The worst place ever, we didn't check opinions before we sit there. So I asked for tonic like bottle of tonic, instead I got weird drink in glass what didn't taste like tonic, on the bill they wrote gin tonic, what was not my order for 9 euro, just for sitting there 7 euro, what is ridiculous, staff is very rude, they don't listen what you want. Awful place.

This a great place to just get drinks and enjoy the Piazza del Duomo. The views of the cathedral, bell tower & dome can't be beat. Sit down and watch tourists from around the world while sipping on their selection of beers, wines or other beverage. Save your palate for one of the many delicious restaurants or the real Florence gelato shops.

Great fruits and pretty good sandwiches! Was a great place to stop for a little lunch after visiting the Duomo. Also a great view sitting right next to the Duomo! Staff was very friendly and attentive. Would recommend!

Not sure why people are hating on this so much. You have a stunning view of the cathedral, the server was attentive, hard working and helpful. Our drinks were quick, and we had a small bite to eat and it was lovely. Average priced for the area and we stayed for a few hours just watching the sun go down.

Service non existent, servers are rude and dismissive. Food is not good and very expensive!! Worse place ever. All other places I have been have had really good food but this one is not like you are eating in Italy. The only good thing is the location but there are other places around that I am sure are better than this one (the bar is very low!) I should have checked the reviews before stopping at this place because they are accurate. Lesson leaned! If I could I would give them -1 stars.

Caution!! Rip-Off No prices at the Board outside! The cheque was 8€ for each aperol spritz! Comparable Prices at the Same area are around 5€. Netter Go to Sergios Bar (bar next door)! Drinks are much cheaper and definately More tasty

I had a very bad experience. I bought three ice creams for 10 euros. We sat down at the bar’s tables and a waiter came up to us and told us we payed for takeout food. If we wanted to sit at the bar, we’d have to pay an extra fee. Ridiculous!

Food was good, but not a must. I gotas this plate and a glass of wine combo deal for 13 euro. You are paying for the view rather than traditional florentine food, but it wasn't bad.

This is a nice location but because it’s in a tourist trap the prices are astronomical! Not worth stopping here just for a nice view of the cathedral, find somewhere more reasonably priced. We were charged €15 for two small orange juices and €7 for a very mediocre cannoli. Absolute rip off and everything is so overpriced

Great place to eat while enjoying a spectacular view. The gelato and coffee are worth tasting, while the main dishes are also spectacular. The people in the restaurant are highly interested in offering a great service

The cashier yelled at me. They didn't have any hospitality at all to serve their customers. Worst cafeteria I've visited in Europe

extremely poor service. you cannot order inside, they tell you to wait for waitress. waitress does not speak English, forgets orders (happened to many people around) and spends more time actually asking people to go away (because they only bought 1 bottle of water) than serving people. surprisingly low quality. did not happen to us anywhere else in Italy view is nice.

One star because we not allowed to put zero. 12€ for 2 coffee and one water. The coffee was the worst I have ever tasted, the waiter rude, the place very dirty and it charges 1€ for the toilet. Considering the location I wouldn't mind the price, but the low quality took any excuse from it. Horrible I would say. Better options anywhere nearby.

Staff were very friendly but as others have said they overcharge quite a bit. I went in to purchase a bottle of water and they said it would be €2,00 but when I went to pay it was €3,50 because I had chosen to sit down. If I had taken my water and sat on the stone bench just across the way I would have saved on an already overpriced bottle of water. They did have a bathroom though which was helpful.
