I like the reading area (go straight and turn right) which indeed feels a bit like a library :D I had a hot drink and had a nice time reading and writing my journal. Bought a second hand book with cheap price too. There's wifi and many people work there with their laptop too. If you are tired from walking and exploring the beautiful Florence, here's the place to rest :)

The best hidden gem in Florence! It is amazing studying and eating here. The ambience is awesome with great music and a cool atmosphere being surrounded by so many colorful books. I recommend this spot to students trying to get our of their apartments and study somewhere away from the craziness of Florence :)

From outside it looks like a tiny bookstore but once you get inside you will find out there is a little cafe with cute plants and a huge reading area.

If you can find a seat here, its really a treat to do work here. You’ll find yourself surrounded by others with laptops studying for exams, reading books, editing papers. It feels like a cafe where they welcome you to stay and do work without judgement. Its doesnt have loud music playing but its not completely quiet either, theres still a good amount of people talking in the background which is why I love working at cafes. They make really good use of the space with tables all around the shop.

Absolutely lovely combined bookstore and cafe. Very relaxed atmosphere and extremely helpful staff. The shop has an excellently curated selection that includes many, many special printings and editions rather than just your basic paperback affair. You can also find a number of radically reduced price exotic books for a couple Euros if that strikes your fancy.

love this place🥹! They've got a fantastic selection of beautiful stationery and art books, along with some great design magazines. The cafe inside is beautifully designed and cozy. I'd love to spend an entire afternoon there

Really lovely atmosphere and has a cozy library feel. It would be an awesome place to study or read a book. My only complaint was that I was charged 3 Euro for a run-of-the-mill cappuccino that costs half that in most other places which made me feel like I was in a tourist trap or something. I'm sure the other things on the menu have redeeming qualities, but I was just there for a coffee.

Cozy little space in the city center. Really nice staff. It has natural wine bar inside. Great selection of books and magazines in English as well. If you around you definitely should stop by.

one of my most fav book stores/café places, where I enjoy my books and love doing design homeworks. The staff is very friendly, pastries are always fresh, laptop friendly. A heaven for graphic designers, who are into book cover designs. should be on your must have places to visit in Florence 🫶

Very nice bookshop with great books to read, coffee and drinks, desks to use and very cosy. The downside is that the area for reading books is a bit noisy.

It is so worth a visit. You can eat espresso and croissant. There are a few tables surrounded with books and it makes me feel really cozy..! The staffs here are welcoming so I was able to be steeped in kindness!

Wonderful tiny frontage bookshop and cafe. A classic independent bookseller with lots of art books as expected in Florence. Also has a racked seats and table out the back for theatrical music shows. We stopped for cafe and pastry. Cool art students vibe.

Until 3pm it is lunch time so if you are planning to go for studying it is a little noisy. Prices are average you can have a cappuccino for 3euros and a cake for 4€. There are TONES of books. The interior design of the place is also very cute and warm. They also have wifi:) I'm definitely thinking of going back again! ig/ isthatanalien

Great place to study or have lunch/ coffee! Just make sure you get there early enough because the tables are usually full. Also, they have the best croissants in Florence!

Bookstore cum cafe, great book collection as well as great staff with a sense of humor. Lovely place to rest your sore feet and tired eyes.

One of the best bookstore in Florence. Nice staff and a wide selection of books. A place where you can also work just buying a cup of coffee. Furthermore, also their cuisine, with the Japanese bento proposal is quite tasty. Recommended!

Great place to work. Good coffee and good atmosphere. It’s a little warm in there but I went in mid September.

A wonderful little bookstore with a cafe offering cold and hot drinks with a well curated wine selection. They also offer food and refreshing air conditioning.

What a wonderful surprise of a bookshop. We stopped here in passing toward the Strozzi and were pleasantly surprised to find such a wonderful book haven with a café within. They have a wonderful selection - to include some books in English - and an overall charming atmosphere.

😐 Not gonna lie, this is probably the most underwhelming Eataly location I've ever visited. Eataly locations are usually grandiose with impeccable service, but this one felt like a little corner store in Disneyland.
