The accommodation doesn't meet the 2020 lowest hygiene requirements. A mouse been found in the room, it has settled in the room somewhere. When the concerns has been reported to the owner/boss, she went, "that is normal this time of the year, because it is a rural area". She also been rude and blamed us for leaving food in the room. She didn't even apologised. She claimed that the mouse entered through the window. No Miss. It isn't normal at all. Why the windows are not fitted with sieve if they experienced the mouses earlier? As she claimed that is normal. Funny fact. The room has been left. You expect to have an investigation to remove the mouse and clean they room by professionals, however they placed a mouse trap under the bed and they accommodated another guest strait away in the room without saying anything to them. That is something you must not come across in 2020, even if you do the owner has to apologise and get professional help, also fit the appropriate equipment on the windows to avoid any mouses / rats to enter the building instead of being rude to the customers who pay for her wages.

Under every kind of criticism ! Do not recommend! Problems with hot water, with cleaning, with the heat system! The owner try to "save" money from everything.... will not make the mistake to visit it ever again ! My worst month in my life !

Don’t book! The owner apparently controls the heat and warm water and she’s very stingy!!! Turns on the heat for a couple of hours at a time when people complain they are cold. This place is close to a clinic and people stay there to be close to their place of treatment so they need at least a warm room and warm water. They also accept guests that party at night and bother the whole building knocking on guest doors, but do not call the police to calm things down. Very disappointed! Will call some authorities to have them checked out for sure.

Very bad services, the host it's very rude and they have major problems with the hot water. You have to wait more than 40-50 minutes for the hot water to come. seams like they just don't care!!

Rooms booked 2 weeks before, after 1000 kilometers of driving they are telling, that they dont have rooms for us. No chance to communicate in any foreign language. Avoid this place!
