FANTASTIC DAY!!!! So very pleased to have booked the Cinque Terre Day tour with Italy on a Budget. Great value for money and would highly recommend them. Both tour leaders, Francesca and Emma (who we nicknamed 'Spartacus' for stopping the train doors from closing with the hands to make sure the whole group would get on the train together) were very knowledgeable, organised and fun adding so much excitement to the day. Looking forward to book our next excursion with them.

We had the best day on the Grape Escape tour! We wish we had time to do another tour with the company. Ned was our tour guide( along with Lorenzo in training) we loved them. Both had great information. The wine and the day were wonderful!

I cannot say enough good things. Julia was wonderful! The winery's were beautiful and everyone was so kind. The best day of our trip so far. The wine and food were delicious. It was exactly what I'd hoped for in our trip to Italy.

Lorenzo was the best tour guide, friendly and fun! We wouldn’t have been able to see Pisa and Cinque Terre all in one day without this tour. He was very efficient and made the trip stress free, there was many train changes. Absolutely must do if you are wanting a day trip from Florence.

Vencianzo our guide for the wine/ tuk tuk tour truly made the whole experience so much fun. We walked away with so much knowledge about how the wine is produced and the difference in the wines from the Chianti region . The winery was beautiful , and the wine/ food was amazing. If your looking for a great day with beautiful views , wine and food I highly recommend you book this tour . Angelo too was very kind and helpful with answering our questions while booking our tour.

Truly an incredible tour. Would do it all over again and book the others as well. Our tour guide Dom was AMAZING. We went on Easter and we didn’t think everything was going to be open but it was and we had a spectacular time. We loved the small group (5 people) and we all became close! Thank you Dom!

Me and my 3 friends from university decided to visit Italy and book this wine tour. What a great decision! Julia was our tour guide and she was fantastic! Her extensive knowledge of the area and wines coupled with her charismatic, energetic demeanor made for a great couple of hours. I definitely recommend!!

It's called Italy on a budget. Expect to walk alot, but you will have the chance to walk by everything. The tour guide is a local so knows everything about the area and is a great for finding the local eats and neat things to do. Lots of free time to explore whatever isn't explored through the tours. This tour group is excellent for anyone who is in school, finished school, or is just trying to save some dosh. I'd recommend, because I enjoyed it.

Had such an amazing experience riding Vespas through the Tuscan hills. Our guide Vincenzo made our day truly special with histories of the area and details of wine and olive oil production. With plenty of great photo opportunities and a wine tasting stop, I cannot think of a better way to experience Toscano than their Vespa tour. Thank you Vincenzo!

This was such an amazing experience! Elisabetha was our tour guide and she was such a bundle of positivity and joy. She made the entire day fun, taught us so much about each city we visited, and ensured we were comfortable (both while in transit and comfortable enough to ask her any and all questions). If I had more time in Italy, I’d do as many tours as possible with Elisabetha. And in general, Italy on a Budget tours provided such a great itinerary for a great price. Will be booking with them when I’m back in the country! Thank you so so much!

My husband and I chose to do a Tuscany Experience, as wine enthusiasts that we are. We wanted wine, we received lots of great wine, while visiting two vineyards - and the beautiful city of San Gimignano. For us, the highlight was the First vineyard, with the Torciano family. Also a note to thank Elisabetta for being a great tour guide. Very funny and engaging. Great value for money (around 90€), recommended for everyone who enjoys good wines and olive oils.

We went on the Grape Escape Winery Tour that left from Florence and went into Tuscany and stopped in San Gimignano during our Honeymoon last year. It was the highlight of our trip! Not only were the two wineries BEAUTIFUL, but the tour guides were great, the winery staff were entertaining, and the wine was AMAZING. The stop in San Gimignano was such a nice way to end the tour - by far the best gelato of our entire stay in Italy (from that award winning place I'm sure they'll tell you about on the bus!). I highly recommend this tour - you won't be disappointed!

