Stayed

this
nice
boutique
hotel
in
May
2017.
Beautifully
designed
and
great
location.
Had
the
intention
to
back
with
financé
for
our
wedding
organisation
-
but
the
hotel
decided
to
cancel
less
than
24hrs
before
our
stay.
Very
stressful,
when
travelling
from
abroad
and
having
appointments
planned
all
day
of
arrival.
Cancellation
was
done
via
booking.com
due
to
ominous
credit
card
issues.
Called
immediately
to
provide
second
credit
card
details
and
to
secure
our/another
room
at
least.
No
news
until
2,5hrs
later
when
our
room
"was
booked
2min
after
my
call",
after
not
picking
up
the
phone
during
this
time
(when
calling
from
same
number).
Absolute
scam,
because
hotel
room
was
available
for
triple
the
rate
on
booking.com.
The
hotel
simply
intended
to
sell
the
room
for
much
higher
rate,
as
we
reserved
during
covid-19
and
had
a
really
great
rate
for
our
stay.
Hotel
was
of
zero
assistance
in
finding
us
an
alternative
solution
("all
our
partner
hotels
are
booked
out"
-
thanks
so
much).
Super
disappointing,
horrible
service
experience
and
just
leaves
a
bitter
taste.
Despite
good
experience
in
previous
stay,
we
will
not
be
coming
back
(nor
any
of
our
wedding
guests)
with
this
type
of
moral.
