I booked a non smoke room. But the room that they gave me has very strong smoke odor, and an ashtray. I asked to change the room, the front desk person told me to open the window! It’s the end of November and it’s freezing outside! Plus there is only one small heater in the room. The receptionist also said “I don’t help you”. I was too tired after a long day and didn’t argue with him. Eventually I had to open the window because the smoke smell was too strong and I could not take it anymore.

I recommend that you stay away from this place. I made a horrid discovery that their mattress was crawling with bed bugs. I reported this and drove away from the hotel to a different location. For your own safety, don’t come to this hotel.
