The location deserves 5 stars but the breakfast 0 stars. The staff and the hygene satisfactory. For this price it is not worthed because it doesnt have a restaurant and the one they work with is 5 minutes away and is very dirty and unhygienic. The breakfast was poor. It didnt meet my expectations.

Amazing! Beautiful room, very well decorated. Super clean. 20m from the Duomo Plaza. Very king and helpful staff. If you go with car, park at Garage Michelangelo (25€/day) it stays 300m from hotel. Very easy to reach. To come back for sure. Great experience in a unforgettable charming city. Bella Florence.

Wonderful rooms with excellent people that makes everything possible to make your stay pleasant! People should be aware that it is not a hotel with common areas or big reception, but it has everything what is needed and the rooms are very good and very comfortable!

Location is very good its right by the duomo which you can see by leaning out the window! As a consequence tho it's very noisy of night with people passing by as well as a plethora or delivery vans and street cleaners! Sadly you may do well to get a decent night sleep which let's it down. Rooms are nice and spacious and very clean and tidy.

I don’t understand why this keeps getting such high scores. Staff are very friendly and helpful, no complaints at all, And location is perfect. But unfortunately, that’s as far as the compliments go. The rooms are not clean enough, our towels had hairs on them, a lot of dusty corners, and the shower is completely clogged. The bed is EXTREMELY uncomfortable!! Honestly, watch out, because if you’re a light sleeper like myself, having a good night sleep at this place might be impossible for you. I just couldn’t sleep. Mattress is rock hard and so are the pillows. Also, keep in mind that this is NOT a hotel. The lift and stairs are not inviting at all and the breakfast place is a few mins walk. There’s no reception, there’s an office that is open at certain times. Definitely, will not be back here nor recommend this place. Sorry.

Large spacious rooms. Bathrooms were large and clean. Location was amazing. Breakfast is at a local restaurant and was a wonderful start to the day. I would recommend.

Had a great stay here! The staff here were super nice and helpful, and the rooms really comfortable and clean. It's very centrally located, so if you're in Florence for the touristy sights, I'd warmly recommend this place. It is admittedly a bit higher up on the price range, but you essentially get a whole flat for yourself for the price, so I think it's worth it.

Stayed 3 nights and could not have picked a better place to stay. The location is a fantastic base to explore the city and felt very safe. The room was clean and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Do not book this place. I booked it over 4 months ago for my honeymoon and 2 days before they cancelled me and said if I wanted to rebook, I had to pay the new rate which was double what I originally paid. Management was also not helpful at all. Shocking manager. If you are looking for stable accomodation, don’t book this place. They will screw you before you arrive

The location is ideal and the rooms are big. Because the location is central, there is a little bit of noise from the street. The staff is very friendly and helpful and breakfast is also great.

Excellent situation 2 mins from the Duomo . Central to everything. Rooms modernised, kept clean. I forgot to include breakfast. Eating out isnt cheap in Florence. Recommended.

The location is great, the room was clean, and the staff are super helpful. However the mattress was extremely firm. This alone made for 4 rough nights of sleep.

I really liked the location but i wouldnt stay here again. Staff was helpful and they offer luggage depositiry after check out. Rooms we decent but not super clean. Our room was not something special, toilets are smaller than they look in the pictures. There is no balcony at the building so if you are a smoker you will have to go out. What i hated the most is that they offer breakfast but there is no restaurant in the building. So the breakfast is in a restaurant called Konnubio. It is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast was basic - not great not terrible. This was definitely overpriced, so overall I would give 3 stars -if you really need this location it is good choice, if you want good worth of your money and comfort find another place.

A great location that makes your life sooo much easier. Needless to mention the girls were so helpful! In so many ways. Dew mnts from the majestic dome and even from the centre of all wonders of Florence! I highly recommend it even for families
