The hallway carpet is completely discolored and disgusting. The paint was falling off the walls in our bathroom because they have no exhaust fans. The grout in the bathroom is black and disgusting as well. The paint is falling off the ceiling in the breakfast area and the wallpaper is the same area is soiled and stained. This hotel does not live up to IHG standards. Find another place to stay.

We had a four night stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable for the most part. Our fridge did not cool and they replaced it with another minutes after I called. Our tv kept turning off on us. They checked it out but still flicked a few times. Breakfast was good. They had the usual breakfast fixings which I enjoyed. I liked the size of the room breakfast was in. You weren't sitting elbow to elbow with others.

Our third stay and it's always a convenient comfortable mid range venue. The complimentary breakfast is a real plus and sets you up for the day. The parking lot is exceptionally well lit so that's an assuring comfort. Its showing its age but is scheduled for refurb and updating in late 2023. Hopefully that's completed before our next visit because we like it staying here.

This hotel stay unfortunately began with a misleading sales tactic over the phone. I dialed the supposedly "direct" front desk number and was handed off to a third party company who escalated the rates to almost twice that of the advertised price. This place was not worth what was bled from my veins.

I stayed one night while in Farmington for work. The hotel is conveniently located with a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. The check in process was quick and simple. The room was very clean. The A/C was nice and cool, linens were very nice, the room was vary large, and the bed was good-the mattress was a little too firm for me.

Awful staff, awful attitude. We paid for a suite yet it’s insanely morose and has a very foul smell. The man training a rough looking, older woman - decided to have snide jokes towards myself and husband- which she thought was very funny and they had a good laugh in front of my face. Management will be notified that they’ve lost a Silver Elite member and we will take our buisness to a less trailer-park ambiance. Foul smell, small, and nothing like the suites in the pictures. Stiff bed with a smell of methane in the air.

Forgot an important papers file box. They were so kind about getting it sent to me UPS. When it arrived, everything was untouched. Honest, helpful people.

I was there overnight, and my room was, I would say, 99%. Why 99%? There was a street light shining into the room, and the sheer middle curtains didn't help, as I was unable to pull the outer curtains to the middle to block the light. The front desk service given by the gentlemen was not too enthusiastic, and maybe it was because it was a quiet night, as it didn't look like too many guests were occupying the hotel. Other than that, a microwave would've been great in the room to heat up my leftover dinner.

Stayed thanksgiving night and the police and emergency crews were out in force with sirens blaring. The paint in the showers is cracked and starting to peel and the bed sheets had some noticiable wear. Checkout at 12 is a really nice benefit and the staff checking us in and out were fantastic.
