I’m addicted to açai bowls and on the weekend I purchased 3 different flavours and all were spectacular and tasty. I’m vegan so the additional yummy vegan cookie was delicious too! They were the only place still open late Saturday afternoon and I am happy I went here. Speedy service as well compared to other places.

first time visiting a raw squeeze store. why have I waited so long? I had the winter flu juice,, it was like a sippf summer. and the vegan gf pistachio slice was amazing. great place to stop for an afternoon catch with friend .

Pizza toastie and coffee were really good. Wasn't planning on being in Clayfield today, very pleasantly surprised. Worth the stop.

The young, blonde girl behind the counter is probably the most apathetic and bratty hospitality worker I've ever come across. Not only was she rude to customers, she had little patience for her colleagues and spoke with such attitude to them that it blew my mind. Take your job, no matter what job you do, seriously and be a professional.

Disrespectful staff! Walked in and older grey bearded man (staff member) sat at a table and ignored me…. I stood at the counter and looked at a menu, he jumped up once a young girl walked in after me, ignored me again and asked her if she was ready to order even though I was clearly there at the counter first, also ready to order. Thanks for the exceptional customer service, will never know if your products are any good as if you ignore me twice , I’m out the door and spending my money elsewhere.

I usually love this place and will get a Snickers bowl regularly as a treat but today I ordered my usual sweet treat and the staff were so rude and cold as always but this time they were too lazy to even add the chocolate drizzle on top of my snickers bowl. Instead I just got this large, solid chunk of chocolate that I had to throw out because it was so hard I could hardly even break it up to try and spread through the bowl like I could with the chocolate drizzle. Just really disappointing that the staff can’t even give me a heads up if they were out of the chocolate sauce and just some basic customer service.

I came here on a Saturday morning and there was only one girl on. She did an amazing job to get everyone’s orders done under pressure. There definitely should be a few other people on at this time as it was very busy. The food I received was always up to top standards but should definitely consider having more staff on Saturday mornings.

Raw squeeze clayfield - the juices were delicious but a couple of things I think are expected from most cafe customers in this day and age - wifi - powerpoints - wall menus up to date - fast service Don't want to sound rude but you might want to consider these if you want more repeat business. Why have you left two young girls to serve by themselves on a busy Saturday? Poor girls were run off their feet. They shouldn't have to put up with upset customers because you guys are too tight to employ enough staff.

Great juices, good prices and wonderful to see them using environmentally friendly paper straws and glass drink containers. Highly recommended.

FROZEN FRUIT: We love a healthy fresh Acai bowl. This one is made with FROZEN blueberries and frozen raspberries! Sadly! the only fresh fruit was the kiwi fruit! Disappointing considering they were $16.00!

Now that's how you do business. I placed an order for a wrap combo on Deliveroo, but it was past the closing hours, somehow their business still displayed as active. My order didn't have everything I ordered, but they preparer put in much more and even compensated me for the inconvenience of not receiving my original order. Thank you, I appreciate this act from you guys alot.

Just popped in whilst passing by for a quick on the run breakfast. Avo on sourdough was super fresh, with a good size serving of avo and a slice of lemon.Coffee and iced coffee were also great. I was very impressed with the quality and service. Wish I took a picture, but the avo on toast was inhaled pretty quickly.

I'll be honest here the smashed avo on toast was very tasty and the coffee was delicious, but when I visited for pickup the staff were rather morbid, didn't smile or provide basic customer service skills, it all seemed like I was being a huge inconvenience being there, customer service is massive for me and a potential 5 star experience has been cut to 2 stars, I don't know if I'll be back

Pathetic order. Ordered a large acai bowl with extra protein and extra peanut butter. After my delivery person needed to wait over 30 minutes in front of the store for my 1 simple acai bowl to be ready they couldn’t even make what was ordered. No protein, no peanut butter, acai completely melted and had to wait 2 hours for this. Total cost: $46 (including a juice)

I love the Clayfield Charlie's! The girls there are always super helpful, accommodating and friendly! Other reviews have mentioned a long wait, but they make everything fresh and from scratch so I don't mind waiting for good, made to order food. When I'm busy or can't be bothered going out I order UberEats from them and they always write "Thanks Alli, enjoy" on the bag which is so cute and no other places do that and it makes you feel appreciated as a customer! I go there quite regularly and so a few times the girls have upgraded me from a small juice to a large at no extra cost which is so nice! :) I've now gotten my family and friends onto Charlie's as well and they all love it.

You need to wake up because you are sleeping. Not one order instruction followed. Vegemite when I state in caps NO VEGEMITE. Cayenne pepper when I state in caps NO CAYENNE PEPPER. No syrup in my coffee. 2 hours wait. Don't smoke so much weed on a work day. I'm getting a refund.

Great juices .... Slow service

For a fresh food place, some of the lunch option taste a little old, Falafel toasted wrap. Semolina cake was flavorless and just was basically a sugar hit. Chocolate tart also very sugar.

All of the girls are so lovely and accommodating particularly the girl that has the freckles drawn on her cheeks! ( i think her name is elena?) she is so lovely and always chats to me! As a fussy eater with about 5 modifications to 1 smoothie, no one is impatient or judges and they all do amazing time wise considering how busy they always are! will always return, i definitely highly recommend!

