What happened Marriott?! Checked into a room with two double beds. Noticed as soon as I went to use the bathroom that the toilet hadn’t been cleaned. There was dried urine on the seat. I went and complained to the front desk. THEY SENT SOMEONE TO CLEAN IT! Said they didn’t have another room they could give me. 😱Maintenance lady came to clean it. She even gave me Lysol and some other disinfectant “to sanitize other commonly used areas of the room”. 😬 The mattresses!! 🤦🏼‍♀️ both of them sank towards the middle. It was like sleeping in a crater! Marriott used to pride themselves on their beds. You could even buy the pillows and blankets for your own bed. I NEVER want to sleep on a bed like that again! Bathroom wall next to the tub/shower is rotting away. So sad to see Marriott not live up to its previous reputation. Very disappointed in my stay. 😒

Stayed here for a night for my road trip. Everything was great, like the room was amazing . However there was a homeless man sitting in front of the entrance door at 3am so we had to go to the backdoor. Didn't feel safe

We've stayed here twice, but we won't stay here again for one fundamental reason - the mattresses are in desperate need of being replaced. The rooms are otherwise perfectly good and the location is within walking distance to restaurants and a good coffee place, so it's a shame they haven't replaced their mattresses. We stayed twice within a year, the first room's mattress was sunken in, but we were able to sleep. This last stay in a different room the mattress was cratered on both sides and we had trouble sleeping. The second night I had better sleep on the short couch and we checked out early. Call and ask if the mattresses have been updated all on floors before staying here.

Friendly employees. After a long day of traveling we wanted to relax in the hot tub but it was closed off. Pool room was very cold and the pool water was cold also. Breakfast wasn't all that. Not many choices and the drink machine wasn't working. Also the ice machine was broken too and was told it's the only ice machine in the whole motel. Parking on top filled up pretty fast also w not very many handicap accessible parking spots at all. Great location for a motel tho as it's near shopping centers. We would stay there again in the future and hopefully those things that were broken at the time we went are fixed. We liked the kitchenette in r room. We was able to stay in and cook dinner there.

Honestly astounded! This place was so amazing I wish I could stay here every time I traveled! So clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. 😁

I enjoyed the room.and the staff seemed to be really nice. The only thing I wish they had was a better front entrance. It's still a door that ome has to pull on to go inside the hotel. When you're carrying lots of luggage, that darn door is extremely inconvenient. Maybe they'll upgrade one day to push open doors or the motion ones. Other than that, it was wonderful.

The breakfast is really good. Small quiches and decent breakfast burritos to name a couple of things. And we got a suite room which allowed us to bring thanksgiving dinner to my parents and warm it up without diaturbing their home with the dog.

Eric has great customer service! He was kind and accommodating to my toddler child. I really appreciate when people make it less stressful to travel with children. Thanks Eric!

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Room is clean clean clean! and comfortable. Perfect location for us. Special shout-out to the breakfast staff for a delicious variety of food, neatly and cleanly presented. A very definite "Highly Recommend."

Rolled into Farmington without a reservation. Stopped and reserved my room on the Bonvoy app, showed up at the hotel 15 minutes later and room was ready! Very happy with the hotel and my room.

This is a great hotel, the person who checked us in was so nice! We got a great room and the layouts of these rooms are just so functional. Every person we ran into who worked there went out of their way to say hi and be kind. There’s a great dog walking area, a nice indoor pools that’s clearly well cared for, and the room was exceptionally clean.

I love the stay! I was very welcomed, customer service is very helpful, rooms are very nice, beds are comfortable, and the breakfast was good. I plan on staying here for another future trip to New Mexico! Thank you! ~Mochi

Ideal spot for being in town on business. Very warm and inviting lobby and common areas. Room was spacious the bed super comfy.

I've been staying here for a couple of days and everything is been great, except, if you exit the pool area onto the patio and let the door close behind you you will be locked out. Not a pleasant experience but live and learn. Breakfast toppings are NEXT LEVEL.

Staff is super friendly and helpful, breakfast has fewer options but hot sandwiches and excellent breakfast burritos! Rooms could maybe use a little updating but clean and comfortable. You will probably need adapters to plug in your USB connectors.

I just love this hotel. We have 3 kids and the 2 bedroom suite is affordable and perfect for us. Clean, quiet. Perfectly right in town and breakfast starts at 6. What more do you need?!?!

Not the biggest dream I’ve had at a town place suites but it worked. The room was very clean but rather small. The maid service never understood that we don’t really use washrags but other than that no problems with the staff very friendly. The breakfast buffet included breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches which were really a nice touch and very good.

I really liked this hotel. They do a lot of things right, in my opinion. Good luggage carts, and plenty of them (very important, and frequently overlooked). Clean rooms, friendly and professional staff, good soundproofing (as far as I could tell, on the top floor), modern elevators, good showers, and reasonable room rates. It wouldn’t be a review of mine without some “constructive criticism”, so I’ll do my worst: The plumbing fixtures, like the faucets and the shower heads could use replacements, but they do still work. The door latches and hinges could use lubricant, which would make them quieter. On the plus side, the casing has rubber bumpers, which is a nice detail. Finally, there should be a pizza cutter in each room. If you guys think people aren’t cooking frozen pizzas here, guess again. Not much to complain about, honestly. I’d recommend this Towneplace to just about anyone of decency. Well done.
