No doubt the best restaurant in town. I've been in Florence a few weeks and I've been looking for the perfect place to have dinner I finally found the best of the best. Service is excellent, food taste and temperature is 5/5. The location is perfect and the place is amazing on the inside and out. Truly a perfect experience. If you are in Florence and are looking for the best place for dinner, trust me, don't think twice.

Most amazing food - beef tartare was just delicious, steak was soft, tender and juicy - just perfect (could use a little bit more potatoes). Tiramisu was good, not the best I had. Service was tipically Italian, a little slow and sometimes mixes the orders. Overall, I would strongly recommend visiting this place just for the meat.

Great dinner place in Florence. I really enjoyed the truffle fillet. I also tasted my husband’s tortelli. The mains were excellent but the cake in the tiramisu was a bit watery probably because it was from the fridge. I would have given them a five star if it wasn’t for the tiramisu.

Very pleasant experience! All meals were tasteful! Gnocchi gorgonzola, rissoto porchini and of course the famous bistecca fiorentina! During April, the weather is warm and we preferred to sit outside, however there is a lovely atmosphere inside, as well! Service was great and very kind.

Not only did we eat here the first night, we returned the 2nd night after we had eaten at another place because it didn’t match up to Cinto Cucina in Torre!!! Then the 3rd night, after eating at another place, we came back for dessert❣️This is totally fabulous, from the decor to the staff to the fantastic food!!! This is a must in Florence!

While the menu is unassuming, this restaurant is home to some absolute culinary gems. If you enjoy pesto, you absolutely need to have the tortelli. It is a pasta pillow filled with fluffy ricotta and covered in a decadent pistachio basil pesto. In the two times I've eaten here, I've gotten it three times. All the other dishes were equally delicious and we are considering coming back a third time before we need to leave Florence. Not to exclude mention of the helpful and knowledgeable wait staff. Highly recommended!

Some of the tastiest food we had in Florence. I'd happily eat here every evening if I could! Great food, great wine, great vibe! The service is also exceptional. The staff are super friendly and attentive, especially lovely Shiva who went out of her way to make our dining experience extra special. Highly recommend and will definitely return here next time we are in Florence.

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Florence. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Florence. Highly recommend! If there were 10 stars I'll totally give them 11! 🙂

Wonderful restaurant and staff. Made to feel immediately at home from the moment we arrived. Atypical Italian menu - neither cheap nor pricey, and the portion sizes were more than generous. Took my partner for her birthday, and so glad I did. Can't think of anywhere else I'd have preferred to have eaten in Florence. The liver pâté starter was the best pate I have ever tasted in my life. Recommended!

Heavenly pasta. Having only one day in Florence we picked this place out for dinner based on reviews and location. We desperately wanted to come back for lunch before our train but ran out of time. Charming, romantic ambience inside and attentive, friendly service. The burrata with pear, honey and walnuts was a superb starter. For entrees we got the spaghetti with burrata and risotto with sausage and leeks. The spaghetti sauce was tasty but not acidic, and cooked to al dente perfection. For some reason we were the only customers who opted to sit indoors (away from the constant people, traffic, noise, and garbage / sewer smells) so it felt like a private dining experience.

Fantastic food with fabulous service. Their carbonara is simply the best! Don’t skip their tortellini with pistachio too! Our mouths were tingling with flavour! For a lighter bite, their pear salad with Brie is also fantastic. It’s a shame we didn’t have time to return here. 10/10!

Would absolutely recommend this to anyone who comes to Florence! We waited a little while for our table and we were given a glass of Prosecco to tie us over without a question!! We were greeted so friendly and forthcoming!! Then we had the bruschetta and the burrata with pear and honey which was AMAZING! But nothing will beat the Cacio e Pepe pasta with truffle which was life changing!! Generally the service was fantastic and the atmosphere was wonderful! Definitely come here if you’re in the area.

