The hotel is very conveniently located along a shopping street and it’s very near to other attractions which we ended up walking most of the time. Room was decent too and it’s pretty clean. Breakfast area was really nice and the food was not too bad as well. The downside of the hotel being in the heart of action means it can be quite noisy even at night. If you do not mind, I highly recommend this hotel though and I still enjoyed our 3 nights there.

Fabulous place ,modern clean , helpful staff. Breakfasts that will set you up for the day. Breakfast room is at the top of the building overlooking Firenze. Has lift to take you to it and rooms one step up to front door wheelchair users.

It's hard to imagine a better location for a hotel in Florence. Almost everything is within short walk. The rooms are on the smaller side but beautifully appointed. The bathroom is large with a walk in shower. The breakfast was excellent. While we were here the elevator was not working but the staff took care of the luggage and we got some additional exercise. I will definitely stay here again.

Super nice staff to help. Right in the heart of the city to walk wherever you want. The breakfast on the rooftop with an incredible view. We were blessed to have a room with a balcony and sipping wine at night while watching the town vibe. We will book here again.

Great place for a cold shower, literally! At 10pm, after a long day walking around we wanted to have a hot shower and go to bed. However there was not hot water! We called the reception which picked up the phone after 3 missed calls! The receptionist came into our room to check, stepping with dirty shoes on the bath mat outside the shower, without respect or proposing to change it, after tell him that he was leaving black marks on it! We kindly asked to call someone to fix the issue, or allow us to have a shower in a spare room. The answer was always the same "NO". He left saying " I cannot do anything, have a shower tomorrow morning. Bye". Never had such bad experience before, this was really careless for a client which is paying over 120 per night! The following day at the checkout we expected to have a discount at least, but no. Another receptionist apologies and that's it. NEVER AGAIN! No care for clients! Also the bathroom wasn't clean and do not spend money for the breakfast, frozen croissant and old ham!

It was a very nice room with nice comfortable beds. The balcony provided an excellent view of the Ponte Vicchio. Location was perfect walking distance to many icon locations such as Pitti Palace and Uffizi Gallery. If you don't mind some urban hiking the Statue of David is only 30 minutes away and the walk is quite beautiful. Service was adequate. The front desk didn't give off approachable vibes. Overall, great hotel for the price I recommend to anyone that does not require extensive services.

They have the most comfortable beds here. Service was very good and they're so helpful. Location is right in the middle of all the things you want to see and not too far from the train station.

I love this hotel. Although it is quite a distance from the train station, there are many shops around, the iconic bridges, self service laundry etc. Staffs are well communicated with each other. As we need to leave early for our day trip, our requested breakfast to be packed are well prepared and when we collect, staff can even read out our room number before we told him. They are very polite too. I hope that this review will encourage them to continue serving all customers with the politeness they have.

Excellent Hotel in the middle of town with very affordable rates. The staff was very kind and the wheelchair accessible room was awesome! A big bathroom and a balcony which was huge. Looking forward to our next stay.

We have stayed at Hotel della Signoria several times over the last many years, and recently for a couple of weeks. So, this review is from a longtime experience with this hotel and its people. We have always found the staff, including housekeeping, to be kind, helpful, and always ready to please. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the location couldn't be better. We have no hesitation in recommending Hotel della Signoria. Enjoy!

Beautiful, newly renovated rooms in a central location for a great price, especially if visiting off-season! Clean room, clean bathroom, really felt like a luxury hotel and only minutes away from major attractions. Staff were also lovely and held our bags for free when we arrived ahead of check-in time. Highly recommend!

Great hotel in Florence, Italy. We got a terrace and enjoyed drinking espresso in the morning and listening to the sounds of the city. The location was walking distance to all the main parts of Florence and was in the middle of all the shops and food! The service was great, including the breakfast in the morning, where you have a great view of the city and good food. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff, roof-top breakfast with a view, superior rooms are clean and pretty. WLAN working very well, AC as well. Located in the very heart of Florence, 1 min. to the river, 3 to the dome. Would always stay there again for a city trip.

Great small hotel. Completely up to date attractive rooms with the best beds ever. A wonderful breakfast in a penthouse room overlooking the city of Florence. The breakfast room turns into an evening bar. Incredible central location on all the important crossroads of the city. We will be back and stay here again.

