The
concept
and
methods
of
4U
Fitness
are
unique
and
effective!
I
have
been
going
for
a
couple
of
months
now
and
have
lost
both
inches
and
pounds!
One
of
the
best
parts
of
my
exercise
at
4U
Fitness
is
my
trainer,
Samantha
Y
at
the
Fort
Lauderdale
studio.
She
has
adapted
my
program
to
fit
me
personally,
being
careful
of
my
post
surgical
knee.
She
is
so
enthusiastic,
and
she
encourages
me
to
work
through
some
of
the
difficult
excercises!
"Come
on,
you
can
do
it!!!"
she
tells
me!!
I
call
her
my
cheerleader
because
she
is
always
so
upbeat!
Samantha
is
also
very
knowledgeable
about
nutrition,
guiding
me
in
the
proper
things
to
eat
and
incorporate
in
my
lifestyle.
She
sends
me
recipes
and
lets
me
know
some
of
the
places
to
get
certain
foods.
4U
Fitness
also
provides
podcasts
and
exercises
to
do
when
traveling!
It's
especially
great
for
a
person
with
a
busy
schedule
because
the
session
is
only
20
minutes.
Half
the
time
with
twice
the
results
than
most
exercise
programs.
You
can
even
do
it
during
your
lunch
time!!
I
highly
recommend
this
special
exercise
programs!!
