Nothing
would
stop
me
from
giving
today's
experience
a
five
stars
rating
expect
for
the
chewy
beef
on
my
"Laghman"
dish
which
I've
enjoyed
a
lot.
Laghman
is
a
sort
of
fresh
hand
pulled
noodles
prepared
probably
in
a
broth
with
lighltly
stir-fried
vegetables.
In
my
mind
I
assume
the
main
difference
of
Chinese
food
and
Uğur
food
is
that
the
latter
feels
lighter
and
fresher,
the
taste
of
the
ingredients
are
not
masked
under
heavy
layers
of
thick
sweet
and
sour
soya
sauce
or
other
sauces,
which
make
the
taste
clearer
with
a
tangy
feel
coming
from
either
lemon
juice
or
a
kind
of
vinegar
or
a
mix
of
both,
I'm
not
sure.
I
went
for
the
most
basic
Laghman
which
as
I
said
before,
I
loved
it
but
a
couple
of
2
pieces
of
beef
where
impossible
to
chew
or
swallow
so
I
disposed
off
them
in
a
paper
tissue
and
went
on
enjoying
the
rest
of
the
dish
Un
interrupted.
The
other
dish
I
ordered
was
the
"Chochure",
an
Uğur
take
on
the
Chinese
wanton
soup
which
put
the
latter
in
shame
now
on,
as
it
was
loaded
with
fresh
aromatic
flavors
coming
from
the
freshly
chopped
coriander,
sliced
garlic,
onion,
tiny
pieces
of
tomato,
a
thin
layer
of
fatty
broth
and
the
manti
itself
which
is
filled
with
beef,
garlic
and
probably
suited
onions
with
black
paper,
there
might
me
hints
of
cumin
but
I'm
not
sure
and
if
there
was
onion
in
the
dumpling
fillings
then
it
must
be
finely
chopped
and
suited
as
ther
was
no
harshness
in
the
the
taste
except
for
the
garlicky
flavor
which
I
did
not
mind
at
all.
It
was
a
fresh
spring
like
aromatic
soup
which
I
recommend
highly.
It
is
a
big
portion
though,
so
bring
a
partner
to
help
you
eat
this
one
alright
with
other
items
from
the
menu.
Enjoy
