I am an active gym goer coming all the way from Canada. I came for a free trial today, however I have never in my life met such rude and unprofessional representatives at the front desk. It’s like they seem to think they’re above you, absolute worst front desk experience in my life. I would not even let them represent a grocery store from how untrained they are. MacFit you can do way better than hiring idiots to represent you.

The place it self is OK ...but ....Unfortunately the staff is uneducated they don't speak any foreign language at all , although all of them are still young .. they think that foreigners never entered gym before although i have been training in much bigger and more professional sports gym world wide ..so they treat us arrogantly...although trainers their information about sport are very old and so limited.....Also the system it self and rules are nightmare , they don't accept foreign credit cards, the application doesn't work if you go outside turkey for few weeks so you can't freeze your membership Or even pay and that's their chance to withdraw fees and penalties that's why they allow foreigners to join to take more money

Absolutely beautiful and amazing place.

Good but there aren’t enough machines

In my opinion, the saloon has great sections. The machines are clean and performing well. When you need a trainer you may find somebody near you easily. Furthermore, I like using the Mac+ App. You may find every training skill and you may apply for courses before you come to the saloon. The negative side is just it is very crowded. Especially in the evenings. They have to figure this problem out.

Terrible staff, I told them I want to change my macfit location and they said I can start in new place from 1st day of month it is 4 day of month I can't still enter to new place, when I made mistake they charged me 2000+ liras, but when they made mistake and when I told them that they didn't even apologize

Trainers are not the best, they start training heavily on the first day which gave me complete body spasms for 3 days Otherwise, the gym itself is pretty good and clean and has a lot of machines
