When
we
arrived
at
the
hotel
after
paying
for
Italy
tax
and
for
the
total
amount
of
the
two
days
of
staying
at
the
hotel,
we
got
in
the
room
and
realised
that
it
was
not
the
one
that
we
booked
via
booking.
It
was
a
totally
different
room.
It
was
an
old
style
one,
and
the
one
we
had
booked
was
a
new
style
room
totally
renovated.
Then
I
got
back
to
the
receptionist
and
asked
about
what
had
happened
and
she
told
me
that
there
was
a
problem
with
our
room
and
they
had
to
move
us
to
another
one.
Also
to
mention
that
this
room
was
on
a
different
hotel
from
the
one
I
had
booked.
I
booked
HOTEL
BIJOU
and
they
sent
us
to
HOTEL
ANNABELLA.
The
problem
is
that
I
wasn’t
informed
for
the
change
of
the
rooms
earlier
that
day
or
upon
my
arrival
but
after
paying
for
the
full
amount
at
a
point
that
I
couldn’t
do
anything
to
change
it.
They
told
me
that
they
were
gonna
change
our
rooms
for
the
second
night
and
move
us
to
the
one
we
booked.
Also
they
offered
to
make
us
a
discount
on
the
checkout
for
all
the
inconvenience
caused
but
at
the
check
out
I
asked
the
receptionist
for
the
discount
and
she
told
me
that
she
WASN’T
INFORMED
from
her
colleagues.
So
I
asked
her
to
call
them
and
find
out
but
she
seemed
not
so
willing
to
assist
telling
me
that
she
was
not
a
supervisor.
Also
want
to
add
as
comment
on
this
situation
that
the
room
they
put
us
in
was
right
next
to
the
reception
and
the
noises
from
outside
was
extremely
annoying!
