It is a very nice place. You can not expect to find a nice and small hotel with clean rooms, all facilities like in a real hotel and a big garden where is possible to lie on a comfortable chair and read a book. It is not a hotel (that means there is not the concierge 24h/day) and breakfast is less rich than usual. But in a Relais, the security is the same. Maybe, even more. And privacy is almost absolute, since it is possible to enter in the building only for the guests who have the code. All other people can not enter. Rooms are of different sizes and some of them are like small apartments. If you are looking for a nice place, quiet and with nice rooms with low price, this is the best solution.

This is a lovely place situated at 15 minutes walking from the city centre. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. The room was clean and lady at the reception gave us some good tips about the city. There is also an inner garden that is very quite where one can enjoy the silence while having a cup of good Italian coffee. Nearby there is a good supermarket in case one needs to resupply.

Very nice place to stay. Walking distance (20 minutes) to get to the main areas of Florence. No markets or stores nearby so if you want a late night snack or drink you should plan for it ahead of time. Very quiet area. Good rooms and comfortable.

The service here is outstanding! The rooms are gorgeous and sparkling clean! I loved that it's in the city but not in the loud part, haha!

Doesn't look like from the outside, but the this place is really cosy. Beautiful and clean rooms. The view from the internal garden is really nice. Free breakfast is simple, but good.

The place is very cosy and well-maintained. The location is pretty good, it's 10/15 minutes by feet from the city centre and it's in a residential area. Last but not least, the stuff is very kind and friendly, always ready to help. I highly recommend this accommodation!

A nice place to stay in a walking distance from the cathedral. The decorations inside is very good with the elevator inside and a nice personal who tried to help us to find the right bus from the train station but we failed to find the bus stop. 😣 Our room is big but the bathroom is very small. I had a problem with the toilet panel that clamped or fell off its place in the middle of the night. The bed is too soft for us.

Very beautiful and clean rooms. The service is amazing. The beautiful decor of the property and the garden in the back give you a true feeling of florence. I highly recommend this place since it's a little away from all the hustle and bustle and more in the residential area. It gives you a non touristy experience. There are so many local shops, restaurants, and bakeries you can visit to get an authentic florence lifestyle experience. The Santa Maria Novella train station is 4 bus stops away. It costs about 3 euros pp and small children ride free.
