Firenze hotel review This hotel belongs to the Antinori family. It is clean, well furnished and nicely decorated. The premise is very quiet and exclusive to only 7 rooms. The front desks staffs are friendly and helpful, always smiling to approach and ensuring guests are well. The breakfast is fairly a good spread, beverages could have been better as a place like this surely garner higher expectations. The hotel is well located so traveling around the city centre is easy. We had a pleasant stay but the surprise is the fee at the end during check out for 28 euro of garage for a night! Even though the service to pick up the car like a valet service is indeed thoughtful but the charge is unexpectedly high, it must be reasonably priced to be fair.

Our stay with the girls at Palazzo Roselli Cecconi was incredible! The entire property is so cultural and classy, the rooms are beautiful, the service great, the location is centre and so practical! The only thing I would suggest in order to make the guest experience more memorable is to provide more unique quality amenities in the room eg: shower gels, better quality hairdryer, bath robs, adaptors etc! But most importantly is that their team was so helpful even during the booking process and was just as welcoming and hospitable upon checkin and during our stay! The staff is so helpful, kind and professional which makes them stand out, well done! A wonderful experience and also made us feel safe thank you, will definitely return at your hotel on my next visit!

The location is nice but that’s what the one star is for. We checked in we were told the breakfast was included and on our third day after eating breakfasts for two mornings he tells us sorry you’re no longer able to have breakfast and it’s not included. This wasn’t a lavish breakfast it’s just yogurt croissant and coffee After check in we went to our room and it had bugs in it so we asked him to help clear them out. He said close the window and gave us a can of bug spray. Mind you we have a child with us and this guy is handing me toxic bug spray It was super hot so we asked him to turn on the AC he said he has to do it from his desk. We left the hotel for dinner and came back and our room was boiling hot. By then there was another guy at the reception who was also more rude if not equally explains that the AC unit is central and not enough guests are asking for the AC so we are not going to turn it on. We asked for a fan and he argued that till death to say we can’t have a fan in the room because your child can put their fingers in it. He asked me what are other kinds of fans I showed him the blade-less and tower fans. He was extremely rude and disrespectful and resorted to telling us we can leave the hotel! I saw other guest complaining about the quality of the hotel and the breakfast

This hotel is well located for a visit to Florence. Large rooms, a wonderful bathtub (what's not to like!) and a nice breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Some notes; although it wasn't a major drama, something was wrong with the airconditioning in our room so rather than be able to control it from inside our room they had to override it at the front desk. This was a bit of a hassle but it all worked out. Also, although it was nice to have an American outlet in the bathroom, it didn't work. None of this detracted from the quality of our stay, hence the 5-star rating, they were just notable items. We'd definitely stay here again.

Tower suite! That's all you need to know when booking this hotel. Really cute boutique style hotel. Friendly and awesome staff! My first time in Florence and simply blown away by this hotel. My fiance literally had tears in her eyes from our room. Will make sure whenever I visit Florence again, this is the place to stay

nice location, rooms are comfortable... poor breakasts, poor service, no room service, no bar, no restaurant, no reception after 7 pm. they penny pinch... cheap management.

We stayed in 5 hotels across Italy and this was by far the best. Spacious (including a large shower!!), clean, good customer service, comfortable, and in a beautiful building. This is where we’d stay again if we return to Florence.

Perfect location for your visit to Florence. In walking distance to all attractions. Room was in excellent condition and perfect for self catering trip.

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous hotel. Got a lovely upgrade to a gorgeous executive room with bath and shower and bottle Prosecco which we were able to enjoy on the little terrace. All the staff looked after us so well but especially Veronica for providing us with information and tips on Florence. We had the breakfast which was quite substantial and tasty and the coffee was a hit! I am already planning to book this hotel again as a Birthday treat for my Fiancé. We stayed in the Hotel for 2 nights, having a wonderful city trip to Florence. The hotel and especially the staff from the reception were wonderful, friendly and always willing to help us ! The room was really nice as well as the breakfast in the morning. Even after our return flight was cancelled, the reception organized us another partnership hotel without any trouble or waiting time. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay in your hotel! We can only recommend this beautiful accommodation!!!!

One of best place in Florence for location and drinks inside there with a little balcony. 1 to 10 about Service 8 I gave 8 because the staff are amazing and kid Location 7 Bacause I had a little problem to reach it because it is not very clear where it is. In the end is a very goos place 😊

The absolute best experience! We loved everything - from the neighborhood, to the amazing scents of Aqua Flor when you enter the courtyard, to the impeccable staff and rooms. This was our first stay here and we're already looking forward to planning another trip to visit again! The staff was always going above and beyond and were excellent resources for questions and help. Rooms are gorgeous and very comfortable. Be sure to get up early and not miss breakfast on the terrace! We're so happy we stayed here! Thank you, Palazzo Roselli Cecconi, for making our honeymoon perfect!

Stayed in this nice boutique hotel in May 2017. Beautifully designed and great location. Had the intention to back with financé for our wedding organisation - but the hotel decided to cancel less than 24hrs before our stay. Very stressful, when travelling from abroad and having appointments planned all day of arrival. Cancellation was done via booking.com due to ominous credit card issues. Called immediately to provide second credit card details and to secure our/another room at least. No news until 2,5hrs later when our room "was booked 2min after my call", after not picking up the phone during this time (when calling from same number). Absolute scam, because hotel room was available for triple the rate on booking.com. The hotel simply intended to sell the room for much higher rate, as we reserved during covid-19 and had a really great rate for our stay. Hotel was of zero assistance in finding us an alternative solution ("all our partner hotels are booked out" - thanks so much). Super disappointing, horrible service experience and just leaves a bitter taste. Despite good experience in previous stay, we will not be coming back (nor any of our wedding guests) with this type of moral.
