Made my short transit Turkey experience amazing! Friendly staff and amazing hosting quality. Made sure I had tried variety of products and I am sure they even did not charge me for all the stuff they made me try. Turkish music was playing at the background at all times and it felt quite great. Paid with my debit card, so I would say very friendly place for international tourists. Out of everything I tried, Kunefe was probably the best-est thing they served me! Quite a lot of variety of breads available too. If you are staying in Ramada, its just 2-3 minutes walking distance to this family run restaurant.

We went to this restaurant multiple days in a row and the food was amazing!! We tried multiple dishes and appetizers each day and loved every bit. All the prices are listed on the menu and the bill was exactly as shown so the negative reviews below seem off to us. Also, this cafe offers some of the most affordable, high quality food. Highly recommend the spicy tomato dip, chicken shish, cheese pasta, and grape leaves. Sooo good!

The food is good but they try to scam you every time. I took an order to go . The kebab were 60 and they try to charge me 100 tl. The soups were 25 on the menu and I was charged 40 tl. This place is to avoid at all costs

They brought food we didn't order to the table, said it was included in what we wanted and then overcharged the bill. We ended paying 150 liras less than what they initially said it costs and even that was not justified... 48 liras for a big tomato and cucumber salad... They took advantage that we were 2 women, foreigners, who don't speak the language. Very shameful! The place looks nice, but to be charged much more than what the prices are listed in the menu is outrageous! The price for a Limonade is 7 liras, on our bill it was 10... And so on... I would definitely not recommend the place. It is a shame to try to take advantage of somebody coming to Turkey as a tourist! Be very careful what you order, what they bring to you, don't trust when they say it is included and check the prices on the menu as opposed to what they write on the bill. For sure I will never go there again and I would also not recommend the place as the staff is trying to take advantage of foreigners, especially women.

DO NOT RECOMMEND : I ordered a chicken plate for 100tl then a little appetizer for 35tl a tea a soup and said the salad was with the dish. So I said okay. Bill comes. Not even itemized and was 250tl. Questioned it and suddenly doesn’t know any English. But was speaking broken English until then. Was very disappointed because I felt I finally found a restaurant near the hotel that is decent and the server ruined that for me trying to scam me. Terrible that they ruin their relations with guests for extra money. Don’t bother going If you don’t speak Turkish.

Food and service was good but it is true what people have said before, the final price on the bill did not match the ‘menu’ (some menus had no prices on them at all) prices if you are identified as an English speaking tourist. We visited on 2 occasions and both times were considerably overcharged when the bill came - first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt and let it go as it was late and we were tired and not worth the argument. This ruined an otherwise good experience as no one likes to feel they are being exploited/ cheated/ scammed/ ripped off! BEWARE...and if you do visit maybe pay before you eat with one of the menus open and clearly showing the prices!

Don't go here. They bring you things you didn't order and charge you so much money. When you say I didn't order these they get angry. It's a scam to get you to pay more

One of the best restaurants we've been to in Turkey thus far. The food was delicious and fresh. Service was amazing too. Would highly recommend!

There’s no need to go there, it’s not worth your money. The restaurant has two types of menus with different prices (for tourists and locals). The food tasted as if it had gone bad and we couldn’t eat it and we paid for it even though we didn’t touch the food. We paid more than the food was worth. The tables were disgusting and dirty. The hygiene was overall terrible.

They have menú with higher prices for foreigners, really fantastic prices for this kind of food. Kebab was really not good. Terrible atmosphere, all ashtrays on the tables were full of butts. The most disgusting was that the waiter brought me used bread from the next table, after other clients! He didn't even check that this bread was bitten! I really don't understand how they can have 4,4 points.

The service is really fast, atmosphere not so much, people smoke a-lot, good food though would recommend eating here and trying the Turkish Tea, so in all it deserves a 4 out of 5
