This place looks amazing in the pictures, the rooms not so much, like a 3* hotel. Avoid to travel with heavy luggage because all rooms are on the upper floor and they have no elevator. Free water in the room

Service = Top Personnel = Top Rooms = Perfect Food = perfect We stayed 3 nights This summer and it was really a dream.We had our 1 1/2 year old daughter with us and she felt great. It begun with the check in. The owner her self greeted us and showed us the rooms. We could chose which one we wanted. The rooms are big,verry clean, with nice furniture and with air conditioned. The personnel is helpfull and well educated. They fullfiled all our wishes. We took breakfast every day and had lunch two times in the restaurant...it was great. We can revomend the hotel 100% because the next time we will be in Focsani...we will stay there. Ps : the building is simply great, they did a good job with the restauration of the hystoric building. And, every evening the owners asked us if we want to park the car in the yard with no tax extra,very thoughtful of them!

Beautiful room,beautiful building and near to Train Station

Very clean, furbished with taste, impressive renovation of a beautiful old building, very friendly staff (all wearing masks), decent breakfast, relatively central location, great value. The only drawback is that all the rooms are in the attic and only have ceiling windows - the rooms are large and have plenty of light but no view.

very clean room.....very big room .....on this moment without parking place ....but anyway the breakfast is ok ...the staff is ok except the wax girl on the reception....the best is Mimi .....with that smile on the morning can make a fantastic day for everybody....I will return ...

The hotel is located in a beautiful historical building with great location. We only stayed one night, and it was overall good. I'm only giving it 4 stars because the rooms are a bit dated and the carpet looks sad. Breakfast was good, and is generally a quiet place as they only have 6 rooms.

If you are looking for a 4* hotel, this is NOT your place. Charming old fashioned villa with nice staff but rude ownership. With no air conditioning working at arrival (nobody thought about activating the system after the winter season). No elevator and no help with luggage. Minibar empty, disconnected at arrival, and not working anyway at least in room 103. At times it happens that things do not work properly, but what left us astonished is that the owner instead of apologising and offering a discount, was accusing us - clients - of not having called us (!) at arrival, the day before. Sorry Romania that - despite all your beauties - your tourism service is not developing towards international standards and does not focus on serving clients.

Nice and good hotel in Focsani. Good for business

I can hardly understand how a 4 star hotel can't provide any sort of parking arrangement. The staff is okay, but the owners are rude and passive aggressive and should change their general attitude towards the guests, as there are more suitable and better value accommodation options in the same area. The breakfast is pretty poor and it lacks variety.
