The photo it is speak by itself… AMAZING. Every time I comes to Istanbul I choose this hotel. The location it is just next to public station (buses & tram). There breakfast is simple, delicious with a beautiful view you can drink your tea and watch how all people outside starting their day. The room it is clean and comfortable. The place itself is a very quiet even if there are lots of people. I really appreciate there team they look like as one family. They are working hard, very kindness and gentle. Sure they are talking English.

Definitely by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed it. The room we were provided with was very dirty. There was hair in lots of places like the bathroom, the bed, the floor and the drawers. They only changed the bed sheet for us and left the rest uncleaned. The mini fridge they provided us with does not work at all even though we mentioned it doesn’t work and nothing was done. This hotel doesn’t even have blankets to provide so that you are warm at night. I would definitely recommend you stay somewhere else. This Ramada does not match the standards of other chain hotels from around the world. Would give this 0 stars if I could.

I stayed here last year and had nothing to say but good words about this hotel and gave it a 4 star review back then but, unfortunately, when I checked in again yesterday, the quality seems to have gone downhill since then. The room was not clean and was noticeably very dusty and looked as if it hasn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. I told the reception about this and the most they were able to do was to send some bored room service guy and i had to pinpoint everything to him and tell him how do his job Even after the supposed “cleaning” that they did, the room was still not clean and a lot of areas were left dusty or had smudges or dark spots from all of the accumulated dirt over a long period of time Luckily for me, i only booked for a day so the next morning I checked out and moved to another hotel. All in all, it seems like the only good thing about this hotel in its current state is the location but other than that i would rather go to a clean hotel a bit far away from the city center than stay in Ramada for it’s good location

The hotel is very central, good location. The staff is so welcoming and accommodating. Especially Alican and Kübra took very good care of me for the food and breakfast service. İpek kept my room exceptionally clean over the whole time of my stay and that was very important to me. The nice young man at the reception was very nice as well and helped me with my luggage and explained everything in my room to me and gave me directions where I can go buy snacks. Unfortunately I forgot his name. It’s a great atmosphere, the staff takes good care of you. Definitely a place to come back to.

Unfortunately, a hotel didn't live up to my expectations)) The only thing I liked was it's pretty good location. As for the service and cleanliness it was quite low quality i'd say. The 1st day of our staying we decided to spent our time in the swimming pool and sauna. While we came in we faced dirty everywhere, somebodies hair on the sauna's wall, dirty floor, wet equipments and etc, it was such a disaster. Breakfast was okay, I'd say. the same dishes everyday but everything was delicious. Staff in this area were amazingly polite and helpful. P.S, at the 1st day, it was freezing cold in the room.

A charming and comfortable hotel is nestled in the heart of the old city area. Just outside, the T1 tram awaits, offering convenient access to all the tourist spots. The receptionist, Fatma, is friendly and helpful, generously providing welcome drinks and snacks. The breakfast spread boasts a decent variety of bread and cheese, complemented by top-notch service. The restaurant manager and staff are dedicated to ensuring your day begins with a warm and welcoming smile.

We stayed in a standard room. The location is exceptional: it is literally in front of the tram and in an area full of restaurants, cafeterias and supermarkets. The staff is next level, really helpful and friendly, and always making you feel so welcomed. We stayed only 2 days and the gentleman that checked us in was specially welcoming and warm with us, he even offered us the breakfast for free so that we would give it a try in case we’d be interested to get it next time we go back. (Thank you Mr. Semih) The room was clean, tidy and very comfortable. However, I was a bit surprised with the bathroom. It was clean, in general, but in one of the corner of the wall of the shower there was some mold, which shocked me because in my previous stays the bathroom had always been immaculate. It was not a huge deal but I would recommend them to please pay a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the shower. Either way inshallah we will come back if or when we return to Istanbul.

Excellent atmosphere and great service. Staff are very friendly. Excellent location very close to lots of shops and restaurants. Rooms are very clean and cleaned everyday. Reception staff are very courteous, one of them always offers us tea or coffee when we were waiting in the lobby. Will definitely go there again.

