It is very rare that this place has fast service and that the food is made on time. I had a mobile order for 6:50 and at 7pm they were just starting on 6pm orders. It was very busy, and this would not be a huge problem as it was busy if the food actually turned out good. But unfortunately with this place that is rarely the case. The employees here are unsympathetic and rude to you when you ask when your food will be done. I normally would not leave a review on this but it is a problem I see every time I visit this place. There is also no way to cancel your order, so you either have to pay for nothing or wait 2 hours. Do not come here if you can avoid it.

This location is one of the WORST chipotle locations in Northeast Ohio. Always out of ingredients. Short staffed. Long waits. Rude employees. I had ordered a bowl for dinner last night and it was not edible. Hardly any ingredients in the bowl. Was cold tasted as if the food had been sitting out for days and then I found hairs in my food… will not be returning back to this location ever again

They close an hour early because they can’t handle the rush. Never returning to chipotle. They are slowly going down hill. This is one of the cleaner chipotles around the city, but they’re extremely slow. There were only 6 people in the restaurant, but they moved slowly. I do not expect high-speed service, but we can all tell when things are too slow.

One of the worst chipotles I have been too, 2 weeks ago they required "exact change" we are not in a coin shortage , no lemonades made near empty. Now today, only mobile ordering yet there are 7 workers here. Not sure what the deal is with this place. Same thing with the lemonade there is none.

I live not too far from this location and have watched it decline over time. One of the slowest locations I’ve been to and consistently fulfilling orders incorrectly or with the wrong ingredients. Getting a chicken bowl missing the chicken and barely having anything else, two-thirds of the bowl was visible right out of the bag which is a far cry from other locations that mound on the ingredients. I basically paid $8 for a side salad instead of a burrito bowl.

I was here three times in 2022. In summary: Slowest service I've ever experienced for a "fast" food restaurant. The first time was an online order where they heavily skimped on the ingredients. Bowls were not anywhere near the normal amount. The second time, we waited in line for 40 minutes when there was only like 6 people ahead of us and they ran out of many ingredients by the time I got to make my bowl. The third time, I waited in line for 35 minutes and only moved up 4 spots. After that 35 minute wait, one of the workers announced that if you wanted chicken it was going to be ANOTHER 30 MINUTES before it was ready. How? Why weren't they actively making chicken already if they knew they were running out? Terrible management. I wasn't going to wait another 30 minutes so I left and went to Jersey Mike's. At Jersey Mike's I unfortunately had to wait 30 minutes for my order as they were training new employees, but they gave me a free sub for waiting, something this Chipotle would never do because their service is terrible. I'm writing this review now because I went to the Chipotle in Westlake today and it was an amazing experience. Got in and out in 2 minutes. Full bowl. No hassle. If the Fairview location was this good I would get it every week.

This has honestly got to be the worst chipotle. They’re so understaffed that customers are basically forced to pay for disgusting food and horrible customer service. To have to wait so long to even get your order and then get ripped off by poor food quality is ridiculous. My rice is so hard and crunchy, my beans are hard, I paid extra for double protein and got HALF of a regular single serving and my favorite part is when they give you whatever toppings they feel like giving you based on their current stock and not even reaching out to see if you’d like to do something different or cancel. I will NEVER come here nor online order from here again. Read the reviews! This place is an absolute joke. You’ll be better off taking a trip to the Kamm’s location and having luck, over this dump. It’s like this every time I come here. But this is where I draw the line. The amount of ignorance it must take to serve people completely RAW rice………. Come on.

My girlfriend and I came in to order in person. The lady behind the counter began shoveling brown rice into my girlfriend's bowl without even asking what rice she wanted. When my girlfriend stated she wanted white rice, not brown, the server just added white rice on top of the brown. Then when again corrected, she got upset and threw the whole bowl away. Another tall employee behind the counter made comments about my girlfriend's selection of rice, saying "It's just rice, it won't kill you." This is incredibly unprofessional. You guys made a mistake, you don't get to give us attitude and then make judgements about what we order.

The staff, mainly the manager, were extremely rude and unhelpful. They ran out of beans and guac. I am a vegetarian so those two are the most important ingredient for my veggie rice bowl! When I asked about the missing ingredients the staff (Chris) asked me rudely not to eat there. My only fault was to ask how could they have ran out of two of the most important ingredients when its over an hour before closing time [I went there at 8:30 pm, closing time is 10 pm]. This is not my first experience in an Chipotle who ran out of food well before closing time. Moreover the rude attitude of the staff member really put me off - this is not expected from a huge establishment and brand like Chipotle. I expect Chipotle to chose better and friendlier staff members who has the minimum decency to speak with the customers. I still paid the full money for my food [even though it was missing two major items] since I was hungry and Chipotle has been my all time favorite food - but I don't think I will ever go back after being insulted in this manner [asked to eat else where - to quote Chris "you don't have to eat here"]. Just the whole demeanor of the staff there was like they were doing me a favor by giving me food, as if they are giving me food for free, and that my business doesn't really matter at all. I implore Chipotle to think if every one of their customers took Chris's advice of "you don't have to eat here" - how long will this Chipotle be in service???

