If you are looking for a simple, straightforward, convenient and good-value motel, easy parking, comfortable bed, cup of coffee and pastry in the morning to send you on your way with friendly service, THIS is your place. CLEAN and FRESH, crisp white bedding, new soft beds, appears to have been entirely renovated quite recently. Nothing fancy, no gathering lounge, but I would confidently book my own mother here.

Clean large sleeping and bath rooms. Staff kind and accomidating. They need to put in a clothing rod, two hooks doesn't make it. We were there for 8 days. They brought me hangers when I requested. Unfortunately, without a rod in the bedroom, the only place to hang clothes was on the bathroom towel rack. Missing: -A coffee pot in the room. They made fresh coffee in the lobby but it was closed until 7:30 am. -No shelf in the shower to put shampoo, conditioner, or soap. -No shelf near sink to put toothbrushes, face soap, or make-up. -No kleenex in either room.

This motel is clean,quite and the staff were extremely friendly. It’s a newly constructed motel so their rooms got modern furnitures , comfy new mattress and pillows. Bathroom was super clean with rocket powered toilet. LOL. Definitely returning to this very convenient place.

Great value for a no frills, newly remodeled, exceptionally clean hotel. Comfortable beds. Was able to park motorcycle in front of our room and there was a perfect spot to park our truck and motorcycle trailer. Eddie O'Brien's Bar is a very nice bar that's only a couple buildings east of the hotel. Hotel is in a safe neighborhood and is only 20 minutes north of lake canandaigua. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended! Very clean, modern and spacious room. We loved staying here. Across the street you can find the Lidl and Coffee roasters to start your day:)

We would’ve love to enjoy the hotel based on amazing reviews, but as we arrived and checked in they said we could not check in unless we were 22(we are almost 22). We had already paid, and it says no where on their website that you must be over 22 to book.

Awesome hotel held by a nice couple, rooms are cleaned everyday. Location was perfect for us, food everywhere by foot.

We highly recommend this place for an inexpensive stopover due to its excellent condition and outstanding service. My wife and I were on the way to the Finger Lakes and were looking for an inexpensive motel just to spend the night to break up the driving. We were a little apprehensive about staying at a Best Value Inn as we had a bad experience at a different location, but we were there and the price was right so we decided to take our chances. We're glad we did. The place looked like it had just been built. Everything was spotless and in excellent condition. The bedroom was a little on the small size, but had almost everything you needed. Fridge, microwave, large flat screen TV, hair dryer, desk, phone and plenty of outlets. The only thing missing was a coffee maker, but coffee was available for free in the lobby. (And I don't drink coffee anyway.) The bathroom was spacious with a large walk-in shower. The shower head, which could be handheld, had plenty of pressure and the hot water came up quickly. We were surprised not find large pump bottles of shampoo and soap in the bathroom, but traditional individual toiletries. I'm not able to stand for any length of time, so when I make a reservation I request a shower seat. Since this was a last minute stop, I had to ask when we checked in, and was told they didn't have one. Half an hour later I received a call from the owner who said he was putting the shower chair together and would have it over shortly. The owner had run out to the store and had bought one! I wouldn't expect that kind of service from an upscale hotel, let alone a budget motel. We could have stayed at the major chain motel down the street for $100 more, but I doubt we would have had such a good experience.

Stayed two nights. Second night there me and hubby went out for a bit. Came back and found out the cleaning lady had been in our room. One we didn't ask for it. Never put a sign out. Two we were gone with all our valuables in the the room. And all they did was supposedly put new towels in the bathroom. I think they really came in because they saw my hubby vaping outside walking our dog and they wanted to see if he was vaping in the room.

This place is, for what it is, pretty excellent. Having stayed at a million different cheap hotels in a million different towns, I can safely say that this one is in the top ten percent. It checks all the boxes for an inexpensive hotel for business travel. The rooms have clearly been renovated recently, and mine felt very clean when I checked in. The people at the front desk are friendly and unobtrusive. There's a token breakfast and coffee to grab on your way out in the morning. And I felt entirely safe at all times--which is, obviously, important. If you're staying here, I'm guessing you're not on vacation. You're looking for a reasonable rate to hang out for a night or five while you're working or passing through. For that, it's a great value.