We came to this restaurant because of the fiorentina and pasta. First we had the burr or heav with tomatoes and salad. Afterwards we ordered a salad, pici with truffles and the fiorentina. Everything was very tasty. The meat was tender and it almost melted in our mouths. 🤩 The pasta was also good, no overpowering flavour of the truffle. Everything was very balanced. But the best thing came by surprise and was a waiter's suggestion. And that was the CHEESECAKE. I've had and made many cheesecaks and thought that I already found the café with the best cheesecake, but this one was on another level. Very soft and fluffy. Not dense or heavy and also not to sweet or salty. Just perfect and the topping was sauer and not sweet as normaly. Anyway THE BEST CHEESECAKE and to get that in Italy. Well done.

Despite being in a touristy spot our dinner was excellent. Great salads, excellent melt-off-the-bone Osso Bucco. Highly recommend.

I recently visited a restaurant and had the most delightful experience with their fresh, homemade pasta. The pasta was cooked to perfection, with a delicious al dente texture. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and you could tell that the ingredients were of the highest quality. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, adding to the overall dining experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone in search of a truly memorable pasta dish.

had our new year's eve dinner here and overall it is enjoyable. Tartars are great and we love the zucchini starter. Yet, it is the most *interesting* festive dinning I ever had. Two star for the friendly staffs who helped us and one star for the food. I took off two stars for their management's lack of training and poor execution of dinning service. It was 120 euro per person, and this is what happened: 1. No new cutleries after every dish. I deliberately put it on the old plate to hint that I might want a new pair and the lovely staff took it down and put back on the napkin; 2. An ikea knife for beef steak? (Nothing wrong with ikea just that I was expecting better). Let alone not matched spoon for dessert; 3. Menu was flashed to us and then took away. When we asked about what will be serving, the male staff got angry with the girl staff in-front of us. 4. We asked for medium rare, but the meat is raw inside (insert Gordan Ramsey Rant) 5. The candle was a bit dangerous, the poor girl staff burnt her hand when putting down the steak. And lastly, the most interesting part which gave us a good laugh: 7. The guy staff put down a big plate of dessert, put it in the middle of the table, and two spoons (unmatched, mine was prettier than my boyfriend's, yeah). It's a lava cake with a splash of ice cream on top and I dont see lava cake as florentine specialty. The ice cream was helplessly sliding to the side like a sunken ship before we dig into it. But that's okay, given what we have experienced so far. THEN! The finale of the evening came. The girl staff came with a second plate of dessert. Her face was complicated, as if questioning what, when, and how?! We asked if there is supposed to be one dessert for each person (the dessert was big for asian standard). She said no that ended with a question mark. Well, we don't know how it happened either, but this is what we had last evening. Ciao.

This is a really nice restaurant! We've been staying in the area and have made Cucina in Torre our 'local'. The food is excellent, all meals have been great across a range of starters, pastas, mains and desserts. The food (and wine) is very good quality and very good value. The staff are lovely, very helpful and nice to deal with! There is both inside and outdoor areas depending on your preference, each with their own ambience. Definitely worth a visit!

Bistecca alla fiorentina was very good. Tender, soft and juicy And also their chicken liver pate was really good.

The main thing about this place is that it is the definition of chill. At least for lunch, on a Saturday. It was not super crowded, bright and luminous, with a nice atmosphere music. The waiters are super friendly, speaking English and French. The food is good, and they offer the limoncello at the end of the meal. I'd say reserving is not necessary (outside holidays season, on the weekend at the usual 1pm lunch time)

Excellent food and wine selection from the region of Tuscany. Truly outstanding customer service from our friend Roberto. A truly lovely atmosphere with a fantastic music selection. I’m not a local to Florence, but I’d absolutely come back here the next time I came.

Ate there two nights in a row, the food was amazing. Tried two different dishes, one along with the Panna cotta dessert - absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly, polite and service minded, and will happily recommend wines if needed. The surroundings are nice and cozy too, even if you sit by the street - they also have an interior garden that I didn't try, but I'm sure it's great too. Highly recommended!

👍👍 You'll always see queues, but they are actually quite fast, so don't stress! They helped us with recommendations.
