Delicious coffee frappe. Pleasant service. A bit expensive, but you can see that before you order.

Απαίσιο , μπαγιάτικα γλυκά , καθόλου καλός καφές και πανάκριβα χωρίς λόγο, ούτε ένα αστέρι δεν αξίζει

Scam. 3 Euros for an espresso, the sweets smell like rotten eggs. Avoid by all means.

Absolutely Avoid this cafeteria. I didn’t read the reviews before but I was also robbed. I ordered just a bowl of salad which was just lettuce, tomato and halloumi and no spices or causes etc. and an orange slush, she charged me 21 euro. I was shocked as it’s not even a proper restaurant

It’s a proper tourists scam business. We ordered a so called affogato coffee and it’s not even a half cup filled. Literally I tiny scoop of ice cream cost 8 euro. Go to other cafes serving one real affogato. Oh and the staff is rude by the way.

They stole us 12 euros for two medium capuccinos! They do not have the price list or at least we did not see it. Without no doubt avoid that place!

Una colazione così scadente mai mangiata in italia. Oltretutto prezzi assurdi: cappuccino 4€, cornetto 3€… se così si può chiamare tale. Purtroppo un classico posto acchiappa turisti, senza prezzi chiaramente esposti

We were completely ripped off. We were somehow charged 24 Euros for two ice creams. Having ordered the ice cream the vendor who served us said we could have an extra scoop of we would like. We thought he was just being generous and so accepted, but it would seem it was maybe a way of charging is a lot more. Being new to Florence and a bit flustered I didn't quite realize just how much we had paid until we walked away. I checked my payment card details as I couldn't quite believe it. Don't go here!

TERRIBLE we ordered two coffees and two tiny croissants and payed 17 euros . Each croissant was 2,5 € (you will see in the photo how tiny it is) the cappuccino was 4€ and the Americano was 3,5 € in the menu. BUT she charged me 6 € for each one of them cause I asked for a medium size. TOTAL RIP OFF DO NOT VISIT.

If I could put 0 star it would be more accurate. 14€50 for a cocacola and a hot chocolate. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED. The place is not even cosy, just a regular shaddy bar.

Watch Out for Sneaky Pricing - Avoid This Place!** My husband and I had a terrible experience at this coffee shop in Florence. The prices near the entrance seemed fine —€3 for a Americano. When we ordered, the old lady at the counter asked if we wanted a medium or large, never mentioning prices or offering the small size. We were shocked when the bill came to €6 for a medium black coffee! The lady then pulled out a hidden price list from behind the coffee machine: €3 for small, €6 for medium, and €9 for large. It was clear she deliberately avoided offering the small size and misled us into ordering the more expensive option. This place is sneaky and dishonest. Definitely a tourist trap!

They said Money Heist was filmed in Florence. I bet it was in Caffe Martelli. I was robbed! I ordered a cappuccino and was shocked it cost 6 euro. Breakfast for my group cost 38 euro, when a snack in the high end caffe gelli only cost us 22 euro. Be prepared to say Mamma Mia! Dios Mio! SUSMARYOSEP!

TOURIST TRAP. They charged me 6 Euros for a medium Americano (black coffee). Other places typically charge 2-3 Euros. I’ve learnt my lesson and will go to Eataly (few shops down) instead, paying normal prices. Also, the lady knew exactly what she was doing - when ordering, she asked if we wanted medium or large, no mention of small. Of course, medium and large is much more expensive than small (6 and 9 Euros!).

AVOID AVOID AVOID. A SCAM. Absolutely HORRIBLE person behind the counter. I generally am pretty easy going a customer, but this is beyond horrendous. Coffee tasted like drain water, lady was RUDE like I, who had never met her owed her money. And charged me 8 euros for the terrible coffee. The coffee that was advertised as 3.50 euros. How is this place even still allowed to run? How is this place still in business?! How have these owners not been arrested for fraudulent behaviour?

Some people lose fortunes in the stock market. I lost mine in this café. 14 euros on a coffee and a sandwich. At this point I think I own shares in the café. If anyone wants to visit, tell them you’re my business partner and maybe they’ll let you smell the espresso machine for free.

Worst coffee experience ever! Total rip off! Tourist trap, the sign says 1.20 for an espresso but forgets to mention that if you drink it at a table it suddenly becomes 3€ … and a doppio becomes 6€ ! Crazy
