This store really has some great collections to offer and the service is so good as well. One of the staff, Chandrima was so helpful and professional. She was so expertly groomed and was replying to each of my queries so perfectly. Overall it was a nice experience. Definitely gonna recommend this store to others!

We had the most Lovely experience in caratlane phoolbagan store. I had been visiting many jewellery stores to purchase a platinum band for my husband's birthday. From the very beginning the staff were so patient, polite and courteous. We finally loved a design from the store but the size wasn't available, they had it delivered within 4days to the store. The cherry on the cake was this very cute photo frame of us they gifted (taken for us at the store). I will have to find the name of the lady who helped us with everything, she always had a smile on her face. I'll be keeping both forever ( the ring and the photo frame)
