😠 I live close to this place and they are very sketchy!!! They said they don’t offer extended stays, but I can tell you otherwise. When I call and question the guest they have staying as they yell and curse all day. But when I call and ask them to do something they say it’s none of my business!! Well... People often mention room, stay, nice, rooms, clean, friendly, motel, staff, helpful,

I live close to this place and they are very sketchy!!! They said they don’t offer extended stays, but I can tell you otherwise. When I call and question the guest they have staying as they yell and curse all day. But when I call and ask them to do something they say it’s none of my business!! Well it kind of is when I have to listen to tweekers yell and shout all night long. This place is a huge nasty place and should be shut down unless you like staying at a place that charges by the hour... update.. they now have a motor home parked at the property that they let the people stay in a room and a dog outside the hotel chained to motor home that barks at all hours of the night.. you are better off staying anywhere but this place. This hotel is for bums and addicts!!

My dad is disabled and stopped at this motel needing a quick nap while driving. He paid for three nights but the room was so uncomfortable he needed to leave in the middle of the night. I called the motel to try to get his money back, since he is hurting too bad to deal with it. I offered to have him call rather than me, but they refused to refund his money for the extra two nights he isn't staying. My dad is such a nice guy he's not making a big deal out of it. Shame on Welcome Inn for taking advantage of a disabled veteran just cause they can.

Came on a Ducks Football weekend and this place was basic, but clean and fine. Like others have commented, the couple in the main office are very nice and helpful. No wifi in our wing this weekend, but supposed to be fixed soon.

We’ve stayed here for a good amount of nights and it’s been probably my best motel experience in a while. The rooms are always clean and Christine and Mike are always very helpful if we were to need anything. I highly recommend😊

We've been living here the past couple weeks. The married office couple is super cool! Be cool to them and they are cool to you. Room we are in has a working stove, fridge and microwave. Everything in bathroom works. The neighbors keep to themselves and are friendly. My guy and I come here sometimes to retriet from home. Now this has been our home until our house we want to buy goes through. This place is very well kept and free of bugs! No rodents either. This is our favourite place to stay in Eugene! Way cooler than the "fancier" places.

Nice hotel, Centrally located in Eugene. Situated on a busy street with plenty of eateries. The bedrooms are comfortable. Check-in was easy, and staff (Michael and Christine) were very friendly and helpful. They both are really sweet! It felt as I stayed with family.

While the motel is older, the rooms are well cared for! The managers Mike & Christine are awesome! The location is great, it’s close to all kinds of good stuff so if you’re looking for a weekly, or even monthly rental, you can’t beat their rates or service! Highly recommended!! They’re dog friendly too!!

The owners and their dog were friendly and the check in and out process was quite simple. We would stay here again. It was very nice to have parking right in front of the hotel room, as bringing items in was much easier and less of a hassle. They provided bar soap which was nice as well. Cons: We stayed in a non-smoking room and still received sheets with cigarette burns. A few towels were also brown in some areas so we were un sure they were dirty or just stained. The bathroom sink and mirror were both dirty. The main reason for the 2 stars is that the carpet was so dirty that it turned our socks brown/black. We switched socks and within a minute they were very dirty again. It was a bit shocking and not ideal. The AC did not seem to work that well and it was quite hot during the night. Despite that, as it was the most affordable in town, we had a nice stay. Thank you.

My family and I came to this inn for the Junior Olympics. Let me tell you the managers are very nice married couple who are the most sweetest people on the planet. They basically do everything in their power to make sure you are well taken care of. Our stay was very pleasant. The rooms are older and a bit small, but it worked for us. If you need a place to stay come her and the prices are very affordable.

Rooms were very badly out of date. Not very clean and staff wasn't very friendly. Also way overpriced & beds weren't comfortable. The decor in the room was very off, there were at least seven different types of wood in the room, from the cabinets to the flooring, nothing matched. The TV's were tiny & the stove looked like it was from the 80's. Not a fan of this motel. Wouldn't recommend for the price.

So, if you’re expecting the Ritz, you’ll be disappointed. This place is 60 or 70 years old, but the maintenance has been looked after. The rooms are small but functional. It’s in a fairly walkable neighborhood. The bathroom was notable, in that everything worked well, unlike some of the more modern places I’ve stayed. The shower is an old fashioned two valve setup, hot and cold, they both worked great. The drains drained, the toilet flushed, the hot ran hot, and the cold ran cold. The air conditioning made cold air. It’s not a resort, but it’s perfect for a tired motorcyclist just passing through, looking for a hot shower and warm break from the road on a budget.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an authentic inn in Eugene, Oregon, and it was an outstanding experience in every way. The inn's charm, cleanliness, affordable price, great customer service, and friendly staff made my stay truly memorable. The inn's ambiance beautifully blended modern comforts with rustic elegance, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were spotless, and the common areas were well-maintained. The rates were surprisingly affordable, considering the high-quality experience. The customer service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure a delightful stay. I highly recommend this inn to anyone visiting Eugene for an authentic and remarkable accommodation experience

It was clean but charge way to much.I don't like when the motel can just raise the price of a room for any reason. They're getting so expensive can't even stay at one

The stay was fantastic! I truly enjoyed my stay. My room was very nice and clean! The staff is helpful and extremely friendly. I stayed for 2 nights and my bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and my shower was nice and hot! The location was great too! It was easy to get to anywhere in Eugene during my stay. I highly recommend this motel!

For a two star hotel it wasn't bad. No distinct outdoors, or signs of pests which was a good sign! Everything is outdated but overall acceptable. We were tired enough that the scratchy blankets didn't bother us too bad - with all the hotels booked up we were happy enough to have a bed to rest our weary heads! Stay Woke coffee is within walking distance and has excellent coffee and service!

I asked if I could check out 2 days early and get a refund for those days but they said its not possible. Overall friendly staff, decently clean looking bed spread, but many stains on blanket and pillows. The box spring is covered in stains. Dont let photos fool you, its hard to see but the room walls with the woodsiding are saturated with various substances, spills, and stains. There are numerous parts on woodsided walls with writing where people have scrapped off the stain as you can see in pictures. Bathroom is incredibly tiny, and smells very funky, with splatters on the vent. We did book a smoking room because it was only a $25 deposite vs. $150 deposite for non-smoking, and as expected the room does have the smell of old smoke, but it is extremely overpowering. The AC unit is dusty and covered with marks, and when on it just smells like its pushing out more stale-smoke tinged air. Its practically choking. Its very cramped, the cupboards have various holes and scuffs.
