falling out and welded to the wrapper , poor assembly. One saving grace was it was warm and arrived quickly.

    Standard maccies food wise but for some reason the Epsom one is always SO slow. The staff are really slow even though that particular one always has a huge amount of delivery orders & walk ins. First time I went there I waited nearly an hour for 2 meals so I thought it might be better this time, the wait time was abit better but the staff are still super slow.

    We have just received our order and we’re missing two lots of Chicken Selects. I rang Uber to complain and ask for a redelivery or a refund. They had a look through the system but they said they couldn’t do anything for me. This isn’t the first or second time this has happened and have tried to ring the restaurant to see if the food was left on the side but I never seem to get through. It’s not fair at all that we spend money with you and are then denied a refund or re-delivery when we now have two people sitting here without food to eat. Very disappointed.

    I had an incredibly disappointing experience at one of the McDonald's locations recently. It was one of the worst McDonald's I have ever visited, and I couldn't help but feel sorry for the overwhelmed staff. The restaurant was extremely crowded, and it was evident that they were understaffed. Unfortunately, I had to wait a staggering 45 minutes just to receive a Big Mac. To make matters worse, there was no available seating as everything seemed to be blocked off. It was a truly terrible experience overall, and I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.

    Been here a couple of times and minimal effort is put into the food. Gurkings hanging out of the box. Horrible atmosphere trying to get a staff members attention for help. No sauce at the sauce station, just empty burger wrappers that have been dumped there. They seem to have issues with customer behaviour upstairs with kids taking over.

    Just got my take away order and mozarella bites are missing. Last week same thing with one of items not in the bag. So many workers, but they not paying attention completely. Receipts are also always not printing. This place is getting really horrible.

    To be honest,I usually go to McDonald’s for a McFlurry just for a little break in the summer. But I sometimes go to McDonald’s for lunch so I just ordered a double cheeseburger with the meal and one star for the atmosphere because it is dirty but a great fast food restaurant!

    Was fine, we was happy. Needs more seating downstairs. Only 2 booths and a long tall table at window. Not great for buggies, fine if tables are available. Staff really friendly though you can see them really working hard to keep up with orders.

    Absolute joke! Place is heaving they have closed upstairs. Can't cope with demand. Staff not interested in serving or helping customers. Out of milkshakes and all other drinks apart from coke. Didnt find that out until we had ordered! Waiting nearly 30 minutes for food which wasn't great! AVOID THIS MDS IT IS RUBBISH!

    Bad !!! Do Not go! Waited for 25 Minutes without been served /Rude manager. Basically this place is revolting... After waiting for our food for more than 25 Minutes, we asked the staff when it is going to be ready they replied "we are busy now and short staffed " however all the orders going out for delivero/ Ubereat were being prepared quickly and with no problems whatsoever . When I asked Manager how come all the customers are waiting inside while the delivery orders are going out, he replied very rudely "if you want we can refund you!!!" then shouted at one of the staff "refund him NOW!!" even one of the customers said loudly you should apologies to us not shout !!!. Never again

    The staff is lovely, from the security guard to the ladies at the till all so helpful and polite. The place shows as drive thru which isn't and no parking nearby as it's on the one-way system of the town so don't rely on Google maps, as for my order , they missed a whole bigmag and gave me chicken nuggets that i didn't order( i ate them, of the whole family , they mixed MY order, the one that went to get it). I'll still be going but I'll check my order next time . Hope my review helps them get more staff as they obviously need it, the place was packed

    First time ever visited McDonald's in that location. To be honest I was really disappointed. The place made me feel unwelcome. Maybe just I had bad timing because they just got the delivery in but like any restaurant or fast-food chain you should be polite, kind and on top of that friendly with customers. Being asked constantly to move while waiting for the order and looking around the workers there. They looked stressed out and miserable. Got the feeling that they wanted to be there only as much as I.

    Ordered on Just Eat. Order was cancelled after waiting 45 minutes. Disgusting. I won't eat this rubbish as it tastes like cardboard but my kids were very excited for their treat. Won't be bothering again, would rather give money to a decent restaurant.

    Ordered via Uber Eats as daughter wanted a treat, only ordered for her and added a few more bits in. Her Happy Meal was supposed to have a carrot bag, fruit and burger. You can imagine how angry I was to open up the box only to find a burger. I've read 2 years worth of bad reviews everywhere to do with this branch but thought how hard could it be to get a child's order wrong. Quite easily it seems. It's beggars belief that after so many bad reviews, nothing has been done. Management clearly needs to be changed or they have a job on their hands to train their staff properly. Won't order again and I strongly recommend you don't too.

