Stumbled upon this place while looking for dinner restaurants. The Croquettes and vegetarian Briouates were a fantastic starter and fired up our appetite for more. The Couscous main was simply incredible. Live music and low key terrace invited for an amazing experience. Attention to detail and service - you’re in for a great night.

Very memorable night. The beef tagine and seafood tagine were both amazing. We had Pil Pil prawns to start which had great flavours and lots of sauce. Great for dipping bread. The wine options all looked great, it's clearly a very curated and considered menu. We had a bio wine local to Essaouira. The restaurant was very busy but despite this the service was great. We had the angel hair dessert called crispy r'zizza, it was an incredible mix of honeyed vermicelli pastry with vanilla ice cream and fruits. The sesame seeds on top were a great edition and really pulled all the flavours togther. Everything in perfect balance. I'm not a big fan of desserts and usually I skip them but this looked different and unusual. I would definitely recommend it! Prices were reasonable and I definitely think we ordered more because of this. There is a kids menu. The atmosphere was completely unexpected. Amazing live music. This was clearly a very established artist with an acoustic guitar. He played some classics and also improvised some songs with what sounded like a Moroccan flamenco twist. At the end of the evening we were dancing. This is not a usual night for me. I am quite a discerning and slightly picky customer so I have to say I am impressed. I will go back, and will recommend it to everyone who goes to Essaouira. Thank you to the staff and musician who made it a wonderful final night.

Deliciousness from starter to dessert, eliciting a "mhhh" from each first bite. Lovely, original owner who takes time to explain the menu to you with live music engaging with the crowd, the later the night gets. We will fondly remember Le Sirocco for a long time

Good: we liked our food very much: stuffed sardines, sea bream anf salad as starter. The live music was great. They also serve alcoholic drinks and we enjoyed a good white wine. The prices are fair for the food and service. Not so good: YOU CAN'T PAY WITH CARD, JUST CASH! The coffee machine didn't work so we couldn't get a coffee!

Le Sirocco has an appealing deco, nice african accents with a lovely jazzy atmosphere. The service was very good and the food didn‘t disappoint. Here and there were some things we didn‘t enjoy, yet interesting to taste like the rose water touch in the cous cous, or the saffron sauce was a bit overpowering yet nice. The homemade digestif at the end was fantastic.

Is much better than first impression makes you expect. Wonderful food with very prompt and friendly service. Amazingly fair priced for this tourist village. Live music gives the atmosphere a perfect finish.

A nice restaurant with decent food, a good atmosphere and a very friendly owner. Live music. Only complaint was the portion size of our main courses was too small, therefore can't give a full 5 stars. But if you are not super hungry this place is good.

The best fish dishes I have had in Essaouira. Very nice dessert. Along with delicious yet affordable Morrocan wine. Great atmosphere with live music during my dinner along with a very friendly and caring owner and very pleasant staff.

Wow, amazing good food combined with an extremely kind service. We went at this beautiful spot for dinner. The starters were fantastic (pil pil prawns) and the main courses (pastillas with chicken and the vegetarian couscous) were just from another planet. The dessert then was just a gift from paradise - we can super warmly recommend the dark chocolate fondant. If you are in Essaouira you just have to enjoy a meal in this fantastic restaurant.

We have eaten here twice. Lovely place to get a great Moroccan meal. Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Wine offerings are lovely Moroccan picks. Both times we were warmly welcomed and accommodated even though we didn’t have a reservation, and they went out of their way to help our son get his chocolate cake, even though it isn’t on the kids menu (cake is excellent, so try it!). If you’re a cat lover, there are a couple of adorable critters who will even cuddle with you after your meal. We really enjoyed both of our meals at Sirocco, thank you!

Super cosy place with live music. Nadia our waitress was super nice, helpfull and professionel, yet in a cute morrocan charming way. The couscos was a bit over cooked and the tajine was burned . Oooops. Otherwise. A place to go in Essaouira.

AMAZING! Honestly, I’m pretty critical generally, I told my wife, I think this is one of the best restaurant experiences in my life, and I don’t say that easily, or ever. Service was awesome, food was awesome, environment was awesome, music was awesome. 100% go here.

Loved the place. Service was a 6/5. I wish I carried the cash to tip (my mistake). Started with some tapenades which were great. I got a main I didn’t love, but the app and dessert was good. Disclaimer: I’m on a very strict diet which limited my options to order.
