Three of us stopped off for lunch on Queensway, Etobicoke at Mr. Sub. The place was steady but still had empty seats and parking spots. It was well maintained with good lighting, clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. While we ate two more staff members showed up for work. The washroom was available to use. See pictures!!

Great selection to choose from. They make it exactly to your liking and arent counting the toppings while making the sub. Felt fresh and was tasty! Perfect location for a quick grab, ample amount of parking and seating inside.

Just left the place as the guy making subs was terribly rude, disrespectful and not at all courteous .He really wanted to super rush us and it was very uncomfortably to request him to make a sub with our choice. We left the place as we didn’t want to argue with him and didn’t take the remaking order of 4 subs. Mr. Sub is great brand but highly rude: disrespectful service like this spoils the reputation of the brand and location. The manager should look at the CCTV footage to see how assertive and rude his body language was and how calm I was with him. Date and time of visit - 11:40 PM- November 30, 2023. Never visiting this location again. Thanks

The service was quick and friendly. The bread was fresh and so were the veggies. I'm super glad there was a parking lot so it made it easier to get a sub.

Craving a sub that i hadn't had in at leaset 5 years, so i went in & ordered a classic assorted with sub sauce. I was quickly disappointed upon my first few bites, the bread tasted different & she just put three different coldcuts of which i remember at least 5 different meats. I also tried to ask the lady serving a question & she look at me confused cause she didn't understand what i was asking. Btw, i only asked her what the difference between 2 sandwiches were.

If your still going to subway then your missing out on a true canadian gem First time at this location, came around 10pm and the bread was still soft which was amazing The place was clean, the guy making the food was great, and looked like he enjoyed his job and making the food

Honestly wish more places like this could keep open. Such friendly service, good food for value, peaceful. Doesn’t even feel like you’re in the big city when its not rush hour. Very nice!

Love this location. The owner is super friendly and so is the rest of the staff. Subs always taste perfect. Will continue to keep supporting this location and recommend all locals do too.

I ordered 3 subs through Skip and when the driver arrived the bag held only one. I was told to contact the restaurant and I did. They looked up the order and confirmed that I was missing two subs and they would take care of it. I was amazed that within 15 minutes I had a knock at my door and an employee or possibly the owner showed up with my two missing subs. This is a business run by honest and respectable people that deserve our business. Their food is always fresh, tasty and good value. If your in the mood for a Sub and you want to deal with good honest people, this is the location.

I could not believe after the coupon the mrsub was very expensive, and the royal mrsub I had been there with me 2 or 3 visits, but the person make every time the sub I have to tell him put mor ingredients on sub and was not pleasant, so then I ask for the hot sause and reply was we don't have it, not a pleasant surprise on Mrs sub no wonder why are there aren't any more

This is my go to! Consistent good food, packaged properly and they get your order right everytime. Specifically the 702 The Queensway location..I grew up with Mr. Sub as a kid and they always make it to perfection!