Ordered a burrito which was very loosely wrapped. The foil was also very loosely wrapped. It was barely warm and completely fell apart as I attempted to eat it. It also had mayo all over the wrapper which I didn't want. The restaurant itself was a mess with condiments all over the counter and water and ice cubes all over the floor. Every time I've been there there's always people with several items ahead so when my order is taking and started it sits on the counter for ten minutes cooling before extra contents are added ensuring that I'll never get a hot meal here. An employee who was on break seemed more concerned about making his own meal then allowing the counter staff to help customers. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because it still tasted good so at least the cooks are did well. I've told myself a couple times before that I wouldn't return to this location due to similar experiences, but I truly believe this was the last time.

This has to be the worst Chipotle in Ohio!!!! They are always short staffed, out of items and they do not announce they are out of certain items till you are next in line after being in line for 20mins. I’ve tried to give this place 10 tries , no more! This place is GARBAGE!!! Don’t waste your money! They SUCK!!!

This location has gotten so BAD !!! The employees are standing around and there are people in line. This guy keeps touching his hair wrap and fixing it with gloves on, the other one has a hoodie. So dirty !!! Had to skip on the cheese and lettuce because he refused to change the gloves. The girl cashing out, just stood there.. saying there’s only 5 people in line it’s not busy !!! Stop going to this location !!! They need good management and structure. It’s more like a hangout stop for the employees !!! STOP GOING HERE There goes the picture of employees just doing nothing while we wait in line

I’ve given this location chance after chance they continue to make mistakes one of them was a online order for a bowl that is clearly a burrito and the second is a double steak bowl with no meat at all lol, just the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to

As I sit here waiting for my mobile order (currently 30 minutes past my pickup time) I can't help but notice how kind and professional the staff are. They are clearly very short staffed yet are doing their best to keep up with orders. Several people have been EXTREMELY rude to the workers who have not stopped moving for a second since I've been in here. They are doing their very best to keep things going. That being said, it has been a very long wait, so 3 stars seems an appropriate balance.

The 5 stars are for the person who, was there running things Friday 4/28, because a MANAGER didn't show, she did a great job navigating the location with NO HELP, there were 3 very busy employees, when the line was full and on line orders were pouring in. Get your HR dept on top of things, have floating employees, and for God sakes if there is only 3 people there , let them TURN OFF THE ONLINE ORDERING, stop being so $ hungry, so that the people who are already there can get food that isn't slopped BECAUSE THEY'RE IN SUCH A HURRY, and so it's not so overwhelming....Do better CHIPOTLE, That one employee who held it together needs a week vacation PAID... Don't even think about reprimanding her for this.. She deserves praise

So inconsistent! I’m tired of their Covid excuses for being the issue to all their problems!! This place is always closed during “open” business hours. I’m writing this review as I’m sitting in their parking lot during OPEN hours, but they are actually closed!!! If you go in to order, they are always out of ingredients. If you try to place your order online, your pickup order is usually 15-30 minutes late, even though they’ll have the whole main order station ready with plenty of other people available to make food!!! They just look at the mini prep station person as their inundated with orders. Whoever is managing these places clearly is incompetent and should be FIRED!!!!!! They shouldn’t be managing anything!! Place is a dump from 12pm until closing!!!

I've been visiting this Chipotle for two years and most recently it's been good with service. It was up and down prior to that but things seem to be running more smoothly now. One thing that I've personally found is that a lot of the time the online order pick-up area has a large group of people waiting and no organized method or line. Sometimes it's longer than the line of people ordering food to eat in the restaurant or to-go and it becomes clustered and difficult to figure out what's going on. Using a line or window for picking up online only orders would probably help with this issue.

Probably the worst Chipotle I've ever been to consistently bad food and consistently takes forever even if you order the food well in advance. My example I ordered a burrito for lunch at 4:30 2 hours prior to that figuring it would be done with 2 hours warning right. Nope I had to wait an additional 30 min because they had not even started any of the online orders despite there being a sign on the door saying online only. If you want fast service with good food this isn't the one.

OK so I just got done reading a lot of terrible reviews and I have to say there must’ve been a staff change in the last month or so because when I went in it was nothing like the reviews say I also haven’t been here in three years so I would like to add the particular night that I went in- I went in about a half hour before close- I'm almost an hour away from home for my sons baseball game so I decided to stop and give chipotle one more chance.. and I'm glad I did! the staff was ALL happy which made my day(night)! And the food was WAY better than the last three terrible locations I went to. This is a definite restaurateur location- and if it isn't, it should be! Your store manager should be proud! It was so refreshing to walk into a chipotle with employees who are infectiously enthusiastic!!!! No complaints! and although this will probably be the only one I ever go to again- this location changed my mind. I gave up looking for a chipotle that was as good as the two I worked at- and this one is it! thanks for the awesome meal

Food is always fresh. Chicken is nice and diced up! Big shout out to one of the employees over at this location his name is Nate, keep up the good work man. Every time I see him in the restaurant he is working hard and moving around. Nate doesn’t have time to waste and he will make your experience 10x better. Cheers!

If i could give less than 1 star I would. I work in the food industry and I know it’s hard to keep locations staffed- but this location has got to be arguably the worst. The long wait times don’t bother me, that’s fine whatever, but this is the second time i’ve placed a mobile order at this location just for them to be closed. No sign on the door, just doors locked- they are closed. Save yourself the trouble and go to a location a little further away!

So this location (Rocky River) used to be the best one around about 13 years ago. They are clearly having some struggles currently, but have always provided solid service and/or product, (in cases of messed together orders they also handle the issue well)
