An amazing warm hearted experience. Right from the moment we walked through the archway, a feeling of calmness came over me. Birds were chirping in the lovely gardens surrounding the hotel conveniently located a short block from the end of the beach walk where one is greeted by camels walking the sand dunes off the waters edge. Inside, my mouth opened wide in amazement of the majestic beauty surrounding me. Tastefully decorated with traditional ceramics and wood carvings. A gem to the senses. All the staff were very attentive. Vassiz even remembered what we enjoyed for breakfast, something I looked forward to each morning. More than enough to keep one going during the day. We were blessed to have been bumped into a larger room for our weeks stay. That was very kind of the female owner who made sure all was good each morning. The room was fabulous, amazingly comfortable beds and quality linen and towns, argan oil shampoos and lotion were provided giving us an impulse to buy and take home. Fantastic for the skin too! I highly recommend Villa Quieta for your quiet, special stay in Essaouira. PS loved the pool and lounge area after a hot day in the crowded Medina.

It is very windy in Essaouira, but the hotel was very nice! First of all the delicious breakfast, it was wonderful, but also the pool sheltered from the wind. The see was very close!

I stayed at Villa Quieta for three days and two nights. It's a really lovely place, with a homely feel. All my interactions with the personnel were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and fresh, though I was a little let down by the simple decor, which did not match the beautiful opulence of the communal areas and the garden. The beachfront location is ideal, roughly 20 minutes (windy) walk to the Medina and allows you to gaze at the beautiful sunset. The breakfast is generous and full of options.

Beautiful and peaceful! Very unique interior with details that makes it feel very luxurious. Rooms are spacious, clean and the bed is nicely firm and comfortable. Beautiful garden and a pool with cozy spots to sit and enjoy coffee. In the evening we enjoyed a fire place area. Its a stunning place with wonderful hosts.

Beautiful hotel! Quiet and traditional Moroccan decor, very ornate and colorful. The pool area is small but very relaxing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A short walk (25 min) to the Medina and Port. Beach is only 5 min walk but it's crazy windy so we didn't spend much time there. The breakfast they serve is great, wish they served more ... Even a small lunch or snack in afternoon would have been nice! Only complaint is the bed was uncomfortable, very hard mattress. Otherwise would definitely recommend for a serene, wonderful stay in Essauoria!

If you consider going to Essaouira, definitely book Villa Quita! The villa is beautiful inside and out with generous rooms, beautiful sitting corners everywhere, a relaxing garden and pool area. Since the Villa has just 13 rooms the garden and pool area feels very generous and overall very exclusive. The service was amazing, all of the staff is incredibly helpful and polite. The beach is just two walking minutes away and the historic city center is a 20 minute walk or a 10 DH taxi ride. We really didn’t want to leave anymore.

Stayed as a couple for a beautiful week in Villa Quieta. I've stayed at several hotels before, and Villa Quieta definitely deserves a 5-star rating, both for the service and the accomodation. First, the reception was extremely nice. The hotel was well-prepared for our arrival, and we were rapidly assigned our beautiful and extremely clean room. Both the room and the hotel were elegantly decorated, and further discussion with the owner revealed that it was all hand-made. Wow! The Villa Quieta is very well located, across the street from the busy beach, though it is very quiet on the hotel ground itself, which was perfect. The pool was very much appreciated during the sunny days. The breakfast served in the main room every morning was delicious and the service was excellent. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Villa Quieta. We would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

This is a very nice family lead hotel with a great service, beautiful garden and spacious rooms. It’s 20 min walk to the old Medina and the beach is right on the other streetside. The hotel has some beautiful furniture, neither way some stuff could be modernized. Compared to the price this is a solid 4 star rating with a positive recommendation

This villa is simply exquisite. It looks beautiful inside and rooms are gorgeous! It felt surreal to stay at a place that’s so beautiful. The rooms and the bathrooms were very clean. The breakfast was great. The location is so close to beach. Can easily see sunset with a very short walk. Highly recommend this place for you next stay!

We booked this on the recommendation of a friend and we weren't disappointed. We had rooms 5 & 7 and they were both comfortable and spacious. The hotel is beautifully laid out with lounges and areas to relax inside and out, sunny and shady spaces through the lovely gardens and around the terrific pool. Essaouira is famed for its wind, but the pool and garden areas provide quite a bit of shelter. The beach is just across the road, and we really enjoyed the local Beaches & Friends bar/restaurant there (see my separate review). The local blue taxis are also easy to catch on the corner near the hotel, for 7-10 Dirham. NB: they only take 2-3 people per taxi. We typically caught a taxi up to the old town/port as that way is into the wind(!), and walked back. It's about 15 minutes from the gates of the Medina. Breakfast is huge, meaning we quite often didn't need lunch; fresh OJ, different types of breads with lovely jams and honey, yogurts & fruit salad, optional eggs. It is the same every day, but why should that be such a problem?! The staff are all super helpful, and booked us a taxi back to Marrakesh that was excellent. We didn't eat dinner in the hotel, but based on the snacks (briwates, chips, mint tea etc) that we did eat, I can only assume it will be very good.

Villa Quieta is one of the unique places in Essaouira city where you can find the authentic spirit and vibes of Mogador city. Unforgettable and ultimate experience of my life with awesome and welcoming people that become my second family Zakaria Kamal and Mohssine 🐎. An exceptional surf and wakeboard trip with the next level of adrenaline happiness and enjoyment. Don't miss the chance of Living this unique experience with Villa Quieta and @atlanticride the nautical base of the hotel. This review ain't describe my happiness and the pleasure of the experience you should live it to get it. Recommended 💯🤙🤙🤙

Beutiful Boutiqe place right next to the beach. Delicious morrocan slow-food style breakfasts. Only 13 rooms, never crowded perfect for demending surfers and kiters. Much better than Medina location, beach bars accros the street. Elegant and quite !
