This was a very really nice hotel s friend of mine was staying at. Really modern, cool design, clean inside and out. Plenty of parking, a d the rooms were very clean and had a lot of really nice amenities in the rooms. Pretty big rooms too! It was a very nice hotel. My friend said he was paying quite a bit of money though to stay there. Probably, because of the big event happening in Eugene, Oregon? Which is why I only gave 3 stars. Seems like ALL the hotels are jacking up their prices because of the big event that is bringing tons of people from all over the world here?! Not right.

Excellent service, room and location. We checked in during evening hours and the staff member who helped us was very nice. Parking the car after check in was easy, there’s a decent size lot on the back side of the building. There’s also a small dog run with bags available. When you head back into the building from unloading your car there is a guest entrance available. This walks you passed the pool and fitness center. Both looked impressive but we didn’t use them during our stay. At the end of the hall you are let out into the lobby and immediately to your left is the only elevator. I wonder if during peak season if the elevator becomes an issue for this 4 story building, but during our stay in January it was always available. The room we had was a queen double. Super clean, very modern styling. Lighting is alright, however there was a mix of color temps throughout the room. I’d like to see tungsten bulbs near the bed for easier reading. The bathroom felt quite dim. They have lighting that surrounds the mirror so you can more easily see yourself, but they aren’t very bright so the point is defeated. The shower was passable. High water pressure and warm temperatures, but the way airflows through the shower, you’ll end up feeling quite chilled even with the hot water. The shower doors are also a bit of an annoyance and one side in our room leaked water all over the floor. Just make sure to check that they are closed all the way before showering I guess. Overall, we enjoyed the stay. The location was perfect for us to go explore the city.

Pretty decent place right close to the University! The main building is a nice modern structure. They also have some older buildings on the property which have been nicely remodeled. I stayed in the older part, which, although it would not have been my preference, was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with typical hotel style fare. That staff was friendly and willing to accommodate. I’d stay here again if in town.

My husband booked a room here while we were on the road and didn't notice 2 things, it was non-refundable and in the wrong city. When we realized a mere 20 min later they would not refund us. I totally realize it was a non-refundable booking, but i think it points to a real lack of customer service to not make reasonable exceptions for a small mistake that was addressed in 20 min? Shouldn't be surprised given the other reviews about lacking service levels.

Rooms were clean, good T.V channels, small balcony and the breakfast amazing. Stayed at this hotel while on a roadtrip from California to Seattle. We drove in late, and we're happy there was a grocery store and a couple places to eat near by. This hotel has several buildings. Only the main building has an evator. So don't load the bell hop.

Very clean, newer Inn . Has continental breakfast, indoor swimming pool, gym. Loved my room which included microwave, refrigerator, and safe. Nice room. There are no elevators in the older part of hotel, so keep that in mind when reserving. Great service. Close to music venues, right across the street from UofO . Would stay again

This place is beautiful! You can tell it was newly built. Rooms were nice size spacious with a sitting area. We were going to a comedy show at Mathew Night Arena and it was right across the street. So location was amazing. My only complaint would be the lighting in bathroom. Very dim which is pretty calming, but had to do make up over by the window of our room.

Excellent location. We came for softball game. It was walkable from the hotel. Room was large and very clean. Breakfast was lovely. Great variety. Plenty of surrounding grass for our girls. The Hayward Inn was probably one of the nicer furbaby friendly hotel from our drive from California back to Washington.

Good amenities. Super convenient for access to area. They did run out of pool towels. Morning breakfast had a great selection. Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and up kept well. I would definitely stay here again.

Super nice and clean room! Spacious too! Had breakfast in the morning, which not many places do anymore. Easy checking in and out. The only slight issue with location is when you leave the inn it's a one-way on the main road.

Rooms were ok. I had a few ants, lots of sand or dirt by the door and a few stained towels. The staff here is very accommodating. Breakfast in the morning was powdered eggs, squares cut potato bits and possible pork sausage patties and bacon. The location was great for me as we were here visiting U of O! It was directly across the street.. of yeah! Go Ducks!!!

Really nice and friendly people only thing is my shower curtain smells really really sour. Couldn't really enjoy a nice shower because I just wanted to wash up and get out due to the sour smell. There's no air circulation in the bathroom so I think the shower curtains should be washed or changed often

We stayed 2 nights. Pool was great. Room was comfortable. Be prepared for sugar ants. They sprayed the room after our first night, ants were way worse the 2nd night. We even brought some with us in our car.

Overall I had a very uncomfortable stay. Sure the complimary breakfast was fine, but the beds were an issue. We booked a queen and this bed was at best a full. The bedding provided was thin slippery sheets. They only had more thin sheets upon request. The tub was plugged up with hair and didn't drain. The thermostats regularly switched to 80+ in the middle of the night. Overall comfort was 1/10.

Stayed one night in the Haward building on our way to California. The room was very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable and had a great nights sleep. Very quiet with good blackout curtains. Bathroom and shower were clean with good water pressure. Breakfast was good with several options including a hot meal. Check-in was excellent! The lady at the front counter was super friendly and helpful. We felt safe parking our car overnight. Hotel is in a good location. Would not hesitate staying again when in the area.

