While
the
hotel
staff
were
super
friendly,
the
room
and
hotel
was
generally
clean
enough
and
the
location
was
great
-
an
easy
walk
into
center
Florence
-
it
seems
like
the
type
of
place
that
was
amazing
when
it
opened
but
not
properly
maintained
since,
which
is
why
I
only
am
giving
it
2
stars.
The
toilet
brush
fell
off
the
handle
so
we
had
to
fish
that
out
of
the
toilet
bowl
š¤¢
The
shower
soap
rack
was
loose
and
close
to
falling
out
of
the
wall,
the
small
flush
was
broken,
one
light
in
the
room
is
flickering
often
and
there
were
stains
on
the
walls,
ceilings
(how?),
doormat,
curtains,
carpets,
etc.,
some
wall
sockets
are
loose
and
coming
out
the
wall
too
and
the
bed
was
really
hard
and
creeks
a
lot
&
two
single
mattresses
in
a
ādoubleā
bed.
I
donāt
mind
a
hard
mattress..
but
this
wasnāt
very
comfortable
at
all.
Furthermore,
the
tv
is
ancient
-
half
the
channels
donāt
work
and
all
Italian
-
no
chrome
cast
or
smart
tv
options.
Final
critique
of
the
room
-
one
wine
glass
š¢.
Additionally
there
is
a
1
hour
/
day
pool
policy
which
you
can
only
start
using
on
the
hour
-
a
little
silly
but
fine
I
guess
as
a
way
to
make
sure
that
there
arenāt
too
many
people
there
at
one
time.
The
pool
area
was
lovely
otherwise.
The
sauna
didnāt
work
though
-
barely
warm
š¤·š¼āāļøThe
jacuzzi
on
the
other
hand
cost
50ā¬
without
wine
and
60ā¬
with.
That
pricing
makes
no
sense
(unless
itās
a
bad
bottle
of
wine
they
are
serving
or
make
no
profit
on
it).
50ā¬
without
wine
for
the
use
of
a
jacuzzi
(that
during
our
stay
we
didnāt
see
in
use)
seems
like
a
rip
off.
I
cannot
at
all
complain
about
the
staff
though
as
both
reception
staff
and
cleaning
ladies
were
all
super
friendly!
