I left SkyZone for this place last year. Defy was fantastic; last year. This year, we came back to Florida at the beginning of September and WOW this place has gone down the drain. The zip line has been broken for months. No excuse! You can buy a 30 kilonewton zip line pulley on Amazon for $35 and free shipping. The airbag high jump has been broken for months. The dodgeball court has been broken for months. The staff says they’re waiting on parts. I can order parts for my trampoline and receive them in a week. The swinging arm machine has never worked. Which was fine when everything else was operational. The rolling slack line thing has been broken for months. Two weeks ago, they ripped out all the free lockers and installed this tiny self-pay locker system. The staff is always up the kids butts now. On the super tramp section they now have a sign up that says a staff member is required for this attraction. They stop you from using it but they have two people at the register and no people in line. Unfortunately this place has become a dump and it’s quite apparent that the monthly dues aren’t going to maintaining the place. In addition, all the ownership cares about is adding dollars to their bottom line. Well, that’s the catch 22. When you don’t take care of your customers and facilities you won’t have customers’ money to add to your bottom line. *** Update *** Today, they’re adding several hundred dollar toy claw machines to the second floor and still have all the broken attractions as previously mentioned.

The trampolines are great. But we waited in line almost twenty minutes even though we prepaid online and already filled out the waivers. There were five or six staff members watching us in line who couldn’t help. Our reserved time came and went and we still hadn’t been admitted. So don’t plan your day based on the schedule online. The slushees were good. Several activities were closed and many families were not monitoring kids so most kids just ran onto the mats without waiting in the obvious lines. It was really frustrating to be trying to do something and have a toddler just run in front of you while their parents sat on their phones. There were several staff members but you could tell they didn’t want to correct customers so you just had to deal with it. If the reservations weren’t timed it wouldn’t be so annoying but if you pay for only ninety minutes you might spend a lot of that time waiting for kids who cut in front of you.

Nice place. Friendly staff. Check in was quick but does get busy later in the days. Recommend you purchase jump tickets and complete waivers online to save time. Small restroom. Stalls out of order. Large jump areas. Plenty of sitting areas for spectators. There is also a hangout area with TVs overlooking the play area. Ticket (about $90 for 5) and food cost reasonable.

The kids had a blast! We went on a very busy day. We went from around 11 AM to 3:30 PM. I was incredibly impressed by how well all of the children there took turns and managed themselves. There are employees that keep an eye, but I was surprised how "laissez faire" they were. They just smiled, gave high-fives, and helped as needed. I didn't see them have to correct a child, put a child in time out (if there even is one?), or anything the entire time I was there. Also, they have couches and other seating throughout so that parents can keep an eye on their own children (which I am sure helps the staff). Parents just hung out talking, reading, etc. And the variety of obstacles was impressive!

Was Defy at some point, but SkyZone took it. Same design, no changes. However, you now need a bracelet to just view. It's not a huge big deal, but it works. For parties, they will add in their tip, so don't be too shocked by that. Either way, it was worth the trip, and my girls had fun.

We were here today and it was terrible. We prepaid online and still waited 20 minutes in line. All of the staff members just walk around talking to each other not monitoring any areas. No one reviews any rules with the kids before they start playing. Half of the attractions are either closed or broken. Dodgeball is closed, the jousting sticks are broken, the blob/swings are closed. You pay for 90 minutes and 75 of that is trying not to kill other people’s kids. I’m going to be contacting for a refund.

We finally made it to this place! It has activities for people of all ages, from small children to adults! We went on a Sunday and it was extremely packed. They didn't have an employee in every activity so the kids or their parents had to help them bring back the zip line (which it could be dangerous if it gets tangled in a kids leg when the other person is going down) and the swing (the parents had to use a special stick to pull back the swing). Overall a great place for the kids to get all the energy out. The pizza was pretty good, but they don't have many tables, it was hard to get a table and we couldn't sit all together. They have party rooms if anyone is interested of having a party here. I recommend the parents to not leave children unattended because there are many teenagers and adults doing the activities.