    The food is what you would expect from any McDonald's, but the seating area is almost none existent what with 2 tables and a bar area with 4 chairs looking out onto the high street on the one side and the otherside basically for deliveroo, just eat and uber eats drivers. Leaving you with the only other option being a bench outside the shopping centre. There are stairs going up somewhere but there is always a cleaning trolley in front of them and when you ask if you can go up, you get a strict no. Begs the question, is this actually a seating area or a "staff only". If the latter then surely it should have a sign saying no entry staff only. All this being said the Italian burger we ordered was very nice.

    It's ok spoiled by tons of kids. Seems parents just give there kids money to get their own food, so they pile into MacDs and abuse the staff have chip fights and leave a massive mess. Other than that the classical music is a nice touch and the food is nice.

    This place is always busy. And the staff have not learned how to cope with the demand. I like McDonalds so use this place quite often. More often than not i wait for 15 minutes for my order and that’s after waiting for at least 5 to be acknowledged at the til as I want to pay cash. The last time I went in to pay cash for 2 breakfast orders it was quiet with 3 other customers I stood at the til and a girl behind the counter was placing serviettes in bags (obviously for delivery) and was ignoring me - she was right next to the til. After 3 minutes (yes I timed her) she stood in front of me I said Good morning politely and she glared at me I said it again and she snapped what do u want to order? I replied “lovely” to her and placed my order. Waited for over 10 minutes watching them prioritise with the deliveries. One customer who was waiting before me I witnessed going up to the counter asking where her coffee was she’d been waiting for over 10 minutes and was going to be late for work. One of the staff grabbed a drink off the shelf and handed it to her. She wasn’t impressed with them and told them so. This is the worst McDonalds I’ve experienced for service (and staff attitude) They really need to sort themselves out as it’s not being run properly like other branches and they appear to prioritise with delivery orders. One star as they got my order right and the food was hot.

    A really poor experience as far as a McDonalds goes. It gets 2 stars as the fries were fresh but that was about it. The place is so obsessed with Mcdelivery that they don't seem to care about their on site customers. All customers crammed into a small area as most of their till space is now taken up by a desk and waiting area for the delivery drivers. To top it off I feel sorry for any disabled person hoping to use this site as now almost all seating is upstairs and the disabled toilet is blocked by a set of shelves for waiting deliveries. Disgusting.

    Always a huge queue no matter what time you go , half the time the self service screens do not work or gove out number receipts whixh i dint mind the not giving recipets i just remember the number but you can wait 15 mins for a small chips while someone who comes in after will wait 5 mins for 6 meals , you would think they would want to get the smaller orders out of the way ,even when i order huge lists of things its quicker than ordering less, very rare does the ice cream or kilkshake machine work and not because it isnt working , because they dont want to change the things inside the machine , and always check your order when leaving as normally something is forgotten ! Some nice staff who do get frustrated and some rude ones who lget annoyed if you ask for milk with your tea !

    As somebody who used to work for McDonald some 22yrs ago, and not had their food for best part of 5 years, and I am aware that cost cutting needs must, but let's not start to live like savages, TASTELESS FOOD, from the Double Quatre Pounder to the Nuggets, to the Flat Soft Drinks. Shall not be spending my money there again. Even my kids did not enjoy it.

    It's quite a typical McDonald's, so food is as you'd expect. Service was fast and helpful. Tables were grubby though and I wasn't given a serviette. Spent over £7 for what I consider to be £5 worth, so I'm not impressed with value for money.

    Me and my partner have orderd from here a few times and I can officially say this is the worst mcdonalds I've ever gotten food from. The constant missing or wrong items to the sub poor hot drinks, I orderd two hot chocolates and got brown water. On top that the fact you can't even get a proper refund and have to go though uber eats or just eat is just a no from me. Someone needs to sort that store out

    I came in last weekend and it wasn't the most pleasant experience. We had no contact with anyone working (ordered through kiosk) and before we even received the food, a lady came over to tell us to go on the website (on the receipt) and give them a rating. She bribed us (me and my partner) with 2 medium drinks. She couldn't even really explain what the customer gets in return for providing feedback which was worrying, as she works there. Even before we started eating, the lady told us to rate 'Highly satisfied' on every question. I did that and the manager brought us an extra side of fries free of charge. I thought it was very sweet of the team to do this, but bribing customers with free food and drinks, doesn't really help. I felt obliged to do it because of the 'freebies', but in reality, the fries were cold and completely stale. The burgers were dry. Drinks were waaaay to watery (even with the 'no ice' request). At the end the manager shouted 'Great service, ay?', to which we replied with an awkward 'yea, thank you'. It was a bit uncomfortable for me and I just thought they were over promising and underdelivering. Not good enough. Had the food been in better condition and the workers been a little more respectful and chill, it would have been a 5 star review.
