Right after music performance tired and we decided to go local. We walked in here with my friends today and I cannot say they can do better then that. We ordered 3 platers combo. The person serving gave us a wonderful explanation and although there were others waiting we were not rushed. Smell was so good we ended ordering more for delivery. All the best guys thanks

I highly recommend visiting this location, it has become my new favourite spot for a quite bite. Tasty food with a wide selection different shawarma wraps and platters with different toppings, proteins and sides. The price is very reasonable for the value and they even offer a 12 inch shawarma which was actually the listed length, bravo. The location is clean and modern with some indoor seating. I had a good experience overall, staff was professional and the order was made quickly. Some things to take note of: This place is open quite late which is good, parking may be a issue, there are vegan options availble.

First time here to this location. I got the philly cheese steak wrap. Very tasty, the only problem was the green pepper cubes were too big and the steak was a little tough. It was a great experience to visit there. The best shawarma of Toronto served there. I visited many osmow's locations but this one I love it. The staff is very polite and well mannered they greet very kindly and answer every question. There service is mind blowing. There priority is to serve every customer well is really good. At last everyone should visit there at least once in life. Love there shawarma 😋.

I had the chicken kebob and it was filling. The location is tiny but clean. I like how the food is healthy. You may have to park around the area but definitely worth it.

The quality of food is getting worse day by day. I used to visit this location quite often but since last 2-3 months, the quantity got very less and so the quality of chicken. Hope they work on their quality controls to retain their customers.

Very disappointed with size of chicken shawarma , I ordered large one but got underfill shawarma. They underfill shawarma, just see yourself. The are few layers of wrap instead of infill. I assuming this is a new approach of doing shawarma since bread is cheaper than meat, veggie, etc. Inflation is definitely high this year.

Really bad experience. The Falafel on the rocks was ordered for takeaway. After opening at home, the falafal was black and burnt. Very poor food experience & waste of money. I would advise to check before taking it home.

Went for $5 shawarma day, Location is clean, staff is friendly, parking suck tho cause it's street paid parking and spots are limited Ordered the wrap & the bowl or what the call it on the rocks? Yes its weird I know There is extra charge tho for extra sause, I wasn't told until I looked at the receipt it was only 75 cents per dish but still let the costumers know The food is ok idk if ill come back tho, really no flavor maybe cause it was $5 shawarma day or cause it was more on the cold side idk what went wrong I had mcdonalds that tasted fresher & hotter

I had my worst experience today. The two girls who were working don't know how to serve food. They gave me like they were doing me a favour. Very bad and pathetic experience. The food was stale and overcooked and was not up to the mark. Sach batau toh isse bakwas kuch na kabhi khaya hai aur na khaunga shayad Bilkul hi vahiyaat muh pr maar du itna gussa aara hai

Second time I ordered and same thing, the wrap was falling apart more than half the wrap was soggy and disgusting. Don't even bother calling it a wrap. It literally Fell apart after the first bite had to throw it away. Last time ordering here.

You guys should try out their shawrmas. They are absolute great with a great quantity. All the other food is also good. Halal and tasty

It's not bad, but not to my taste in food. I can definitely see where the appeal comes from but it's a very strong sauce and very interestingly flavoured rice. The meat was okay but definitely the highlight of the "Chicken on the rocks" dish. I wouldn't really recommend it to someone who didn't like mall quality food. It's not bad, just a specific style I don't personally enjoy.

Ordered the chicken shawarma poutine with medium spice and it was amazing right to the bottom of the tray

Out of all the Osmow’s locations in Toronto, don’t go to this one. They keep messing up the orders. Every time i order here there’s always an issue. Purchased chicken shawarma poutine. Came home to find out that there’s no chicken…If you order takeout here make sure to double check that your order is WHAT YOU ACTUALLY ORDERED. And always take the receipt.

I love it. This is the new restaurant open recently in our area. I hope they are doing okay because I know how hard to open a restaurant at this time. I love how all the food containers and packages are 100 recycle. The price is fair for the portion you get and taste great to me. Be very careful with the hot sauce guys, little too spicy for me and my wife.

Very clean location. Covid friendly. They have 6ft markings on the floor, sanitizers on the counter. Stools were put up, so no indoor dining. Fantastic menu.i had chicken on the rocks today. Its a classic and a go to for me. Was a pleasure as always. Thanks osmows.

Today i went to this place for falafel platter .falafel was under cooked & this happened to me second time .i paid full price & even paid for extra sauce …stilll with that i didn’t get edible food .i would not recommend this location to anyone ..

I ordered a chicken shawarma poutine without garlic because I have a severe allergy. There wasn't a NO GARLIC note on the order so it was made with garlic and had to get reordered. The employee looked at the other employee who put the order in, she didn't seem to care, then the poutine was made again, except this time without gravy or garlic. This isn't the first time I've run into this issue at this location. It's concerning since I have a severe allergy. A sauce not being included won't cause an allergic reaction, but if something was accidentally included and I didn't notice I would have ended up in the hospital. Of course it was too close to closing for me to go back and have it remade a third time. I've attached a photo of my dry, gravyless poutine.

I always have either the box or a wrap here. Chicken, beef or lamb are all good options. This is my go to place when I’m mad hungry. Their large boxes or the biggest size wrap is the only thing that does it when I’m starving. Lol.

Terrible experience. We got our wrap exactly the opposite of what we ordered. We asked the guy for medium spicy without pickles and with hummus and garlic sauce. He made extra spicy without hummus and garlic sauce and he added pickles as well. It was so spicy that we couldn't eat it and had to throw it in the bin. We totally wasted our money. I am so disappointed with the service.

Pros: I'm full Cons: - Spice... Ordered "little" spice and it was so incredibly spicy. The distribution of spice on the wrap was so uneven too. Three massive blobs of it just annihilating my taste buds when I reach them. There was no garlic sauce on it either. -Portion: we got two super chicken shawarmas at the same time and they were completely different sizes. Both had plenty of chicken (which was burned and smoking the place out), but mine had barely any toppings. I wouldn't go back.

This was the most disgusting food I’ve ever had. The gravy is jelly like, the chicken is raw and cooked and bits of the chicken are extremely dark some are light. I’m gonna throw up and I don’t say this about food at all.

I usually do not write a review. But this time I am so frustated which forced me to go online and write a review. I ordered beef on the rocks large size just today and the quantity was unbelievably less. I would rather ordered a small box and would get the same quantity. The meat was burnt and the rice was so dry. This is very disappointing. I am never ever going to order again from this location. I have been ordering since a long time and this has been continuing since a while. I did send a feedback on Uber but the very next time the quantity was good. I was happy but this time i felt like I am given the left over. Never would I order again.

Have always loved eating out at Osmows. My experience here was no different. Loved the food and loved the service. Highly recommended. Plus good prices mean they don't dig deep into your pockets!!

Really like the food at Osmows near Humber lakeshore college. I ordered falafel super wrap for dine in and it tasted really good and the staff is also so friendly. Overall great experience and great food.
