This a a great, no frills motel run by a very friendly and helpful family. I was traveling home from a work trip and I was having a pretty rough day. Check in was fast and easy, and the interactions with the staff brought a smile to my face. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the location made it easy to get right back on the road in the morning.

I am actually still laying in the bed (which is super comfy by the way) of my hotel room (112) writing this review. This stay was surprisingly great since some people had bad reviews. Staff was super friendly, even printed us to and from directions to the stadium, helped us without asking when we struggled with our room keys, room is like exceptionally clean, and just really enjoyed our stay.

Surprisingly excellent. Humble but on their game. Mystifyingly quite for a location flanked on all sides by busy streets. Great location and service and felt very welcome here. Yes, there's no coffee but you're surrounded by places to get coffee. Not an issue. You can buy lots of coffee with the money you save.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, had everything we needed for a quick 1night stay. We came in town for the Tim McGraw and Faith Hill concert at the Matthew Knight arena. This place was located close to the hwy and easy access to most places. We walked to breakfast in the morning and ate at a wonderful location recommend by the hotel owners. All and all a good experience.

Basic «cheap » motel room though overpriced for what it is. Somewhat noisy as it sits at freeway exit and major thoroughfare. On the other hand.. price in line with other similar motels, decent amenities - new fridge, flatscreen and microwave - and clean sheets. Friendly proprietor. No problems. If you don’t want to spend over $200 for Hilton This is a decent place to stay if you want to be walking distance to downtown clubs/bârs.

Room is clean and staff is friendly. Sheets and towels are replenished each day. Conveniently right next to a 7-Eleven. Sink water and drain were sub-par. Parking minimal. Easy 10 minute walk to the Hult Center (for conferences). Plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Overall, worth the price, so long as you expect what would come with the price.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Room was simple, but clean. Close walk to many places downtown, and right next door to 7-11 if you get the hankering for a late night snack.

Room was clean but drain didn't work for the sink. heat or air conditioner with sub par and had a homeless person living behind the hotel. He used a screwdriver to break in to the room tryied calling desk during the incident and nobody was there very uncomfortable experience lots of drug users over at the 7-11 only stayed there because we had no choice on such short notice and financial reasons . Found out from other guests that Apparently the owner's know about the person that does this is back there and he has done this before, will definitely plan better next time

This motel is in a terrible area of town There is a 7-11 next door that is crawling with Drug users After dark. The price of my room with a queen size bed was $175. This is definitely NOT a $175 motel. The a/c in my room didn't work in July. Due to the sketchy area I took my pistol in the room with me. The next morning when I left I forgot my pistol as it was in the bedspread which was on the floor after I woke up sweating. I called the office and they said they didn't find it. There's no way they didn't find it when they made the bed. So either owners or house keeping are very unethical.

Location is t the greatest, surrounding areas have many interesting individuals wandering around and lots of tagging on/in back alley. Motel itself was clean, decent size room, walls are thinner. AC worked well. Memory foam mattress on bed. Shower head worked great! Service animals are allowed, with no fees. TV fully functional and room had fridge, microwave. NO coffee pot 😞😓😩 Would stay again, price was reasonable, right in downtown area!

Great Family hotel clean and friendly safe location. Staff was so helpful to find car rental in area too. Would 200 times over stay again here no doubt. Best experience
