We visited this place to grab a quick breakfast and coffee. We ordered crossaint, Cappuccino, and hot chocolate. Cappuccino and croissant was okay, whereas the hot chocolate was just really bad. It is a very busy place in the morning.

This place was a God send. It's clean and the staff are very friendly. The bathroom is controlled by the staff, so it was only accessible to the patrons and not transients. The pastry was very good and the espresso and cappuccino was super strong.

Pay first. Then get your cappucino (€1.40!!) and your brioche (€1.30) at the bar. Then you can sit at a table. Great bar, great coffee and brioche. Prices that I have not encountered further in Florence, Rome and Venice. Bravo!!

We had a cup of coffee here. The service staff was friendly and the coffee was reasonably priced.

Wonderful coffee and pastry near the train station. It was a god sent! It opened at 6am, and had great coffee and a clean bathroom. What more could a weary traveler ask for. The staff understood us (limited Italian) and was very kind. Seating is clean, bright and spacious. So glad we decided fo join a group of strangers lining up outside at 5:55am (on a weekday).

Doesn’t look like much but when you enter and have a look at all of the delicious croissants you will melt! So cheap, the best chocolates for only 2€!

Just got charged 4,80 Euros for a large Café Latte Here. Rip Off. Paid 2,50 Euros for same in local bakery yesterday. And they have me a paper cup tho go tho I was having it at the bar.

If Google allowed 0-star ratings, I would definitely give 0 stars. As soon as you exit Florence’s central train station, you can see it, but it’s truly awful. It’s honestly the worst coffee I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. I also bought a donut-like pastry, but the terrible staff didn’t give me the one I wanted. They gave me the wrong pastry, seemingly because they didn’t understand English. I tried to exchange it, but their attitude was awful. Although I don’t understand Italian, I felt like the staff were muttering insults under their breath.

Strange ordering and paying system. The lady was polite but the barista was extremely rude and aggressive. He walked around the cafe slamming doors and acting aggressive. The drinks were very average and the croissants tasted more like sweet bread. I think you’ll have better service in the McDonald’s a few doors down.

Staf molto scortese non ci tornerò mai piu, poca scelta e oltre al cibo anche servizio di pessima qualità!!!