I’m reluctant to recommend this hotel because I don’t want anyone else to know about it!!! Lovely rooms and amenities. Nice breakfast on the top floor with fab views of the terracotta tiles, and comes with fresh hot eggs cooked the way you like them - all included in the room rate. It’s a small hotel with 5/6 rooms per floor, and the staff can easily remember who you are. Very well located and close to the main tourist spots in Florence. Would (reluctantly) recommend! 👍

Perfect location for our family visiting Florence for first time. Good daily breakfast (great rooftop breakfast room). We had two rooms for family of 4, bummer we requested to be on same floor and we were 3 floors apart. Good beds, so-so bathrooms. Friendly front desk.

Due to an extremely inflexible cancellation policy even under strange circumstances, I lost 250 Euros to this hotel and never even stayed there. Having urgently booked a room 2 hours prior to arrival, I admittedly selected the wrong date (the following day). Upon arrival, I was coldly informed I booked the following day, and that there was zero flexibility in the policy to be able to adjust the reservation to the current night needed. I asked about booking tonight- the response was “I can book you tonight, but I cannot cancel the other reservation” implying there is no path for recovery of my booking. I chose to book the needed night elsewhere. I understand the purpose or 3 day cancellation policies, but in this case of booking a last-minute reservation, I don’t think this situation is in the spirit of the policy. They didn’t plan for my arrival, they didn’t schedule staff assuming I was there. Instead, they capitalized on my mistake to the tune of 250 Euros. Because they showed no understanding or flexibility, chose not to stay and give them more money.

My wife and I visited Florence the week of Easter and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Hotel della Signoria. The location was fantastic and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were really nice and the breakfast on the top floor overlooking the Duomo was breathtaking. Thank you for exceeding our expectations and making our trip one we will never forget!

Very nice hotel, great location. The staff is very accommodating. The breakfast is very nice. Hot plate in the room is great for early risers who like coffee or tea.

I would not recommend anyone to book in this hotel at ALL! Seriously I paid 200 $US per night, and I had the worst experience. I will give details to prove my point. First the receptionist Andria was very friendly and helpful. However the other receptionists were the RUDEST CREATURES IN THE WHOLE PLANT. The south Asian receptionist which I cannot call her name, was totally rude. She argues, reply back and show disrespectful attitude. When I complained there is one claimed she is a manager her name is Nadine, called me over the phone and started to argue with me, stating that her staff is not here to serve me!!! I swear this is the worst experience I have ever had in my life, it is liked I paid to get humilated. The hotel has no camera at the lobby and probably that is the reason why the receptionist was completely rude!

Classic hotel in the main area of Florence. Check in wasn't until around 2-2:30 but they will keep your bag in a closet if you are early. The room itself was fine, quite noisey outside the window. If you don't pay for a breakfast included rate, it is 15 Euro per person which is quite steep. It was good for a night but probably not for a longer stay.

Fantastic location close to the main streets and Ponte Vecchio. We faced away from the street and it was surprisingly quiet. The rooftop breakfast included with the room was excellent. Fresh made coffee and eggs with a view of the city. Friendly customer service. Although they say parking is available, it is a private parking service not provided with the hotel. This was not clearly stated on the website, and not disclosed to us at the hotel until we had to pick up our car and pay.

I booked two rooms inJuly for our family to stay as the first few nights of our epic stay in Fliorence. The hotel was perfectly located. The rooms were spacious and the mattresses were extremely comfortable. The air conditioning worked amazing in the hot 38 Celsius weather! The staff were extremely friendly as well. Everything was perfect! Would stay here again and recommend to anyone!

A hotel you can recommand to your best friend! Staff is very helpful. The rooms are very clean. The bed is absolutely comfortable! And the hotel is located central of Florence.

Very central hotel with a great view of the city. Shopping, food and monuments all within a couple minutes. Clean, spacious room with a lovely bed. The breakfast buffet was ok, enough choice for everyone, but be sure to get there early. The staff were friendly (especially the breakfast staff!), but we were left waiting to be let in when we came back late. Overall, a lovely stay!

We LOVED this hotel! Excellent location, front desk staff was very helpful, lovely breakfast with the sweetest attendants. Room is comfortable, clean, updated and had AC unit. Highlight was the view from our room (#601) we had full bell tower right outside the window! Amazing view from breakfast area as well. Gem of a hotel in Florence!