This is the worst hotel ever. I thought that a brand hotel will have the least basics of hospitality and hotels standards. But at this hotel I got shocked from the rudeness of the staff and the way they treat their gust (this didn’t happen only with me but also with other gusts on front of me) the only person I can say tries to be professional is Mr. Sonil, but the others are totally rude, unskilled, untrained, unprofessional and unqualified to be in a front disk even for a hostile. I strongly don’t recommend anyone to stay in this hote as they will screw your holiday and your mode. This only about the staff. For rooms: they don’t have the minimum standards of a hotel. Inside your room, you will feel that you have booked a very cheep hostel with old furniture, small and dirty room. If you already booked try to refund and if your booking is not refundable try to minimize your interaction with the staff, specifically the receptionists, to the most least level to avoid losing you vacation mode.

I am delighted to describe my excellent experience at the hotel. The hotel and its location, the transportation, the cleanliness of the rooms, the service and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff are all just perfect. The only place I prefer every time. The price is very reasonable, the service is super. I would like to thank all the staff, especially Muhammet Chef for his friendliness, kind attitude and good food. Thank you Ramada by Wyndham Istanbul Old City Hotel.

First, I would like to commend SAFIYE, our housekeeper, who did a great job, was very friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Second, I would like to commend the hotel technical staff. After check in we complained about a weak WiFi signal. They sent a team within a couple of hours, and after investigation found that the closest access point, which was in the neighborhood room, had it's write torn out from the wall. After fixing that, we had a great Internet connection throughout our stay. We got a suite, which was quite comfy. Enough room for two to use laptops, and decent surface space in the restroom. One downside in a top floor room facing south is that at noon the room would heat up above convenient levels, despite the AC. All in all, it's a good place to stay.

Bed comfort: 8/10 Room overall: 7/10 Breakfast: 5/10 Staff: 8/10 Internet: 7/10 Location: 4/10 Cleaning: 9/10 For breakfast ham, sausage and eggs are quite not eatable… I feel I was mostly eating bread with cheese. Tea offer quite ok. The rooms could have better acoustics isolation but it is not terrible. Bed was comfy, there is a safe and it feels clean (no smells). Internet it is quite ok if you are not working, it does need a login web to enter so forget about VPNs. Location it is quite bad as this is an uninteresting part of the city (no touristic attractions near) far from the Galata prime zone and with very low offer on (good) restaurants around.

The hotel is nice and perfect for tourists, as the transportation and restaurants are all in close vicinity, though the breakfast is not particularly good, it’s better to get from nearby places. The staff are all very helpful, Mediha the housekeeper is fantastic.

A fantastic stay in a beautiful room but what is most memorable was the warm welcome that I received from Türker at check in. He is an asset to the hotel and is passionate about his job.

Berna in the breakfast hall graciously offered me free fried eggs for first morning of my stay as I was a bit shocked that I had to pay for fried eggs. Appreciate the goodwill gesture. Overall all the ladies managing breakfast were friendly and courteous 👍

We had one of our best experiences in a hotel stay in this Ramada. The staff were very courteous, helpful, welcoming and professional. The location is very convenient, its just opposite the Findikzade T1 tram station. Delicious breakfast too.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and polite, the hotel was clean, the fixtures are a bit dated but it is a great place to stay, very convenient. Breakfast has many choices and very good. Tram is right across on the street. Fatima at front desk is amazing and Madeeha who cleaned my room everyday did a fantaatic job.

Best hotel in Istanbul. Excellent location just front the tram station, clean rooms, live area, great hospitality, best service by employees. Especially Mr. Soner from the front desk.

Amazing hotel. 1. Rooms are good and available in all sizes, from small to ultra spacious ones with patios. All have atleast one big window. Window view with all the rooms is great. You'll either get the full road view or another view in which you get the city skyline--dotted by beautiful red roofed houses. Just get a room above the third floor if its not on the road side. 2. Service people are very polite, and responsive especially the ladies who clean the room. There is one very sweet, aged lady here, who was cleaning the room. She helped me find amazing spots for photos in the hotel. Very kind and sweet. Yeah I recall her name, it is Sherife. Thats the sweetest soul I met in whole of istanbul. I request the hotel management to give her a raise. 3. Location is incredible. You are at the heart of the city. Its bustling with life here. You can find a shop or restaurant of every kind here all with a 10-500m radius. There is a tram station right in front of the hotel.

