Let's start with the basics: the room was nice and clean, the temperature was suitable and could be adjusted by us, the shower was hot, and the bed was comfy. If you feel like cooking yourself, you have a shared kitchen with all necessary equipment. There's coffee and tea as well. All in all, it was the perfect room. The location was a few minutes of walking from the main train station, which made the trip to the hotel and to the airport really easy. The rest of the city was accessible by foot as well. So the location was great too. The family who owns the business and attends to your needs are kind, caring, outgoing, and helpful. When we arrived to the hotel, they spend some time ensuring that we are set. Not only that, they explained where to visit, how to get there, which other cities close to Florence to visit and the easiest way to get to the airport early in the morning. Extremely helpful. We talked a few times afterward as well, just because it was enjoyable and pleasant. I can promise you that it wasn't just us who loved their place. They have a wall filled with drawings, nice texts, and thank you notes from their guests. I recommend you to stay with them and wish you have as much fun in Florence as we did.

Great location, clean, strong wifi, friendly atmosphere. I would totally stay again! However be prepared to climb 3 flights of stairs! There is no elevator.

Clean room and friendly staff! Paola and her son Roble made our vacation even much better - they left coffee capsules every morning at our room. In the shared kitchen there is an oven, washing machine, microwave and fridge - everything you need. Perfect location - 5mins to S.M.N train station and 5mins to the old center of the city and Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore.

Nice little place at the rim of the city centre. The owners are very kind and attentive.

The place is very close to Firenze S.M.N. station and super close to the Duomo and in general to most of the touristic attractions in Florence, as well as the markets. The host, Paula, was absolutely great, gave us tips of things to visit and was super accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, had AC which was amazing while being the in August with the heat, and was quite comfortable. If you want to call it a downside do keep in mind there's no elevator and you have to go up three flights of stairs. I still recommend the place if you're visiting Florence!
