Nice view ,not so much variety on snacks ,I had better view in other rooftops in Florence but never had bad service , I got a fly in my drink and they serve me the drink without being attention that there is a dead fly 🤢

the second best rooftop view bar so far (the top 1 for me is still in Istanbul)! but here has better service and with live band! We had a very romantic and relaxing night.

Got a reservation with a member of the bar for the rooftop. Unfortunately, rooftop was closed due to weather. But nobody took a minute to call and informed us... Very bad etiquette and customer care from a 5* institution (+ senior bartender was rude when we complained...)

Wonderful tapas style food with an unbeatable view overlooking the city. Particularly beautiful during sunset. The staff are friendly and the chefs cook everything fresh on the roof!

We visited a couple of times few years ago the empireo roof top of hotel lucchesi in Florence The view is breathtaking, the food was cooked by a starred chef the customer service pure delight !! Worth visiting

We had the most amazing time here - fantastic cocktails and wine, tasty and complementary bar snacks, good service…but the kicker is the VIEW! You can see just about every single landmark in Firenze. For the best experience, book your table for 10-15 minutes before sunset (just Google it for the day you’ll be there) and get your camera ready. We were in absolute awe of the beauty, and it was neat to watch lights come on throughout the city to light the various churches, etc. Located within the Plaza Hotel but very easy to navigate to the elevator and up a few steps to the rooftop. Surprisingly reasonable prices for a hotel bar and rooftop seating - we paid 29€ for one cocktail and one glass of wine.

Best sunset in Florence, overlooking the Duomo and the city skyline. The drinks are overpriced (€18!), food, at least during our visit, was mediocre. But the great service and the unreal view, made it one of the most memorable experience of our time in florence!

What this place has in its beauty, in my opinion it can’t be translated into the food. Certainly, the views were amazing. If someone is looking for the right spot to get an incredible view, this place has its merits. It was probably the best view of Firenze I have ever seen. However, the main dish I ordered was not edible to me. I ordered a pasta with rabbit. The pasta was cold, the sauce was too thick and the rabbit was not tender to my palate. The ragu was with such a weird taste that I couldn’t continue eating. On the other hand, I need to recognize that the staff was sensible enough to not charge the food after we said it was not good. Additionally, the starters were unsalted and too oily as well. On a more positive note, the drinks were good and can deserve a second chance because of the view.

Staff was rude when we tried swimming after purchasing cocktails. Should open it to non-hotel guests and just paying customers for the pool :/

Great views of the city. It is a nice place but not the most reasonably priced. Cheapest bottle of wine is €45

Great views of Florence, great service. The drinks were good. Would loved to stay there to watch the full sunset but had to eat dinner.