We stayed 2 + 2 nights in Ramada during our recent visit to Istanbul and we were very happy with the hotel. Location was great and the tram station (T1), was virtually outside the hotel, which brings you to all the major tourist attractions. Very clean hotel, comfortable beds and the staff were helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Mr Durmaz, the front office manager, who on our second visit upgraded us to an executive suite. Housekeeping was first class thanks to Safiye! Buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Highly recommended!!

Had a great four night stay in June, hotel room was nice and spacious, king terrace. Looked after very well by Safiye in housekeeping. Would definitely stay again if visiting Istanbul.

The location is excellent for traveling to the tourist areas of the old city. Our room had lots of space (suite with balcony) but I saw other rooms and they had great space as well. But the best was the staff. Everyone was helpful, even at times with limited English but still helpful at all times especially our floor maid housekeeper Safiye. She was the most helpful at any hotel I have stayed at. Safiye was attentive and helpful all 5 days I was there. Thank you!

When we checked in the receptionist (Turker) upgraded our reservation to superior room with free breakfast. Location is perfect very close to public transportation. Most of the staff are friendly and nice, specially Berna, Reyhan and Natali. We had great time throughout our stay. Bad things: Bed sheets were old and some of them ripped off.

I came to this hotel to stay while resting from surgery I had here. The location and staff are great. Service is excellent and everyone is very accommodating and understanding. The breakfast is great especially with the help of Berna who made great suggestions. Also house keeping was done by Serife everyday and she took care of every detail

We had great experience at this Hotel. Everyone was very professional, the facilities was very clean and the location as always is a key part of the journey. I want to thank NUR from the breakfast/Restaurant area. She was very helpful, professional and provided a great service and experience. Her ability to speak English also made our experience very welcoming.

Wonderful 6 day stay. Rooms are tiny but was kept immaculate by housekeeper Serife who is also the sweetest. Special thanks to Sahmet at reception and Nur in the dining area for their help as well. The location of this hotel is the best; right across from the Findakzade tramway station and just a few min ride away from Haga Sophia and Sultanhamet. Wonderful staff at the hotel. They even offered a bagged breakfast for us the morning that we were leaving since we left before breakfast time.

Amazing location, in the walking proximity of everything you might need. Helpful front desk. Removed one star cause the room is tiny, smaller than other Ramada hotels I visited. Other than that, everything was nice

Nice location. Opposite of Findikzade metro station. Clean and big room. Receptionist team are very professional, very helpful. Especially Mr.Turker (who speaks English very fluently) along with his colleague who speaks good frensh. The room I had booked was ready and check In was done swiftly, even he had offered us breakfast for free 😊 House keeping had done amazing work (Mediha). Remark: the bed-matress are too soft and not comfortable for guests who are suffering from back pain .

The location of this hotel is amazing. Staff are friendly, and some speak foreign languages. The rooms are clean but not very spacious. Breakfast is ok but lacks variety. The terrace rooms are on the seventh floor. Each terrace is about 15 square meters and has a table and 4 chairs.

The hotel was well situated. the tram station was just outside the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff at reception was just amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. Always willing to help. I stayed 5 nights and left for Antalya and came back the staff kept my luggage safely. Yunus, Yigit, Fatma and all the rest keep on smiling. you made us fell so at home.

Located right on the Findikzadeh tramvay station. Very convenient. Lots of restaurants and shops around it. Full with Arabic customers and Arabic restaurants. Very secure you must use your room key to use the elevator and to turn on the lights. Very clean. Has shampoo and some accessories. Hair dryer. Breakfast is not the greatest. I didn't buy it with my room. We ate outside. This hotel is always busy. You must book in advance. Large rooms. Rooms are not sound proof. You can hear your neighbors easily. They also can hold your luggage safely if you are going away for few days. They offer same day laundry service.

Excellent service and special thanks to Ms Mediha for providing excellent housekeeping service Hotel is in a prime location with all facilities like tram, bus etc within 50 meters radius . Thanks to Team Ramada Keep it up.

Laundry was PRICEY af. Don’t wash your clothes with them. $90 for a wash is insane. Spoke to the manager and the only thing he can help me with is free breakfast. I live in the USA and I never ever spent more then $25 to $30 for washing clothes. Other then that rooms were small and staff was ok.
