This was by far the worst experience at the reception in my entire life. If you don’t speak Turkish, just avoid this place. They tried to rip me off, even though the prices are listed directly at the reception, they pretended that they don’t understand and demanded 340 Lira for entrance and a massage even though it’s 240. When I didn’t do the massage, they played dumb and pretended they don’t understand that they must pay me back the difference. They only paid me back, when I picked up my phone to call a friend who can speak Turkish. I’ve been to over 20 wellness centers all over the world and this is by far the worst of them all. Faculties are broken, half of the showers are not working, the entire place is not clean…

They don't take hygiene issues seriously.