Very inconsistent, some lf the best and worse acai bowls. The portions and ingredients change every time I come here and order the same thing. I would say on average it is delicious (the most recent bowl I had was delicious). I would love to give them 5 stars but the staff aren't friendly at all. They are either disengaged, disinterested or unhappy. I have seen lots of staff come and go, all being very unhappy which begs the question why. I think this business has huge potential, they just need to work on their customer service and either look after their staff or hire enthusiastic staff. I really hope they can because most of the time their food is good.

Absolutely the BEST Açai bowl I’ve ever had. Packed full to the brim with fresh berries, gorgeous crunchy muesli. Friendly service to top off an amazing lunch with take-home protein balls. YUM 😋

It is unbelievable how consistently perfect this place is. I’ve ordered a hand full of times with different items every time. Want a toastie, it’s hot and crunchy, want a bowl, it’s ice cold, want a coffee, order the Mylk (it’s really good). Even when the delivery companies much you around, this place looks after you.

Ordered via delivery, around $60 of juices, smoothies and toast, only to find on arrival that one of the juices was a child's size and not the large ordered and that the toasts were missing. Only excuses were given when we called to ask for our missing order - no excuse was offered regarding the undersized juice and the rather weak excuse for the toast was "the toaster oven was being cleaned". There were also some concerns about double charging on delivery. I'm sorry but even McDonalds can provide better service and they're staffed by inexperienced teenagers - and can clean a toaster quickly rather than provide weak excuses for non-fulfillment after the fact. I won't be ordering from you again in the foreseeable future unless you lift your game significantly. If you want to charge premium price provide a service on par with it. [Edit: and the "Nature's Raw Salted Caramel" smoothie had no caramel or discernable walnut taste, just a taste of bananas well past their use by date. If you're not going to try, don't bother turning up in the first place]

There is something wrong with our order every single time we visit. Worth the drive to Everton Park. They actually know what they are doing and don’t take an hour to do it.

The past two days - when the owner was here and was making the juices - have been amazing! Fifty stars. Delicious juices and excellent service. I had been coming here previously, several times a week, and although the juices were great (probably the best around), the service was not great. The wait time was unacceptably long, even for a juice bar. Anyway, I am optimistic that things will turn around, with the owner on the premises.

The food, average. The service, doing their best. The small team behind the counter don’t have any support from their management and it shows. Bosses need to get better for their business and actually support their team

We were walking the dog nearby and felt like grabbing a drink. Been to the North Lakes one before. On this occasion, we grabbed two large smoothies. Small store with a few seats bench located inside & a couple outside. There were a couple of people dining in at the time. The smoothies were made fresh to order, so a little wait was involved. You can see the water from here so I enjoyed the nice view while waiting. Quality ingredients used. It was huge & took me ages to get through it. It was essentially a meal.

I tried to call but the number is not working anymore. The Uber eats order for Freya you guys just sent to Ashgrove: 10/10. The self made a so bowl was the best I ever had in 10 years. The ingredients are amazing. Good job. Thanks guys! 👏🏻

I usually really like this place but recently the new, younger staff have been really rude and cold and it makes me sad. Just appearing disinterested and scowling. When I say thank you or have a nice day they don't really care. It makes me feel worse leaving than I do entering but I do think their sweets and smoothies are nice (albeit expensive). There's one really nice girl who is staff who I always hope to have because she is very kind and warm but I haven't seen her around. It's not a one time thing either it's happened a few times. I'd understand if people were rude because they had a bad day but consistently doing it makes the whole experience suck and I feel really sad.

Firstly the service, I always receive fantastic, polite service from the clayfield staff. That alone goes a long way. Love love love their juice combo's, I feel like there's one to suit everyone's taste. Bit pricey, but prob comparative to everyone else that does fresh juices. Also thank eff someone is doing just a standard AVO on toast!! No unwanted, fussiness like dukkah, beetroot hummus etc... Just Avo smashed on Rye with a wedge of lemon on the side. I'm even happy that they put the salt and pepper out so you can season to YOUR taste. Haven't tried to pancakes yet, but super Keen to try them soon.

Haven't had the food. I went for juice. And then went back to Boostjuice. Very expensive juices.

First time visiting this Charlie's Raw Squeeze store and I have to say best service and absolutely best Snickers bowl I have ever had out of all the Charlie's stores 😍😍😍 will be back 💯🙏

The service is terrible. I have been coming to the Clayfiels shop for a year now as I love Açai bowls but always the service is horrible. The staff always make me feel like it is incovenient for them when I walk in and I should apologise for it. Their bowls use to be good but lately the base has chunks of frozen pieces and they are not as good so it is not worth get pass the bad service now. The staff never ever have received me as a customer with a nice smile or a warm word. They are always cold and not happy to work there. I won't be coming back.

The only issue I have with this place is that the opening hours as advertised on google are wrong. I think it shuts at around 7pm on Fridays. Not sure about other days. Otherwise - really kid friendly with plenty of kid-sized options.

Discovered the Clayfield Charlie's raw squeeze today(have also tried the others) not only were they super quick and have great customer service, they also listened when I asked for extra ginger. Great juice, great service and fast as I was getting takeaway.