Kids LOVE this place we could be here hours on end. Prices are reasonable especially if you get the membership. They have so many trampoline activities ranging from regular jumping pads you can hop from and hop too - to a zip line, hanging obstacle courses, and huge inflatable jump-on balls. Even a huge real life VR video game screen! Really cool for kids & friends (even adults!) I will say it’s pretty dirty tho. Something I’d suggest taking a full body shower after because germs are flying. The foam blocks are a little nasty and surfaces need to be wiped badly. Definitely not to the point where I wouldn’t bring the kids again. Besides that the staff do a good job, Every time I check in they’re pleasant and easy. Would suggest

A perfect place to have a birthday party! Wow are we thrilled! We had our daughters 7th birthday here and it was flawless! The kids jumped for one hour solid, the check in process was easy. The location was secure and I didn’t need to worry about kids getting lost. Plus, Defy’s set up makes it so you can see all of the kids. This was crucial to keep the party going! Mark, our host came and greeted me to let me know it was time for set up. He was great and helped me whenever I asked him! I had 15 min for set up and used 20! There was the perfect amount of pizza for the kids, even the adults got to have a slice! The soda was endless and we needed that, as the kids were super thirsty from all of the exercise! Defy let us bring in chips and our birthday cakes, it was an excellent perk for the kiddos. This party was so stress free and worth every single dime! My daughters were so happy and us parents didn’t have to go insane. We had never been to Defy before this l, we chose Defy because of their service in answering the questions over the phone verses their competitors. Let me just say, that service is seen from beginning to end! It is not a one off situation.

Every time we go to this location a good time is had by all of us. I ended up doing the homeschool membership for my kids and it’s well worth it. There is endless fun to be had whenever we go. The food is decent and we get a discount with the membership. They have a nice area to eat and enjoy the sights below. They also have a couple machines you can play on. We always try our hand to grab something with the claw machine. The staff is very friendly and it’s clean for the most part. We usually go during the week when it’s a little quieter.

Crowded and poorly ran. Got charged for two XL adult socks when we needed a small and a toddler size. Half the staff looked under 20 years old. No rules inside the play area… huge “kids” (aka teens) were running around and jumping off walls onto non-trampolined areas. Also my food took 15 min to cook and was burnt. Watched staff cook a pizza till it was black. Who runs this place?? Two kids on top of each other in a trenchcoat? Only giving three stars cuz my kids enjoyed it

I recently visited Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Fort Myers with my kids, and I have to say it was an absolutely amazing experience! From start to finish, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that our visit was safe and enjoyable. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of activities to keep my kids entertained for hours. One thing that really stood out to me was the attention to detail that the staff put into ensuring everyone's safety. They provided us with clear instructions on how to use the equipment and even monitored the activity areas to make sure everyone was following the rules. Overall, I would highly recommend Sky Zone Trampoline Park to anyone looking for a fun and exciting activity to enjoy with their family or friends. It's the perfect place to burn off some energy, and the friendly staff and well-maintained facility make it a top-notch experience. We had an absolute blast and can't wait to visit again!

Place is disgusting. Floor was filthy and the bathrooms smelt like they have not been cleaned in weeks. Rude staff I asked why my two year old came 2 weeks before and was charged 22$ when it is supposed to be free the 5 years I have been coming with my youngest and my oldest I asked why and they said that it wasn’t in the computer? Do you not check in with them when you get a wrist band? So I was charged and never refunded for that! Older kids are bully’s my small children were jumping and big finds run around jump and knock them over multiple of times. There isn’t a staff member who cares about anything there why would they they are young kids. They do not operate the attractions properly it literally says one jump at a time on the big trampoline but there’s 2-3 kids jumping not giving any of the other children a chance. The place is over crowded and past maximum capacity. Is there not any grown ups that run this place just have children run it? Not very professional! There is no system so if your thinking of bribing your small kids on a Saturday afternoon just go somewhere else! I also asked for a churro staff member said they didn’t have any they rechecked found one😂 she asked him if it was good he shrugged his shoulders and handed it to me I felt it hard and cold as ice I was never offered for them to make me some! So lazy. Just an idea sky zone have the managers come in and control this place and clean those disgusting bathrooms they smell worse than a porter potty times 10. This place will not stay open long and someone is going to get hurt 😞 do better

5 fights, multiple cops, crew members don’t do there jobs and kids were running around getting in the way, sitting on everything so you couldn’t do anything. DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND!!!

Some of the attractions never seem to be up and running, furniture is dirty and tore up, and they nickel-and-dime you by charging for their lockers (were complimentary last time I went). Outside of that my boys still have a blast.

The only complaint I would have is that online it doesn't really specify how long they have to jump and the party time that they do have. Everything is clean everything was set up for me in the party room and everything was cleaned up for me in the party room. The whole park was fun try not to fall into the pit you'll get stuck lol it was so much fun. The kid who helped set up the room and clean up the room was great I think his name was Christian he was awesome. Update: came after new ownership. I can definitely say that they have more things for kids. Some of the attractions were closed but still a great place.