Great day...great experience. We were a group of 11. We rented 5 Vespas and 1 TukTuk in San Gimigiano. Irene and Veronica took great care of us! We had a fantastic lunch and wine tasting at Tenuta Torciano. Would do it again in a heartbeat!! Thank you Tuscany on Wheels/Italy on a Budget!

Amazing experience! Did the Rome city break and Amalfi coast experience. Veronica was extremely helpful planning my trip and was in constant communication to ensure everything went smoothly, always looking out for my best interest. Despite bad weather, Elisabetta was a great tour guide and adjusted our schedule appropriately to make sure we could do as much as possible and ensured everyone had a great time!

I highly recommend the Pisa and Cinque Terre day trip from Pisa! Emma and her colleague did a fantastic job guiding us along the coast. We saw so much of the coastline (3/5 towns of Cinque Terre), tasted local delicacies, and enjoyed lots of free time in Pisa. You have enough time at each stop to explore and take in the view! I will always remember the beautiful day I spent with the folks from Italy on a Budget Tours! Would definitely do this again. It's a long day of exploring but you will not regret it! Easiest done by train.

My experience with Italy on a Budget Tours represents one of the most defining experiences of my 20s. My best friend and I had the time of our life re-discovering our Italian roots, led by one of the best tour guides we have ever met, Veronica. We were struck by the beauty of the Amalfi Coast region and easily moved from one destination to the next in an action packed, non-stop tour. Over the course of our journey, we met fascinating people from across the world, who we are still in contact with to this day, five years later. Together with Veronica, our bond became so strong over the limited few days of this tour, that we spent all of our evenings together. We laughed and cried, indulged in delicious food, experienced breathtaking views and had a blast at local bars and clubs in the evenings. We even spent an additional few days together in Rome after the tour was over because we did not want to say goodbye just yet. We couldn't have asked for a better time and will never forget the inspiring culture, fantastic food and cherished memories we created with these extraordinary individuals in one of the most invigorating regions of Europe. We thank Italy on a Budget Tours and Veronica for allowing us to live these wonderful experiences and would highly recommend for any twenty-something year old wishing to find a sense of adventure and discover the beauty of Italy with great company.

This was a superb tour. Ned was our tour guide & did a great job ensuring that we all had a great time & were very clear on the itinerary from Pisa all the way through Cinque Terre! I sometimes having a all day group tour can be a hit or miss experience but we had a great time! Ned made us feel very comfortable and allowed us to take in the experience ourselves without feeling so touristy! It was a day with new friends for-sure. I highly recommend the tour if you’ve never been to Cinque Terre as it can be hard to navigate if you’re not familiar with the train systems or cities. However, if you’re looking to enter museums or climb the tower of Pisa you must book ahead of time before arriving as it can get very busy day of. Other than that we had an amazing time connecting with others from around the globe and other locals from Home!

Absolutely amazing experience! We did the Grape Escape wine tour during our holiday and it was truly one of the highlights of our stay in Florence. Our tourguide, Ned, was great and was super good in breaking the ice between the group. Both wineries were great, the first was bigger with more wines, and the second was smaller but with absolutely stunning views. We were able to get to know some lovely people from all over the world as well. Could certainly recommend this for anyone looking for a unique way to experience Tuscany and their wines while staying in Florence!

ROME & AMALFI COAST - 7 Days/ 6 Nights: Our tour guide Meghan was absolutely amazing! The tour was well planned but it was very Go-Go-Go. Almost no time to relax and lotssss of walking. DO NOT GO IN THE STRONG HEAT, and budget more that the told €30 euros a day it will be more expensive. The tour however was good. Our tour guide was kind, happy, always willing to help, and knowledgeable. My Rome section of the tour was amazing, I saw soo much (but again lots of walking) and the Amalfi coast section was great for meeting ppl, and shopping. The accommodation in Rome at the multi share room was great, absolutely no complaints but the campsite in Sorrento for the amalfi coast section was not as good, the AC was barely functioning so I did have to check into a hotel, but there is one right next door so you can still participate in all activities. I think this tour is great and I would have had a really great time if it was not so hot. oh but beware the tour company itself is super bad at communication (at least for the Rome part).