2 stars for a 2 star hotel. It’s super noisy. The building is old. You can hear all the plumbing and everyone walk above and around you. The heater did not work in my room. There are no comforters in the bed, just light blankets. The shower is a hotel admitted bad design and you have have to pull the knob hard with both hands to get it to work. Only figured it out after calling the front desk and they said they get that question all the time. It would be super helpful to tell guests at check-in or put signage in the room. It’s location is great and it has a decent gym and pool. If you can deal with the discomforts of the room, go for it!

I stayed in the far back building and was so satisfied. There are sliding doors to a personal private porch, balcony on upper floors. It was clean, quiet and comfortably relaxing. Relaxing drinks outside in the evening and enjoyed coffee in the morning surrounded by trees and a small creek.

The rooms are clean and spacious. It's in a good location, near U of O with good restaurants around. Breakfast is refreshingly good because they served freshly cooked, warm food. Taking away one star because - Hotel wifi really sucks. Not just slow but slow slow that web pages don't load. - There's no elevator in the building we stayed in. Or it's hidden. Too tired to explore. - Bathroom shower faucet took some figuring out to turn off. It's basically not intuitive to use. (Speaking from experience after staying in hundreds of hotel rooms.)

We stayed here in January and February for basketball games. It's a great location. A quick walk across the street to MKA for the games. Our room was very spacious and modernly furnished. The front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our family used the gym daily and the breakfast was sufficient. In room coffee made my mornings easy! Loved the walk in đźšż shower. We stayed in the main building and would highly recommend for any student athletes family!

Would not recommend if you are hauling anything like a camper. This is located downtown and parking is limited. They have a diamond lot behind the hotel and We took up 5 spaces parking sideways. Also, not a deal breaker, but the doors in the rooms are sliding with no way to lock. If you have kids under 3 they will be playing with them non stop. It would be nice to lock the bathroom door to take a shower without interruption. That being said, it is a brand new nice hotel. Front desk staff was extremely nice. Pool closes at midnight and they have a 24 hour gym. Breakfast was great! Sausage, French toast, eggs and potatoes!

I stayed the night here before State for track and field. State was being held at Hayward, so you'd think that all the rooms would be full. Well you thought wrong. For being so close to the UO campus and Hayward I would've thought that we'd have trouble finding an open hotel room. The breakfast food was very good. The rooms are beautiful, big, comfortable, and not expensive at all. I would stay here again if I went back again.

Rooms are nice and spacious. Breakfast is ok. Gym, pool are clean. Hanging out rooms are real nice. Only waiting for them to clean and change my towels etc. Been there since Saturday and no room service yet.

Still sitting in the parking lot at 9pm waiting to check in. First arrived before 7pm and was told 45 min. No offer of a partial refund for the inconvenience. Hallways musty and buggy. Beds ok. Breakfast decent. Satellite buildings don't have elevators, so prepare to climb. They do offer a pet relief area. However, after a long day of travel I would prefer to be in my room not just killing time waiting wondering what terrible thing must've occurred to have a lobby full of guests waiting on their rooms?

Mya helped me check in and she was awesome!!! I had to switch rooms and she was very patient. Her kindness made my night! đź’› The rooms are clean and spacious! The beds are comfortable and the have regular size pillows! I love the rooms with the balcony facing towards the river!

Clean and quiet, but we were put in an outbuilding so had to walk through the rain to breakfast. Eggs and bread items, but no meat. Lady at the front desk wouldn’t reduce from 3 nights to 2 without up charging the first two nights by $20, even though we could still book the third night online for MUCH less. Giving 3 stars just for design and cleanliness. Lost 2 stars for customer service and “out” room placement.

Gorgeous hotel! Super modern, pool was amazing, beds were extremely comfortable and we had the cutest balcony that faced greenery & a creek. The staff was very nice and the breakfast and coffee were great. This was my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at in all honesty.

Stayed at this hotel to attend the world athletics 2022 championship. The price was super expensive (talk about price gouging) which is why I took off a star. Apart from the price, the room was really nice (would have been nice to have a elevator though). Definitely recommend if you need a place close to Hayward field to stay. Also, breakfast at the hotel was pretty good and is included. I would stay here again.

Booked a room here due to proximity to U of Oregon (it's right across the street from the main campus) and didn't know what to expect having never been to Eugene before. This hotel was quite a pleasant surprise! It's new, modern looking, and very clean. Nice facilities, including an indoor pool and a small fitness room with new equipment. Everything seemed very well taken care of. And the service -- amazing! The two desk clerks I interacted with went out of their way to be helpful. The room wasn't fancy, but spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable and everything was in good working order. They have a Keurig and a refrigerator in each room. The hotel also has an included breakfast which we didn't take advantage of, but I dropped by just to check it out and it looked pretty good: eggs, biscuits, hash browns, bacon, as well as some cereals and the like. In all, this was a real winner. I'm definitely staying here again when I come to town.

We had a decent stay. The rooms are renovated and the price was good but they seem to have opened up rooms without having fully refurnished them. There were no lamps on the bedside tables! I have never come across a hotel without these. Also the bright white light bulbs in the floor lamp was annoyingly bright and cold. Hotels usually use "warmer" bulbs to make it more cozy. The counters were not wiped clean. Overall the place had a sterile, not welcome feeling. The hot breakfast was great! Good location.
