Amazing place with what seems to me like home cooked style/authentic food. I went with 3 other companions and each of our dishes were so tasty and absolutely delicious. It seemed to me like they regularly change their menu (maybe daily?) so I don’t exactly know what I ordered (chicken stew in some sort of red sauce) but I do remember it was so packed with flavor, this was my best meal in Italy during my 8 day stay split between Florence, Amalfi Coast, and Rome. Also, the server was incredibly nice, warm, and so patient with us that it added to our dining experience and couldn’t match it elsewhere. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Florence.

Very cute bar with soft and delicious morning croissants and all the fixings for a great aperitivo! Wonderful location in via Porta Romana. Friendly service.

I was a little disappointed here as the service was not the best. Only one lady in the whole place with lots of customers, so she seemed like she had too much to do for one person. Many of her customers, which seemed like regulars, kept distracting her as well. We didn't get everything we ordered in the end because of this. I also think our charcuterie platter was missing stuff that the menu stated it should have.

Amazing small deli/bar with the best sandwiches. Service was amazing and prices are great for size!

We stopped in for lunch on a hot day in Florence. As we were looking two patrons came out saying it was amazing. They were so right! The host was fabulous, took the time to explain patiently what was available and what was sold out. Gave GREAT recommendations on wines. So very friendly. The food was so yum. Crostini with lemon peel, herbed butter and anchovies. Delicious salads and substantial panini with crusty hearty bread. Afterwards they insisted that we try a limoncello. We walked out happy and satisfied!

Just the best sandwiches in the town - made with loving care and attention to detail - my life is ruined now knowing that these sandwiches will represent the pinnacle and will probably never be beaten!

The paninis were OUTSTANDING. This is a small place and as a result, lots of attention goes into crafting incredible food. We fueled up here before touring the Boboli Gardens. Highly recommend !

Great authentic place! We only used it for having a light italian breakfast several days. The guy was always nice, professional, and patient with my italian. The coffee and pastries are superb and the panini at lunch looked really yummy. I truly recommend this place.

Best sandwich I had in Firenze! Each sandwich is made from scratch, with care and time. Fabulous & unique combination of ingredients. Homely service and wholesome experience. Way better than the overhyped one I queued for 20-30mins.

Good food and friendly service, but don't come here if you are short on time. The woman behind the bar was very busy, and also very chatty with the locals, which is fine, that's their main business. But, I didn't get the water I asked for, and we were never asked if we wanted another drink, which we had finished before the food even arrived. Food was tasty, but again, service was distracted because we got a charcuterie board for one, when we had ordered the board for two. But, we were not in a hurry, so I never begrudge a single server in a busy restaurant, but perhaps they need another on staff to give better service. Overall, good food, wish they hadn't run out of a couple of their daily specials, I would try it again. This review may seem negative, but I'm only deducting one star because of the distracted slow service, everything else was great.

Had some of the best sandwiches in Florence here. Lots of vegetarian options. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, telling us details about the wine we chose and checking to make sure we enjoyed the food. A great place to relax near the Pitti Palace.

I was here for Negroni, a typical cocktail of Florence. Noemi was an angel, she helped me call and book a taxi to the airport. Thank you, all the best. Melanie

😐 Not gonna lie, this is probably the most underwhelming Eataly location I've ever visited. Eataly locations are usually grandiose with impeccable service, but this one felt like a little corner store in Disneyland.
