One of the worst hotels you can stay in, cigarettes smell in all the rooms (we checked 4 rooms) the pillows are very old, humidity is very high and there was mold in each corner of the bathroom. Stuff asking for a tip even when you are not happy with the room. Waste of vacation time and money.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and tasty foods at the buffet. It’s far away from the center but there it’s not the problem. When we were sightseeing Istanbul, someone (i think from the cleaning service) searched in our bags and took my friend’s money :) i think it’s kind of unexpected tips – 150€

The interior of this hotel is good but the main problem is its location. The neighbourhood is really empty and if you wanna eat smth besides the hotel restaurant you dont find nothing as the shops are all closed. The breakfast they serve is not so good and the workers dont speak good english

Very bad, the air conditioner is broken, and after they fixed it, it did not cool, and when we asked the technician, he said that the air conditioner is old and this is only cooling it, the shower water is cold for several days, and the complaint was submitted to the staff and to no avail, the Wi-Fi network is slow and does not exist in the rooms, a very bad experience, I hated Istanbul from this hotel and the location is very far from services

Clean rooms +1, service not bad +1, bad menu and food in restaurant - 1, very very bad wifi - 1,(can't make whatsapp calls with it) ,location desert

It was okay. Nothing around it. You could get an uber to other areas. We took one to the mall. It cost about $5 each way. Our room was quiet. The food was good.

A run-down hotel in an industrial part of Istanbul, with a view on an industrial estate. I only stayed here because I had to as it was the only accommodation provided by the hospital at which I was a patient. The breakfast is decent, but the service is close to what I would expect from the security guards at a medium security prison. Most of the staff is grumpy and the restaurant manager himself, rather than setting an example to his waiting staff, was the most impolite person I've ever been 'served' by at a hotel: aggressive and rude when I questioned the details of a bill for a meal I had just had.

A very good hotel, modern with large rooms, well furnished, very clean and providing . Breakfast has a wide choice, large quantities and everything is delicious. The position is quite far from city center and it's on an industrial area so there isn't much to do around, but taxis are always available and there's a metro station less than 5 minutes apart by walking. Very nice place to stay!

Zimmer sehr hellhörig, bei Wind pfeift es um das Fenster rum sehr laut ! Kein deutscher Fernsehsender , das schlimmste ist die katastrophale Lage ! Der Taxi Fahrer fragte uns wie man das Hotel buchen kann !! Das Personal bekommt alle Sterne waren super nett und hilfsbereit!

Breakfast is good, cooperative staff. Rooms are clean. The hotel is near venezia mall, but is is a far from historical places and restaurants.

All staff are helpful and friendly food are nice wifi was only on average speed

Rooms clean, shower sink do not drainage the water well, WiFi in general bad quality and bad speed, most the time not available, breakfast was good

The hotel is very nice and has a friendly receptionist who greeted us and was kind enough to help us book a room. At first, we asked to see the rooms and the doorbell boy took us. Cibrail was also friendly and helped bring our luggage once we picked our room. The beds are soooo comfortable. They were the best I had in my whole trip to Turkey (which was over 15 cities and hotels I visited in 1 month). We were provided with a free buffet breakfast for our 2 nights-stay. The breakfast though was a bit disappointing and did not have many options. They have a massage and spa service. Their Turkish bath was out-of-service. I booked a massage and I don't recommend it at all. I think she wasn't a message therapist at all and didn't quite know what she was doing. I have done so many massages all over the world, and I could easily say that one was my worst!

The Golden Way Hotel. Very bad experience. We are booked by the hair transplant clinic. High rate and very poor service. No room service and very stingy kitchen staff which I found it very odd as I experienced remarkable hospitality of Turks. Customer services very rude. Half of time, no internet at all. Very rough and no fresh food in the breakfast. Do not book taxi from the hotel as they charge 5 times more. Will not recommend this hotel specially with family. Rizwan

Good Clean Hotel Very Comfortable Bed Tv (only Turkish channels) and AC included Shower gel and shampoo provided Staffs are very friendly and helpful they recommended a restaurant with free pickup and drop off 5min away its call Ramadan something food over there was amazing at very reasonable price Unlimited breakfast is included at 3rd floor wide range of food in Buffet There is one small local shop around 3minutes walk to buy toiletries, cigarettes etc Cons Hotel is Located in what seems like industrial block away from all tourists destination but staff can get you Taxi which are not too expensive for example we paid 120 Lira (£6) for 30min drive to Grand Bazaar 2) Language barrier can be issue as not many people in shops and Taxis speak English Tip:- everything is cheaper if paying in Local Lira compare to your Credit Card

Rooms are decent big but smell is not good .. service is really not good Staff is so rude even specially night staff literally shouting on me .. very bed experience I have ever seen in my life as this type of hotel ,, when you buy anything at that time you have to pay money they don’t allow on check out time
