My experience with my family in this hotel is not forgettable. The resort was fabulous. Our suite was with nice view. We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean,Staff were very friendly and helpful all the time. Even though there was a limited option for breakfast, it was delicious and prepared with passion. The hotel is located little out of the city in high place where the air is so Fresh. The price was reasonable for what we experienced.

We really enjoyed our stay at Eden Rock. It is on the outskirts of Florence, but there is a bus stop at the hotel, so it was cheap and convenient getting to the city center for the sites, excursions, shopping and dining. Our room was a "Superior Junior Suite with Balcony" and we were very pleased with the upgraded room. It was very spacious and a had a large balcony with a couch, chairs and table, and recliners. The view was fantastic, including a view of Florence from up high on a small mountain (or large hill). We sat on the balcony each morning to drink coffee and tea, listen to the birds sing and bells ring from the large old church on the top of the hill to our left. Daniel (the owner?) Was super friendly and very helpful with how the bus system works, places to go, etc. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay in Florence and this hotel was a large part of that experience.

Words can't describe how good this place is. The location, the staff, the food, the drink, the rooms all excellent!

This is an amazing location overlooking the hills north of Florence and a beautiful city view. Quiet, comfortable, and incredibly picturesque location with top notch staff and service.

We stayed for only one night, but the stay at the Aparthotel was really great. Especially the view was very beautiful and the room spacious. Also, the staff was very friendly from showing the way to the reception, which was a bit tricky to find, and very helpful regarding questions. Only the way to the city and back was a bit difficult since there is only one bus line, which was often late.

We have stayed here sooo many times and everytime we absolutely love it! Staff are very lovely & friendly. The whole place is amazing from the swimming pool to the room’s. We are coming back in May this year for our 1st wedding anniversary and we cannot wait! Florence is not far away as well and we always love to spend a day their too. Thank you so much & cannot wait to see you all again x

My husband and I stayed here during our visit to Florence and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff upgraded our room free of charge. Breakfast was fresh and service was excellent. The room was super spacious and included bathrobes and slippers, lots of fresh towels and the room service was delicious. The staff provided luggage assistance and the resort also has an elevator on the premises. The resort is tucked away on a hill so be prepared to take a taxi into the city.
