Excellent location within walking distance of every museum, monument, etc. of Florence. The room was clean and was cleaned every day, although it could be renovated,it gave off very old vibes and not in the good sense. Be sure to ask a room with a private bathroom. The prices are very high for the amenities (nothing is provided, not even a small shampoo), and yes, it's very central, but that can't justify the price, sorry.

This was a tough place to rate. The staff here are extremely helpful. All of the recommendations the front desk lady gave us were amazing. It's hard to avoid the tourist trap restaurants here, and she gave us great tips. The room was clean and well set up. Rarely ever an issue with someone else using the bathroom. Great location. Relatively quiet. However - the beds were so incredibly uncomfortable that I wouldn't go back to this place. It's a great value for everything else, but I didn't sleep a wink because of the bed. If you like very springy yet hard as a rock mattresses, then I'd recommend you stay here! If sleeping on a wooden plank balanced on a giant block of jello doesn't sound restful, good luck in your hotel search.

Horrible. 1) bad sleeping quality-->The bed is broken. I can feel the broken spring in the bed. 2) tired showering experience -> shared bathroom is fine. But the water pressure of the shower head is even worse than the water tap 3) horrible wifi-->sometimes you can't even send out WhatsApp at night. the wifi is bad so I bought a data card for these nights but there is a poor signal in the room so even with the data card, I cannot have the internet. 4) dirty-> no daily changing bed sheet but there is some insert on the bed. I got more than 10 red dots on my hand or leg after sleeping 1 night 5) bed bugs !!!!! get more than 10 red dots now.

The room itself was okay, but there's no restroom with toilet nor shower in the room. So it's pretty basic. When checking in you apparently have to call the hotel so they can come and check you in, I didn't get that memo, so I just followed someone who lived there and checked in myself (was a paper with my name on it, behind the desk). They operate multiple hotels and are considered a 1 star hotel, which makes it possible to not operate 24/7. However after meeting the person in the reception after a day or two, everything was resolved and there were no issues. But they didn't like that I checked in myself, however there were no consequences.

BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Horrible hotel and customer service, we came at 10:30pm and left 15 min after seeing the room which reeked of humidity and moisture. The mattresses are filled bed bugs and the common washrooms were filthy and half were out of service. There was no one at the front desk, we contacted them to advise we were leaving, left the room 15min after untouched and they refused to refund us. Please beware! You will find amazing 3 stars hotels for 20$ more down the street where you wont put your health and body in danger (humidity moisture & bedbugs).

We couldnt enter the hotel on our arrival day and couldn't reach out anyone. We had to stay in another hotel. And next morning when we go to the hotel they said we should have called them to receive the PIN code. (Which we already have but couldn't enter) And also our booking was 1 double bed with special bathroom the room they provided was 2 single bed with shared bathroom. What worse was they did not even want to help you and make you feel guilty and act like it's your fault that they didn't provide enough explanation about their hotel check-in.

As soon as we arrived , my wife and I noticed a strong humidity smell. We entered the room and could not stay there more than 5min. There were 2 common washrooms on the 2nd floor, one of them out of service and the other was worst than a public toilet. The guy at the reception was so rude and only cared about money with no other options of refund or else! Unbelievable! We paid for 3 nights without sleeping there! Unhealthy hotel do not go there! What a Scam! Do not go there!

Hotel Loggia Fiorentina is situated in a very good location, only a short walk from Florence's main attractions as well as a lot of restaurants and bars. Our room was comfortable. We had air conditioning (which was great because it was HOT!) and a sink in the room which is always useful. Shared facilities (although some rooms do have private bathrooms) are excellent. The staff were all very nice and easy to talk to. If you are staying in Florence, you must at least consider staying at Hotel Loggia Fiorentina.

A lovely little hotel hidden away in the old part of the city. Here are some pictures of the balcony (the only pictures I took of the room). The balcony was lovely, it was a surprise to have one, we were just lucky to get it, I think it might be the only room with one, just be warned. We did get a room with a private bathroom, but we did make a point of paying more for it as some of the rooms have a shared bathroom. The hotel is perfectly placed as everything we wanted to see during our visit was literally within a fifteen minute walk, whether it was tourist attractions or restaurants. The only thing to keep in mind when reading other reviews is that when checking in, just read the emails they send. If you read the emails about the door codes, it is incredibly easy to get into and check in. It is very clear what to do, and there is WhatsApp number provided if any further questions need to be asked.

Everything was OK but the price. I would expect facilities in slightly better condition for so much but in the end we enjoyed it and didn't have any problems. The room with bathroom was big, quiet and air conditioning was good.

This hotel was better then we expected. The room was big, even in really cold days, the room was really warm (but not too much, just great), bathroom was always clean and Wi-Fi was also good (I could work online without a trouble), but the best thing is for sure the staff. Could see two women, one that did get the name, that did the cleaning really well and Jenny in the front desk that was amazing. She knew everything about the city, was always, always smiling and the only time we needed help, she did everything to make us comfortable and happy. Amazing!

Good location and very nice, accommodating staff. The rooms are pretty noisy, we were woken up multiple times by guests going in and out of their rooms to the external bathroom. Our private bathroom was also pretty small.

Bathroom outside of the bedroom was not specified when I reserved. Also, it was a real nuisance to be able to get into the building, you need to fill out an application and resend it by email to receive the codes, which was absolutely not made clear by the agency which made the reservation. I had to wait in a bar for an hour waiting for the process to be carried out. On top of that, the guy over the phone was incompetent, unfriendly and didn't have a clue of how to manage the situation. If you have lots of patience and time, the room and linen were clean and the shower hot!

Great located place with a nice service. 4 stars cos its still a hostel not a hotel 😊 but I would no doubt recommend this place.

It is an excellent choice for visitors with lower budget! The center is about 5 minutes walk, the Accademia with David is about 2 minutes! Diana is extremely nice and helpful! I liked our room, I did not mind being on the smaller size. We had shared bathrooms (actually, I could choose between 3 different ones, so I never had to wait for an available one). If I come back to Firenze, I will definitely stay here again!

Check in was awesome. It was the most organized I've ever seen. Staff is outstanding and extremely helpful. We had a room with private bathroom, but some rooms had a shared dorm style bathroom. A budget hotel, but we were treated better than the luxury hotel we stayed in the previous day. Close to the train station. Highly recommend.

Room is clean, showers work, A/C blowing. Fellow at the desk was helpful and friendly. Sink is in-room. Small rooms, brilliant location. In all, a decent deal.

Front desk guy (the short guy) was extremely rude and condescending, he did not appreciate our friend visiting the room, kept yelling at us, and was telling us he thinks he is better than us and saying that people “like you are liars”. It felt very racial. We’ve never seen someone act like this. He started swearing and saying the f word all the while we kept telling him to relax. please do not stay here staff is very rude and AC does not work.

The room had lots of mosquitos in it when we arrived. Aside from that it was comfortable and what you'd expect from a 1-star hotel. The location is excellent and within walking distance to most of the best sites in Florence.

Pros: lovely room for the price, good location, great ac Cons: no or very little WIFI or service, shared bathroom.

I WAS SCAMMED! i paid for a rate on booking and i got a call from la loggia fiorentina saying i would have to pay 90€ more because on booking they had made a mistake and sold a room that was no longer available. The manager of la loggia fiorentina said he couldn't give a refund and that it wasn't his fault. Never happened such a thing I recommend to stay away from this place
