PanicAle is a good place for a quick drink. There isn't alot of different kind of drinks like I would have liked. The place is also not nice, there was a bit of a disturbing smell. The Staff is very nice!

Those complaining of service or quality must be crazy. American checking in. Great beer, great mixed drinks, a fraction of what I would pay in the states. Alternative punk crowd welcomes all. Good scene, great people. Quit looking for places and come by.

We were excited to try out this “cocktail bar” however we immediately felt completely unwelcomed and out of place at this establishment. The patrons were a local, loud, rowdy group of beer-drinking men. It was not a comfortable atmosphere so we decided to get our drinks to-go. The female bartender with the colored hair was rude and annoyed with us from the start. She also didn’t know how to make a basic drink as we ordered a vodka & soda and it was terrible. For 20 Euro we received a couple cups of vodka mixed with still water. Yuck. While I tried to politely choke down my drink, my husband went to pay and their credit card machine wasn’t working. He even tried Apple Pay and it wouldn’t work. He offered to pay $20 US cash but she refused to accept our money saying “cash only, 20 euro only”. We explained that we didn’t have euros and she waved us off, threw her hands up and walked away. Unbelievably rude. Its not our fault that the bars equipment to accept payment is broken! This experience was awkward, embarrassing and by far the worst service we received in Florence. We left our drinks at the bar and left.

Great pub. Had a nice selection of beer and great staff. I would definitely come here again for a pint.

A must! We had the best time and the best bartender ever here. I were so lucky to have the epic smoked cocktail from cocktail week and our minds were blown away! “Magic in a Bottle”!

Great place to sit down, meet with friends or read a book, and enjoy some good drinks. I didn't opt for a beer, but the Negroni I had (a house cocktail version?) was really great. And the wine selection seemed pretty good. Lastly (surely not least), the service was really kind and prompt.

The drinks were excellent. The bartenders were very attentive and gave good advise. The indoors ambiance was super cool! Highly recommend for bar lovers

Cocktails were really not good… we ordered 2 sours and 1 martini.. all 3 looked the same in martini glasses. Service very slow and not very friendly.. beer selection is good so probably it’s a good place for beers but definitely not cocktails

The cocktails are cute and simple made ,it also has light taste of alcohol or maybe it depends on the bartender. Place is also cute but it's kind of dim. Overall its a good place for aperitivo.

Part of our evening bar crawl we took ourselves on after dinner. Absolutely recommend this spot, lots of places to sit outside, super staff who are really friendly, a good conversation and provide great recommendations. We stayed for one but you could spend all night here.

The best place for good innovative cocktail. I had old fashion one with wiskey and rosemary that was very good, smokey flavored. The cocktail is very well elaborated. I didn't see any food options.

Great place to go for a chilled couple of drinks, great selection of different ales and beers. the Aperol Spritz were also beautiful! Staff were really friendly too, would definitely recommend!

The bartender who runs this place disrespected me, my friends, and my cultural heritage. I would rather drink the sewage water from Flint, Michigan than buy another drink from this establishment. HARUMPH!