The restrooms are extremely dirty, crew members aren’t even doing their job, people running, several people jumping on the same trampoline, there’s garbage all over the place, and the rip-off now is charge people for the shoe lockers. No light and no body do or say anything !! Crew members doing NOTHING!!!

WE LOVE IT HERE! This place is so fun, clean, and friendly. We’ve been coming for a few months and decided to purchase a membership because the kids ask to come everyday! The employees are super friendly and engaging. They laugh and interact with the kids. They give them fist bumps and toss around a ball with them. The parent lounge upstairs allows me to view the entire floor while I get some emails in and work for a few hours. My kids have a step tracker on their watch and they left with 16,000 steps today! That’s amazing. I highly recommend checking this place out and investing in a membership if it’s in your budget.

This place has really gone downhill.. my kids love to jump but the management/ownership clearly does not care about the place. There are multiple safety hazzards including the beam without padding in my picture, bathroom is gross, and so many things were in disrepair. Also, the swings and other areas never have an attendant. Hopefully they fix this

I honestly hate leaving a poor review as this is a fun place for families. Especially wanting to have fun and escape the florida heat or rainy weather. I had to cancel our membership because the middle blow up parts of the gym where you can run and do flips is consistently dangerously low in air. One of us hurt ourselves and from that point we just avoid those areas until my 19 month old decided to walk on once and sank all the way down. We went recently and within 12 hours later we became so violently ill that resulted in a ER visit for us. The ER doctor said she avoids places like this because she see's so many cases of stomach viruses and hand foot mouth. I called and explained my concerns and the lady at the front was very professional but lacked empathy. I know germs cannot be avoided, it's life. However, please increase safety and cleaning standards.

Anabell was the sweetest. We came in last minute for a birthday party due to the weather. The birthday party package was full for the day. However, she instantly mentioned how we can always book for a group event, which was perfect. Her positive and kind gesture was greatly appreciated. When workers like Anabell make the process smooth, you will always put a smile on customers faces. Thank you again :)

My children have fun every time we go but I feel they have the need for more or better crew members. No one is watching or stopping the bigger kids from running into or knocking down our little ones, other than that a great place to run your children tired.

I was searching for ideas of things to do with my daughter for her birthday. I was searching around in Google and came across DEFY. When I called the first time, The phone rang repeatedly and no one answered. I called again at a later time and was able to speak with someone. The customer service representative that helped us at the actual business was amazing. She was very helpful as it was our first time there. She was very professional and courteous. She is very good with the children. Once we were all checked in, my daughter went to play and the employees at the gate were all very helpful as well. To me, it's the little things that count! I will definitely be returning and this time, I will be signing up for the membership program.!

Clean, good sized and fairly new. They should have staff on the floor in addition to the parents. We were here Friday afternoon and it was not crowded. It can get little dicey if crowded and no supervision 😬 We had fun and will be back for sure 😅

  • 3/5 Eleanor G. 2 years ago on Google
The staff was very friendly. The equipment was in nice order. I was surprised the lockers had changed. We really enjoyed the free lockers. It was one of the things that made defy special. It was the only place around that offered free lockable lockers. Now they only have open cubbies to place shoes in. Or you can pay $3.50 an hour for a lockable locker. It makes it difficult for parents who want to spend time with their kids jumping to have a safe place to put their important belongings. The other disappointment was that there was very little staff on the jump floor. There were some kids who had trouble sharing and would stay on one price of equipment for a long time or jump the line in front of people that were waiting in line. It was disappointing to the people that try to follow the rules. Defy is a nice family activities that we enjoy.

My 11 YO and 2 YO love Defy! There is so much to do, they are entertained the entire time and ready to go when our time is up since they are tired from all the jumping. The staff are always so helpful and nice, my daughter loves the swing and there is always someone who helps bring the swing back to make it easy for the next person. My oldest loves playing dodgeball, and doing the obstacle course. We buy the holiday punch cards and it saves us money!

  • 1/5 Asad K. 1 year ago on Google
My son loves it but it gets 1 star for the poor customer service. These kids they hire don't care. Update: it's worse now, lots of things broken and not fixed for months. I didn't have my phone with me but at 9:30am the bathroom was dirty. Attached pics of my visit today. As I mentioned, falling apart and nothing gets fixed for months.

