Quant little spot for a quiet coffee. The lady running the place was friendly and nice. It seems to be a place where locals drop by to get a snack or drink. Do remember to prepare cash if you’re just getting coffee.

The food is an accessible price, large quantities, it had a daily dish menu, vegetarian options, but the best of the house, besides the cozy environment, is how nice the owners are! They chatted with us even though we were Portuguese and were super sweet! Definitely coming here again if I come back to Florence!!

To keep it simple, we had lunch here and the food was great, the staff was really nice, the place itself was cozy, not crowded at all and cheap! We payed 10€ for bread, primo piato, grilled vegetables and beans, water and coffee. If you're visiting either the Natural History Museum or the Palazzo Pitti this is a great place to take a break and get something to eat. If we still have time we plan to go back for the cocktails!

Alright, this might seem like your ordinary café but it's not. The staff is amazing, courteous and very friendly. Their spoken English is very good and the food, if you happen to stop by for lunch or supper, is tasty. There's a new special's menu every day. During the day it's a quiet space. It's very easy and comfortable get some light reading in and have a coffee. The coffee, latte's and cappuccino's supersede the average. At night, many locals come by to have a late night snack and enjoy a conversation with friends.

Such a lovely spot for a glass or two of wine! The house wines were great and the prices were very reasonable. The staff were also really friendly. A very authentic, cozy, inviting, and welcoming establishment. I wish we had more places like this in the UK.

wow I never leave one star but this was terrible. We walked in with our stroller and sat down. The owner looked at us angrily and told me we should occupy less space. I got up and left immediately because that is not how I want to be treated. She said some Italian profanities after me. Then I asked her what the problem was. "When you come into someone's home you say hi". When we came in she was speaking to other guests and even then, what the hell is your problem? Worst experience in Italy so far.

A delightful and charming cafe in Santo Spitito. The hospitality is second to none, the ambience is one of informal, low key enjoyment of good simple food and good wine and beer at very reasonable prices. A must for those in the area looking for a relaxing lunch or evening light meal experience.

I regularly visit Florence and this is my favourite bar by far. Great atmosphere. Prices are reasonable and the owners are really welcoming and friendly.

One of the best bars here in my taste. And I like cozy, artsy not expensive places. I am not sure about the quality of cocktails here (they didn't have lemon for gin tonic for example) or the overall cleanness... But it's the perfect place for me, it feels right.

Outstanding meal in a hideaway restaurant, lovely attention to detail from our waiter who took us through the entire menu in English as they were out of English menus. Incredible dishes, we shared a pasta starter, a selection of fish and the meatball, all of which were delicious. Best part, we were stunned when the bill ended up around half of what we had budgeted for. Well worth the trip, would strongly recommend!

Had a lovely late lunch during “siesta time” when everything else was closed.

The vibe here is incredible. A great mix of locals and expats with very few tourists. Solid apperitivo, great house wine, very good pizza and taglietere.

😐 Not gonna lie, this is probably the most underwhelming Eataly location I've ever visited. Eataly locations are usually grandiose with impeccable service, but this one felt like a little corner store in Disneyland.
