Don't come, run, the place has been in decline for years, the bathroom doesn't work, the WiFi doesn't exist, it always says they will repair it the day you leave, pay attention to these warnings, it's no joke, it's better to sleep On the street, the guy is a pervert. They should close this place.

This place is discusting! The owner has zero hosting ability. His mother will not shut shut up. The description of this place sounds great. I got there and it was horrible. The worst place I have ever stayed! Takes an hour to power walk to the main station, room does NOT lock. Rooms smelt as if they hadnt been aired out in about ten years. Said it had wifi.. owner said that it was broken. Not even after 8days had he managed to fix it. The bathroom did not have a light and the door didnt close or lock. Zero privacy. It was dirty, flooded. No toilet paper and no toilet seat. Shower didnt have a curtain or a door. Woke up every day with a huge puddle on the floor around my bed because the bathroom flooded and ran out of the bathroom and into the sleeping room. Mosquitos every night. Beds were horrible. They smelt, creaked and I got back pain from them. rooms have zero security and this place doesn't offer any sort of facilities that it says it does. Dont go there. I saw the pictures and thought it was a neat place to go... it is NOT a neat place to go. Photos must have been from about 20 years ago. The walls have mould on them and the place hasnt been cleaned in years. NOT EVER STAY HERE. IT IS HORRIBLE! IT DOESN'T GET ANY WORSE THAN THIS.

I booked the hotel by telephone for 19 and 20 February 2013. Maximum friendliness and kindness both by telephone and in person during the stay. I booked a double. What was expected from the service was respected very well. I was able to benefit from the service, following a renewal of the hotel's management philosophy. I have read the previous reviews, but surely those who use the service in this hotel will be able to observe and note the positive change.

The owners are terrible people. They have no other source of income other than the property, so they are forced to run it. They ill treat guests. This is not a bed and breakfast. It is your nightmare. The linens are old and so is the place. Not kept well. Morning times the mothers smokes and shouts and in the evening the son is walking around drunk and shouting Try to stay away. Don't ruin your Florence experience by staying here. If it is an inexpensive place you need, there are many others

Welcoming staff, clean structure, equipped with all comforts (garden included, to be used for any events), strategic location near the Fi Peretola motorway junction. Well served by public transport, buses and trams. Owner available! Absolutely recommended! 5 stars! :)

The ideal solution for a quiet and discreet business stay. Very convenient due to the strategic location, just outside the centre, with all public transport available and very convenient.

The hotel is not at all what they show you in the photos. poorly maintained, dirty... The bathroom is horrible, there is no shower curtain and the floor is full of water, there is no room cleaning service. The only good thing is that right next door you have the bus stop that is 15 minutes from the city center.

Renovated environment, rooms with kitchenette and air conditioning, small garden at the back. Bus stop very close and the center of Florence easy to reach.

So when I see these kinds of photos my hair stands on end.. Be careful, this establishment is not a hotel.. It's a pigsty!!! There are no words to justify such horror!!! My husband and I named it the red inn!! I find it shameful that people of this type can still practice...

Excellent solution for finding apartments or rooms for rent for short periods. Excellent daily cleaning service and staff. Important: no deposits must be given in advance!! Advised !!
