Probably the best restaurant we visit during our trip in Morocco. Authentic homemade quality food with plenty of flavours. The owner is a very gentle man who likes to discuss with clients. The meat with prune tajine and the chicken couscous were delicious.

Lovely little Restaurant with tasty food and welcoming people. Everything is prepared fresh and cooked right next to you. We had the shrimp tajine, which was excellent. If you visit Essaouira you should make a stop at Barie Tajine :)

This is a small and cozy restaurant with 4 tables. The staff are warm and the atmosphere is intimate. The food is delicious and among the best food we have had so far in Morocco! I cannot recommend it enough!

If you have allergic of cat and want to avoid cat’s pee whenever you eat out. Here is the place. The food is delicious, the portion is great! The cooks are kind and friendly also local price! Love this place! We order the soup hariera, chicken veggies tajine, very good mix salad (very fresh) Thank you everyone 🌹 We had beautiful dinner with you.

I got the sardine ball tagine and I’m not even a fan of sardines (I didn’t know what it was). But I enjoyed the food and it was a nice local feel

Lovely place, very good food, the prices are really low and the location let‘s you feel at home. Worth a visit, especially when your hotel is in the medina

wonderful little restaurant/cafe. lovely family cooking everything really fresh. very simple, and affordable. we had chips, calamari, moroccan salad and cheese omelette. so good!