We had so much fun here. We used to go to the trampoline park in CA and missed that after moving here but this was just what we needed. So clean, the staff is super awesome and the lockers were secure. There is so much to do here. Will definitely return. Highly recommend checking this place out if you just want to have amazing fun!!

"It's full!" Fun place, ~$80 entry for 3 kids & 90 mins. Disney-like lines on Sunday afternoon. Wasn't yet as long as pictured but took ~30 mins to get in. Online check-in line was really going slow too, but may be faster sometimes. Could use more efficient check-in procedure, but kids sure did have fun.

Got our tickets on Groupon for a 90 minute jump session. Amazing deal, to say the least! Kids always love coming here with their friends. I am not satisfied with the service and the safety of this facility My daughter was cut on her leg from negligence of this facility Due to a sharp object that was in the trampoline that caused an injury on my daughter's leg, It is not safe to jump inside the cushion area if they have sharp objects that can cut you and can cause a serious injury. I just wanted to let everybody know that the safety of this facility is not up to par. And they claim no part of this injury it was their fault that my daughter on her leg due to a spring hanging out of the trampoline

This place use to be great, but you can tell that they don't care anymore. They used tape to fix seating, equipment need maintenance, and my brother was hurt his knees on one of the air bags. Employ saw what happened, didn't acknowledge anything, and when I told him the air bag needed to be inflated, he brushed me off. When I had arrived, that same air bag was being filled with air, meaning that 20 min in, the bag was empty again. Used to be the spot, now it's not worth it.

Help me understand why I have a membership and not a single time have I ever been pulled before the other standard line. Today in particular was the breaking point when 4 other parties were checked in before us. I ask again...what's the point of having that line if the staff isn't trained to treat it like a perk of the membership???

So we have done about 4 birthday parties here. We have thoroughly enjoyed most of them. The problem is the lack of employees. Kids go crazy and they jump the wrong way and I’m always afraid of someone getting hurt in a head on collision. The last birthday I celebrated was 2/6/2021 and I was very disappointed. I paid the extra money for the VIP package and it was def not worth it. When we were finally allowed to go in the room all the decorations, balloons, gift bags, table covers and cake were all just left sitting on the rack. What made it worse is the host seemed to be annoyed with us when I requested help in putting them up. I didn’t buy them to have them sitting on their rack. We were given our room late and then after I spent half the time having to do their job decorating we were rushed out of the room. As soon as the time was up. Was definitely not up to par this time around. For all the money I put out I was not very happy at all!!

Fun Place. HUGE. Please make sure you feed your Kids before coming here as there is no cafe/food, just vending machines with drinks and Dippin’ Dots. Not many employees in the Jumping area, which makes me believe this is a better place for OLDER kids to Jump. No “Kiddie” area if you’re bringing Littles so You have to be SUPER careful they don’t get Trampled by the bigger kids. And finally no Capacity Limits during this COVID pandemic, which means if you’re really concerned about social distancing this is NOT the Place for You!!!

We choose to purchase the punch card option on this date. It was a great value. There were lots of teen boys at DEFT and sometimes they really didn't look out for others. They cut thru obstacles and pushed their way to the front of activities. Zax was out on the floor and was super helpful and reminded patrons to be courtesies of others. He was also helpful in finding a staff to operate the wipe out obstacle. Which my kiddos wanted to experience but was not operating. My daughter approached other employees and they all kept telling her they were "cleaning" which for 2 of employees consisted of moving foam blocks 1-3 at a time to a different obstacle. While other staff actually were spraying sanitizer and whipping down surfaces. Thank You Zak for making our experience better and safer.

  • 2/5 Anaidy R. 3 years ago on Google
Nice looking place but very disorganized. Not enough employees, no drinks, then vending machines were completely empty. This is not a place for little kids, it’s more for teens and adults. I might go back on a weekday, maybe! I can honestly say I rather bring my kids to sky zone.

Was surprised about the amount of people allowed and mask wearing while NOT on the jumping area wasn't encouraged. Didn't see any cleaning of anything.

If this place had the organization of Skyzone it would be amazing but unfortunately they are a completely mess, no supervision from staff member, my son couldn’t use the swing because there was not even one staff member helping kids. Very dangerous, this is not a place for younger kids. Over crowded, no drinks in vending machines. The upstairs launch was dirty, actually it was disgusting. We are never going back to this place. Skyzone is the place to go.

👍👍 What a random find. We found the flea market by looking at "things to do in Fort Myers" and I see why it was an option. It's random, it's huge, and it's a good way to kill an afternoon!
