Absolutely disgusting- i paid €9 for avocado toast and was handed brown avocado. Egg smelled and tasted off. They also put my food in upside down into the to go bag. Completely inedible. Threw it away immediately. Total waste. I work in food service and this is not okay. Shows they do not properly package food overnight or use fresh ingredients.

Great place for breakfast. Might be quite crowded, but the queue goes fast. Avocado sandwiches were amazing (2x plus 1 egg on a salad) 👌🏼 recommending to try. Good prices and tasty food. There is not much space to sit, but people eat and leave fast if you are lucky. Great view on the Basilica di Santa Maria Novella.

Good chai tea, Bownies were very small, even though they had brownies that were 3 times the size in the window to pull customers. Friendly and helpful staff.

Awesome breakfast option. They open early in the morning and offer various types of bakery for affordable prices such as 1,2€ per croissant. Here you can get Italian dark roast coffee (illy).

Nice spot in the shade for breakfast. Iced coffee, smashed avo and smoothie bowl were delicious and fresh. Banana bread was a bit dry. All the food came out really quickly.

Shake Cafe is good for what it does. The coffee wasn't bad, but wasn't good. It's good to stop there for a quick coffee and a bagel (which was very dry) and continue to the train station.

Definitely rated correctly, The wrap was pretty good and they served Iced Coffees. They got my coffee wrong with the sizing and the type but replaced it but still gave me a medium. Besides that i think they’re a decent place. Not half bad

Great number of vegan food options. I got the avocado toast on sweet potato instead of bread. I thought it was going to be sweet potato bread but it was actually on a baked sweet potato. Very tasty!

Yum! Stopped in here for breakfast because they were the only place open in the Piazza. Had an acai bowl and an espresso, loved it. You order at the counter and bring it back to the table. I only wish that there were more tables, considering that they were the only one open at 8: 45 in the morning, and it was difficult for everyone to find seating. But a very pleasant place to sit.

We had the Asian Bowl (vegan version) and the Harissa Chickpeas Bowl. We didn’t like the Asian Bowl very much but the Chickpeas one was delicious!

This is a great spot for a quick breakfast. The acai bowl with granola was delicious and refreshing. As mentioned, the food came out super quick and was very tasty. We had visited the Shake Café on Via Camillo Cavour the day before and enjoyed it so much that we came to this one, however, this one didn't have all of the same options as the other one, so make sure to check the menu.

The atmosphere is nice, but tight spaced inside. More spacious outside but lots of birds come up to the tables. The food food and cappuccino was fine. The reason for the low rating was because they forgot to make my food, even though it wasn’t too busy, and overall it took over 30 minutes to get the food.

Vegan breakfast menu options are just not as good as the other Shake Cafe. The portions are also way smaller. We ordered the sweet potato avocado toast, expecting well, an avocado toast with sweet potatoes on the side! Turns out it was avocado ON roasted sweet potatoes, which is a way less satiating option. The smoothies and berry bowls are the same as the other location, which was the saving grace.

Found my happy place! I've been struggling to find a more "green" + low carb spot due to my dietary restrictions and this was not only have a wide variety but also super yummy!!! I ordered the smashed avocado toast and it was amazing. Everyone kept staring at my plate, craving it 😂 The cashier was super friendly and the music is a VIBE! very pleasant experience here and definitely coming back.

A small breakfast café in the corner of Piazza Santa Maria Novella. Good caffè, excellent pastries and a number of breakfast sandwich and bowl options. Generally inexpensive and healthy. During the warmer months, small tables and chairs are available under umbrellas.

Clean and nice full bodied coffee. Definitely one of the betters in town. Barista poured latte art of a swan. First one in Italy since I’ve arrived haha

The food is really good and cheap in my opinion. A croissant is only 1.20 euros which is really cheap compared to nearby coffee shops. I ordered a muffin and a fruity smoothie and the food and the smoothie was really good! It also was very busy when I went there ( probably because everything was cheaper) . I also had to wait for a table but it was worth it. 5 stars well deserved

Good location close to the train station. Friendly staff, I asked if they can help me charging my phone but after 15 min the staff “gave” it to someone else. When I asked repeatedly to call the police, they were very calm and knew exactly the thief (who looked like a homeless man). Fortunately, I got my phone back but I wouldn't recommend the location as safe. Probably good food and drinks, but we left after this incident.

Wonderful menu, vegan and vegetarian options. We ordered 2 chickpea chuna wraps, falafel wrap (me), turkey wrap, brownie, banana bread, 2 fruit cups, and double espresso. Everyone enjoyed their order. Service was quick and polite. Would absolutely go again and recommend considering for a great start to the day or a quick lunch to continue your Firenze experience.

Absolutely loved this place. It has so many healthy options such as smoothies, smoothie bowls, granolas. Delicious coffee and chai with different kinds of milk options. Our favourite was definitely the pistachio croissants - a must try. They also have many vegan pastries, which is good to see.

I really like this place, and I go there each time I visit Florence. It is always busy (probably the location plays some role in it), and the waiting time can be longer, but the quality of the food is worth it. It is a great place for having a healthy and tasty meals, and I wish more places like that existed in Italy.

Best vegan croissants in town! The oat milk cappuccinos are also divine. They have so many options!!! This has been my go-to spot every morning!

We loved this place. It is walkable distance from Firenze SMN / Florence train station. The options available here are healthy, tasty and out of the world. Do not miss the bowls and toasts.

Tasty and reliable stop for coffee and food. I had some sort of vegan wrap that was carefully prepared by one of the guys at this specific location, he did a great job! Staff was really friendly and thoughtful about the products they were dealing with. 10/10 for food and service!

I'm giving this cafe a poor rating because I ordered an Americano with oat milk. The oat milk split in the coffee and when I asked for a replacement, I was refused by two people. Needless to say, I didn't drink the Americano that I had paid for. I will personally not be returning to this place.

Wonderful cafe with some of the best variety we saw in Florence. Plenty of different drink options, food, smoothies and acai bowls. So much variety and the prices were good too.
