    Five Gates Castle is a great castle which is fabulously attractive ancient Roman and Phyrgyrian Castle in the Western Turkey 🇹🇷's coastal city of Izmir, which is also the third largest city of Turkey 🇹🇷.

    İt's really one spot you should see while you are in Foça. İf you are coming by car, you should park outside of the town and explore the Foça center and BesKapilar Kalesi and Kybele.

    Are Foca, one of my favourite places to stay in Turkey. Sleepy fishing village with just the right tourist to local percentages in the off season, yet close enough to Ageanan Isles to swim and explore their magic.

    Beautiful walk by the sea. Kid friendly, stroller friendly. We went on a public holiday and although Foca was packed. The walk around the Five Gates Castle was pleasant and peaceful. Everything was clean and the landscaping is beautiful.

    Yeah it's the beautiful land of Greece it's beautiful there it's all by the ancient Greeks and still today it is still by the Greek dirt!

    Ancient Focaian walls underwent restoration during the Eastern Roman period. The castle was siezed by Genovese the 13th century and later occupied by the Ottomans.
