We booked this hotel for our 1.5 days transit at the end of our trip in Turkiye. It were amazing 3 weeks but this hotel crashed our good vibes…. Location is good, only 15 minutes from the airport. Small quite village. Hotel is beautiful, room is very big, well equipped and comfortable. Beautiful garden, many plants and flowers. Well when you are searching hotel you read reviews and make your choice also because of guests opinions…. But… Something happened with this hotel. Reality is different absolutely. This is not Radisson group hotel. Name only. Service is like in motel. The owners have invested a lot of money, but do not consider it necessary to hire professional staff. Quick check-in (+). Ok! But no one help with luggage. Just take your key and go away! Restaurant service is awful. On arrival day restaurant was full but only one waiter and other two guys look like trainees (careless). Most of guests are foreigners but staff don’t speak even basic English. If you are hungry be patient to wait your dinner one hour minimum. And food quality…. Tasteless. Frozen food just reheated. And breakfast…. Not bad, various food. But cheese was not fresh, overripe fruits. Maybe hotel management know about all problems but also they know that there are no branding hotels in this area (15-20 minutes from the airport) and anyway people don’t have choice. This is wrong way.

Not far away from the airport and clean and big rooms and that is the main plus. Service is really questionable, slow. It reminds me the hotel somewhere next to the Black See in Odessa, Zatoka. I think it has nothing to do with Radisson.

Lovely rooms, great showers and nice bedding, and good service by the staff, the place is in the middle of nowhere, which we found strange. Breakfast choice is great little ginger cat patrols the restaurant, good choice of beers behind the bar which I sampled too many of and was rather drunk.

Nice rooms 20 minutes from the new airport. Rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. No mini bar. Coffee in the room and amenities. Very peaceful and quiet. Situated outside of the city and noise. Nice pool and garden. Nice view of a forest. Very relaxing atmosphere. Staff are average. Breakfast is not included in all rooms or reservations. This wasn't made clear on the reservation. Breakfast. Average at best

The hotel itself is great. But when I checked in I wasn't sure if breakfast was included so I asked the reception and he said yes, so when I woke up the next morning and came for breakfast and started eating one of the workers said it 15€ per person. Which I told him that I was told it's included, but regardless they forced me to pay.

Spent one full week there. Love the people working there it was very good time. I asked to change the room and they did immediately, the food was not as I expected but it is normal they helped when they can and the most important for me is the people were very good and helpful.

The hotel is not bad, but I gave them 0 points just because of the restaurant on their area, waiters who work there just unbelievably unpolite! You stay how away from civilization so, if you are hungry no chance to got good food. Hope they will change it for others.

The reception team have a scam going where if you don't as for airport transfer they call a taxi that asks you the same price when you get to the airport saying that this is what the condition with the reception are. Of course the reception doesn't bother to inform you of this.

Very pleasant little hotel for airport transfers. Located very close to the airport outside of the city in the nature. Seems like a place used by air crews. Has a nice pool and a decent kitchen with two restaurants. One breakfast and one for the rest of the day. If you just need to change flights and chill for a day and not planning to go exploring - a really good option. It is not exactly cheap as the cost is comparable to hotels in the city. Grounds are kept clean and decorated with a mix of rustic and airplane themes. Overall a pleasant stay.

Good enough to spend your transfer flight or work related visits to the airport. Not good enough with location to city or breakfast quality.

If you are a Radisson VIP member, don't expect to be welcomed here. I had a booking problem (overcharged by %40) and it took me 10 days to resolve the refund. There was a simple error apology at the end. Also, reserved King size room but given twin room(see picture) . Requested invoice to my company but was invoiced to myself. The manager and the staff needs to learn more about customer service in the international hotel chain standards. I will never stay here again unless the management changes.

Stayed where for 1 night. Indeed, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and in fact the only way to get to the airport is shuttle which costs 690 t, almost the same as taxi to the city and 3 times more than meter taxi fare to get to the hotel from the airport. Extra blanket from housekeeping also was with no cover sheet.

Near monopoly for airport position. Expensive for what it is. Poor service because of understaffing. Check-in took forever with a flight crew ahead of us and a sole receptionist struggling to manually check them in one by one. That same receptionist is also answering phones to connect to room service and housekeeping as the phone buttons for the latter don’t work and there is no telephone operator. Housekeeping delivered extra pillows requested without pillow cases. Room service food was passable. Stingy on coffee and coffee mate sachets leading us to bother reception/housekeeping again. Lots (and I mean clumps) of long hair left on the floor of bathroom. Seriously?!

I stayed there for three nights Service : is very bad 0/10 Reception: male receptionist will try to deceive you and take more money, be careful! Room service : 0/10, they didn't clean the room for two days, beside I found pile of girls hair (previous guests) on the carpets,and new ear buds was used not changed!! Food lounge: not clean, very rude Communication, Racism, their boss (mr. HASAN) 0/ 0.00, very rude, he thinks he is also a boss on the guests! While He doesn't understand that the high class guests STAY on the luxury room ABOVE his small kitchen! And he would Never afford a pillow! Finally, To be fair, There is only one person good in communication, perfect on dealing with high class guests, kind, know how to serve you fast,her shift is in the evening and that is ms. ELIF , 10/10 , she supposed to be the manager of that hotel, or working in other High class Hotel, but that unfortunately won't encourage me to recommend this hotel to a friend!

Can't comment on service arrived late and departed early. Room was great Location there is next to nothing in the area but for a stop over from airport it was fine

I was only stopping off overnight and moving on in the morning so can't say much more, other than room was modern, clean and comfortable and food was reasonable too.

There’s nothing around this hotel. Internet is bad and service is choppy. I’d recommend somewhere else. Yea, its close to new airport but, add 20 min to drive and you have better options.

Really not bad, just nothing to do. Had 2 horrible experiences with taxis to/from hotel, and as their shuttle service is 5 times what a taxi should costs, you stand to get ripped off.

Good hotel if you have an early flight. Eat before you come to the hotel, worst food I had in a very long time. The fried calamaris is not even eatable.

Nice little hotel by the Airport nothing special nothing bad had a great sleep and decent dinner interesting location feels like you are in the Turkish country side. gym is nice but need heavier weights for a workout friendly staff

Thought it would make sense to stay here before an early flight. The hotel is fine (what we could see of it since we arrived late/left early). We were quoted 150try for a taxi to the airport, but the driver wanted 250. Considering the hotel was priced the same as the city, next time we'll just depart from the city.
